Three sizes of pizza or salads: mini, mod, or mega. A mega pizza is the same size as mod but has two crusts. The first crust has your choice of red or white sauce or olive oil, plus mazerella cheese. The second has the same, plus ALL THE INGREDIENTS YOU WANT. The price is the same no matter how many ingredients you add. Service is fast and friendly. Ordering the pizza is like ordering a sub at Subway. As they walk it down the line of ingredients, you tell them what to put on it. In less than ten minutes you have your pizza. The quality is nothing to write home about. Thin, crispy crust, with the taste of your standard, thin crust, frozen pizza. Little Caesar's "Hot 'n' Ready" is better quality and faster, but there the choices are limited, while here you can sit and relax, and the choices are whatever your heart desires. Their customer service is very abrasive when you want to get in and out. I'm a big fan of the burnt crusty types of pizza, unfortunately mod is the only place you can get your fix for that. I get what they're trying to do here with this brand but it's really forced. read more

we were at kid snips next door and thought this might be a fast and easy place to getting with little ones. we got 2 mini pizzas (6" ), 1 mod pizza (11") and tried the garlic strips (yummy). love being able to pick your own toppings or modify any pizza you want. it is fast and easy (important when dining with young impatient kids). the staff was friendly and helpful. thanks for a great impromptu dinner night with my family. read more

I'm going to have to give this place three stars unfortunately. We loooooove MOD pizza and I nearly cried when I saw this one after moving to the area from Seattle. One of our favorites out there. The staff is lovely, however they continually fail to cook the pizzas fully. They are supposed to have a crisp crust. We thought maybe it was just a one time thing. The first time we got their pizzas the mini mods were majorly undercooked. Doughy even. And the regulars are soggy and only lightly crisp on the outside. Tonight was the 4th time we've gotten their pizzas since we moved here in March and it was, once again, really disappointing. It would be great if there could be more training on this. Like I said, we love MOD and want to continue eating there, but not if the pizzas aren't cooked properly. read more

I put in an online order on Aug 21/16 and it said to me that my order would be ready in 25 min and I was 10 minutes away so I though ugh I guess I'll stop at Walgreens and grab some stuff (I don't need) :) I leave Walgreens and head over and I'm 5 min late and walk in and ask for my order and the guy looks at me strangely and says "WHO?" I repeat myself.. Then I can tell exactly what's going on and I ask "Has my order even been started?" He says to me "About 10 minutes, I'm starting it now" .. WTF. I'm so mad at this point and so busy, I don't have 20 minutes (yeah right 10 min) to spare. I ask to speak to the Manager (Who is Fabian) He comes over (Wow does he look young but ok) asks me what's happened, I tell him the story, he goes in the back for a couple minutes... Comes out.. and refunds my entire order and gives me a couple coupons for free pizza. Now I can tell you this much.. I was NOT after a refund of any sort or coupons.. I actually would normally not take that because I'm not complaining to get something in return.. BUT.. This WAS my FIRST time at Mod Pizza and I wouldn't have been back. I will however be back now. I can't believe that a Manager so young recovered SO WELL! Well done Fabian! It's all about the recovery!!! ;) read more

Love the concept but the last couple times I've been there they burnt my pizza. It takes away from the taste when an already thin pizza is burnt on the bottom. Overall I like the pizza and people but the burnt bottom is steering me away. As a side note they took away the ricotta cheese which is also one of my favorites, between the two I'll take my business to the nearby competitor. Been here on numerous occasions and every time it's fantastic. I've been there when I'm the only one and I've been there when there's a line almost out the front door and each time I'm greeted with a resounding "Hello!" The staff on the assembly line are super friendly and up beat and a pleasure to deal with. After just a few visits, they remembered my name. The pizzas are about 10" and super thin, which I love, and very reasonable in price considering you don't pay for toppings at all! The toppings, oh the toppings! So many to choose from, all fresh and laid out in front of you to see. It's set up kind of like a Chipotle or Subway. The decor is cool and the music rocks. If you wanna try them out, I suggest going on a lunch hour or an off time, because they get rocking at night. Pizzas are typically finished 5-10 minutes after you order them, but sometimes it can take 20 minutes or more to get to the front of the line, so be prepared to wait, but it's so very worth it! read more

Great first time experience! Food was delicious, fast, and inexpensive. Most important to me however, is the people, and these were great people! Have been there twice and disappointed both times. First time they sprinkled something spicy on my pizza making it barely edible. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this until I got home. Then today they served me a burnt pizza. Next time I want a pizza I'll go to Pie 5. I've had mulch better pizzas there. read more

