On the day of the appointment, I was given a call before arrival. Once my technician Robert M arrived, I expected that he was just going just change the screen on my sliding screen door and kitchen window, but he went over and beyond to make sure the railing was smooth and that the sliding screen door would open and close correctly. He added oil to the railing for smoother slide. He inspected the wheels on the sliding screen door. When I told him that I'm having a hard time to find a sliding screen door to my bedroom because the frame to one of my other sliding screen doors is bent and the slider doesn't work, he told me that he would build me one on the spot. Wow did he do a good job. My new sliding screen door to the bedroom is better than any sliding door you can order from Home Depot. Thank you. Robert and crew did a great job on our doors. We ordered an 8 foot security door for our main entrance, and a standard size security door for our side garage entry. He had a fully staffed crew out including himself, and they made sure all the hardware was aligned correctly and sealed. We are very pleased. We also had a retractable screen door on our second floor installed. It looks and works great. I have installed security doors before and they are difficult to get just right. Mobile Screen Repair made me question why I ever tried before. All in all, it was a good experience... Good communication, showed up when they said they would, and workmanship was excellent. Great company to work with. They asked if I needed a screen repair or a whole frame with a screen. I wasn't sure because my screen door no longer opened smoothly so I had them come out and inspect the door. Robert suggested that a new replacement screen is all I needed. After inspection he also said that I needed a new wheel and a new plastic handle. He replaced the screen and it looks great! He also had an extra wheel and plastic handle in his truck and put it on my existing screen door for free!! I recently purchased a home that had many missing screens and several that were damaged. Robert and Chis showed up, took a quick count, explained the options and I said please do it. In about 2-1/2 hours they knocked out 14 screens. I was super impressed by their quality of work and their friendly professionalism. Great business, USE THEM! You won't be disapointed. To be clear, I am very hard to please and have had a bad run lately with several different contractors. Quite honestly the contractor trade is a bit shaky because there are so many clowns out there.
