We got there by 4:30 for an early dinner and the line was relatively short and moved quickly. The ordering process was simple and it's basically the "subway of pizza" as you tell them what you want as you move through the line. The reason for the 3-Stars? Inside dining was at a premium as there was a worker set up in the corner, using several tables to wrap the dessert cakes, and another 4-Top had a stack pizza boxes on them ready to be folded with cardboard remnants scattered under the table. When the dinner rush is coming in, those activities need to buttoned up so tables are open for guests. Back to the pizza. Our pizza was ready very quickly, in less than 10 minutes. It was hot and the crust was crisp. My family all enjoyed their pizzas too and the homemade "Ding-Dong" cake was OUTSTANDING!! read more

The manager Amari, she is always so rude even when it's not busy. She always has a snotty attitude. Food here is great but don't expect food made with love if she's present. I usually let it slide when we come and visit cause it's never taken personally but today was the last straw when our pizza wasn't ready for almost an hour. The way she handled our situation was poorly done, she's the only person in there I've ever had an attitude problem with. How she was promoted to a manager is questionable. For the longest time until today I always assumed she was your typical young disgruntled employee but she's running this establishment? No wonder they ran an hour behind on making a cheese pizza. She's not qualified, she can't handle the heat in the kitchen. Long story short my pizza was never in the works even after being order at 6:52pm online. The reason I am giving this place two stars is because of extreme lack of cleaning. The place was a disaster, almost every table had trash on it and the floor was even worse. I understand if you get a little busy, but there were hardly any guests and TWO people took a break during the 30 minutes we were there instead of cleaning up. I would have been embarrassed to work there and take a break and eat in the filth around me. Also the trash cans were overflowing. The pizza was good and the guy who made the pizza was nice. Hope management reads this and makes a few changes. read more

The cauliflower crust is AMAZING!!! Great option for gluten free. Also, I usually drive to another town when craving an amazing salad, but recently discovered they offer a build your own salad for a lot less. This location would have a hard time getting better staff. They are professional, kind, and they are just pretty much flat out excellent. At the beginning of the reopening after the pandemic they were a little slow as all places were. They are much faster now and their staff is as friendly as they were at the beginning. If you like half-baked pizza with thick and doughy crust and way too much cheese and toppings, there are plenty of other options in town. We have been here twice now. And if I could rate this place a zero star I would. Both occasions we have ordered ahead online or called in an order such as tonight. I was told on the phone my order would ready at 8:52. I sent my son to go get the food and at 9:24 I texted him to see where he was. He said they pushed our order back because a party of 10 walked in prior to my call and he's still waiting for our order. That makes no sense as they would have known this and been able to give us a proper pickup time. The first time we were here 2 months ago I ordered online and still spent more than 30 minutes there waiting for 2 pizzas. As far as I'm concerned this place is POORLY managed and this will be our last time there. To many options for pizza in this town and MOD is really nothing special that would warrant this type of wait for a pickup order. We called the store and they said "So what is the problem?" I love the pizza, and the No Name Cake is super yummy. But I've ordered online three different times, and my order has never been correct. By the time corrections are done, the rest of the order is ice cold. The dine-in area is filthy, so I'm not sure I will want to continue to eat there. So disappointing! We ordered online and checked before we arrived and it said our pizza was ready at 7:28, 2 minutes before it said it would be ready when we placed our order. We were never greeted or acknowledged upon approaching the online order pick up area, along with several other very unhappy looking customers. We have been sitting 30 minutes after our pizza was supposed to be ordered and still no word from any staff. They all look miserable to be here. If I hadn't already paid online, we would've taken our business elsewhere. Not to mention, there is clearly no organization at this establishment. This was our first time here and last time. This is a nice restaurant with a good concept, food is good priced reasonably. Visited today business was very slow. For a restaurant open less than a week it should be immaculately clean, it was far from it. Tables were not bussed after customers left. The floor throughout the restaurant was dirty. Great , hot, fresh pizza with toppings of your choice. Loved the balsamic fig glaze and the hot honey finish. What needs vast improvement is the lack of staff and the overall cleanliness. The dining room is too small. There is outside seating but no one can utilize it in winter. Tables(when available )were dirty. My husband had to wipe the crud off the table. Dining room was LOUD! Between waiting in line, picking toppings, and eating, we were in there 1.25 hrs for fast food. Please improve this or another great pizza place will close due to poor staffing and dirtiness. First time here, not impressed. The food was ok, had Caesar salad and the cauliflower pizza. The pizza was better than the salad. The Coke Zero had a funny taste out of the machine. The biggest issue is the cleanliness of the place. Dirty tables, floors and generally dirty all around. Flies all over trash cans which were full and nasty with dirty dishes piled up.