Mod Pizza ROCKS!!! The pizza is absolutely incredible and the pricing is great because you can get unlimited toppings for the same price! They are individual pizzas and the toppings are super fresh and delicious! The staff are fabulously welcoming! I am a regular, and they genuinely treat me like a dear friend! I love the select your own toppings idea. The choices may be a bit overwhelming at first, but you can order a standard pizza (I got the Tristan) and add or take away items. It might help to visit their website before you go and peruse the toppings. As you go thorough the line (Chipolte-style), the server will build your pizza and even give you suggestions if you're not sure what ingredients go together. Everything was fresh and delicious. The crust was thin and crispy. Gluten free crust is available upon request. Not sure why one reviewer complained about skimpy toppings---you can put on lots of toppings for the basic price. One of us ordered a side salad. which was also fresh. If you're tired of thick, doughy crust and run of the mill toppings, MOD pizza is for you. read more

Our family loves MOD pizza. There are many restaurants around our house and my kids always choose this restaurant. Its perfect for my kids who never want the same toppings on pizza and at MOD, we can all choose our own! I am also a huge salad fan and there is every ingredient that you can think of to put on a salad. The customer service is always great. Everyone greets you with a smile and is very friendly and informative. Its perfectly located by the movies too so its a great place to go to get something to eat prior to a show. read more

Just went here for a casual dinner on Sat night - whole experience was poor start to finish. My husband and I had passed this restaurant a few times after opening and I was so excited to try the concept - fire oven pizza custom made-to-order all for one price; wow. Except, not. The concept is great in theory if there are NO other customers in line, but with 20 people in line, all ordering a CUSTOM pizza that they then cook in 1 oven (yes, one oven) and those 20 people not limited to 1 pizza each makes for a VERY long wait. Then, you get to the cashier and there's more wait because there are too many customers to serve and all the while, they are also taking CALL IN ORDERS. So, those 20 people in front of you becomes maybe 25 from call-in orders, with multiple orders of pizza each...you get my point how it backs up right? With a 2 year old in tow, 45 minutes (and I'm NOT exaggerating) from start of standing in line, to payment to actual receipt of our pizza, this is so not worth it in the end. Pizza was good, but we were starving, angry at how long this "quick" process was supposed to take and the complete disarray of the work staff = will not return (EVER) to this establishment. The concept does not work well in practice and the pizza was just mediocre at best. Also, I tried the caramelized pear ice tea and poured the whole thing out (disgusting; tasted like rancid iced tea at best) and had to go with the "vintage lemonade" (since I paid for a drink) instead, which was no better than Crystal light lemonade. Very unhappy with our experience as a whole and disappointed in what seems to be a good idea, but turns out to be a bad idea of you decide to try this place out. By the way, the people in front of us and behind us voiced out loud our same sentiments - terrible! We will never ever be back. The food is great here. Love the pizzas. However, I just put in an online order and showed up 20 minutes later to pick it up. It's 4p on a Saturday so I assumed and was correct they were not too busy. I figured the food is probably ready. I go to the register and give my name. The woman who came over to me was incredibly rude. She informed me that my requested time for the order to be read was 5:13 and I was way too early so she guessed they'd get started. I was taken aback as I did not request for the order at a time in the future. I checked my email and she was correct. It did say request for 5:13. I'm assuming that was something to do with there site. That's no ones fault. Her attitude was unnecessary. The correct response should have been "I see this order was placed for a later time. That's okay, we'll start on it right away." No reason to give me attitude. That's just bad customer service. read more

I was coming home from work and was craving pizza. I decided to try MOD and when I walked in, I can tell a huge rush got to them as there was nobody at the food station or brick oven. I was waiting in line for a good 6 minutes and decided to leave until a gentleman came up and apologized for the wait. He explained what MOD was and I was surprised how cheap and easy everything was. I ordered the GUS and he made the pizza so quickly and looked very nice. I asked for his name due to the fact that he was the only employee paying any attention to me or other customers and after me, other employees came out and helped other customers. His name was James and he told me to I can pay at the front. Tiera was the cashier and she was very kind and joyful to have me as a customer. She made me a delicious strawberry milkshake and the pizza came out within 5 minutes. The food was great and James and Tiera made the experience wonderful. I am coming to MOD again and hopefully James and Tiera will be my pizza maker/cashier once again! read more
