I like the convenience of the drive thru, however, at the time we went, it seemed like no staff was there to take our order. I drove up to the drive thru window and two people were standing there and looked at me and both walked away. I tried to get their attention, but no came up. Another employee finally came to the window and finally took our order. She verified my order and repeated it back and told me to park up from and they'll bring out. I ordered a regular plate that comes with two meat choices. I go home to see that my order was completely wrong and even though it was a 7 minute drive from where I live it was just not even worth it to go back. read more

This is the second time ai tried the food. I did a pick up order and said it would be ready I. 10 minutes. I head over after 20 minutes and my food was not ready. We waited another 15 minutes until she came out with our food. The macaroni was super gooey like a lot of mayo. Chicken kutso was bland. The steak teriyaki was horrible. It was really tough. Like it's the meat that no one wanted to cook so it got used here. The spam musubi though, always hits. Their spam is just thin and never is as long/wide as the rice. I got the mini plate with the chicken katsu and one of the other chicken selections along with brown rice and macaroni salad and I was pleasantly surprised at the value and quality. Went to their soft opening today and had such an amazing time. Upon entering, you are welcomed by the staffs greeting you with Aloha's and whatnot. Everyone seemed to be in a chipper mood. They helped guide me on how to order and what they recommend as it was my first time ever trying their establishment. This joint got plenty of seating and is pretty spacious. They also got a drive-thru if you don't feel like dining in. I ended up ordering a plate with two mac salads (currently on a no rice diet oops lol), teriyaki steak, and teriyaki chicken. Unfortunately, they didn't have any Kahlua Pork nor shrimp, but should have tomorrow and their grand opening. Not gon cap, everything on my plate was delicious. I did try their Katsu Chicken and it was booty cheeks. Was not a fan of their breading and it was only good if you used spicy teriyaki sauce on the side. Fsho coming back to try their other meats! The Mo'Bettahs Hawaiian restaurant has opened its doors for the third time on St Rose Pkwy. This is truly the best authentic Hawaiian restaurant in town and the food is so delicious and freshly made. The restaurant is nicely decorated in Hawaiian theme. The restaurant is very clean , relaxed atmosphere and very inviting. The restaurant has plenty of seating ,indoor and outdoor space, they also have a drive-thru which is very convenient. We have tried different plates on the menu, but our favorites are: Teriyaki chicken( so flavorful and it pairs perfectly with the teriyaki sauce, it's a MUST TRY) and Macaroni salad are the best that we have ever had ( a MUST TRY ) . Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection , seasoned right . I was very happy after trying the Macaroni salad/ definitely true homemade ( not the prepackaged box stuff) and you can taste the difference in every bite. This is the way it should be! The portions are big and you will eat everything, because the food is beyond yummy !! The staff were super friendly and we have received great service. We have felt welcomed!!! Overall: Healthy, clean and beyond delicious food. We highly recommend this Hawaiian place to anyone who likes island food. It's like having the islands in your backyard. January 29. 2025 I'm going to be honest, this place was just okay and I was really excited to try it. The interior was clean and nice. The employee was sweet and attentive. The food, was not it. The mac salad tasted like absolutely nothing. We got the teriyaki chicken and chicken katsu combo and it wasn't hot, barely warm. Idk how long the katsu had been sitting out either. My stomach did start to roll a few minutes after I was done eating though. So if you think the food is hot and fresh so order. It is not. The teriyaki chicken was good. Great first time visit at Mo' Bettah's for my GF and I for dinner last night!!!!! We were greeted by everyone at the store and Stephanie, who is the manager, served us. She was super nice and explained all our options. We opted for 2 regular plates. One with a mix of Teriyaki Chicken and Pulehu Chicken. The other was Kahlua Pork and Chicken Katsu. Sides were Mac salad and the other was white and brown rice. The food was ALL hot and delicious and we even had some leftovers to take home as the portions are generous!!!! While we were eating, Daysha came over to our table in the dining area to check on us. We really enjoyed talking with her for a couple of minutes during our visit. A great ambassador she is!!!! Only been to this location for this chain, but it was a great experience. I wasn't as hungry as my friend who got the 2 piece combo. Some places are real jerks about ordering kid portions. This is not one of them! I explained to the staff I wasn't that hungry and they had no problem with me ordering. Also the staff was very friendly even besides that. Let me start off by saying this. The food is delicious but three times that I've come here they have ran out of food! How is that possible? One time they were out of teriyaki chicken and teriyaki beef, second time they were out of chicken and the beef was barely getting made on the grill. I've now been twice and both times the chicken and pork seemed to have a much fattier cut than I'm used to which was a bit of a disappointment for me. The portions are pretty big, so I'd say it's definitely shareable or a good idea to size down if you haven't been here before. I ordered online multiple hot food items - 2 meat plate (teriyaki chicken and katsu) that included rice, Mac salad, and sauces teriyaki and katsu. I also ordered egg rolls and spam musibi. When I entered my phone number for my order, it stated that's the number I would be contacted if anything was wrong with my order. When I arrived, there were 3 employees and not one greeted me. I was the only customer in the place. One was taking a drive thru order and the 2 others just ignored me. I stood there awkwardly for a few minutes and then finally was asked if I already placed an order. I said yes and gave my name. I was then told my spam Musibi was unavailable, and I was told to figure out a diff option...only things offered to me were all sugary drinks or desserts. I ordered hot food, I didn't want sweet items. It was 25 minutes to closing time so I assume they didn't want to cook anything else hot for me. I asked why wasn't I called so I could have ordered another hot item when I placed my order 30 minutes ago and they said they don't call. The customer service was a complete miss at this establishment. I finally got a refund for my spam and left irritated. When I got home, all my sauces that were supposed to be included were not. I had no dipping sauce. Just dry rice and chicken. This place is a joke, it was first time here and I won't be coming back. Save your money and go elsewhere, there's plenty of places that serve Hawaiian food and which much better customer service. read more
