Nice friendly staff who greeted us as we walked in the door. I ordered the nachos and he asked me if I wanted my chips and cheese in the bowl or separate. I had them separate so the chips didn't get soggy. He asked me what I wanted in my bowl after he poured in the queso so I had him add my toppings and bought a drink. They had one of those all in one machines for drinks that I like. They also had a salsa bar there with 5 or 6 types of salsa. Or nachos were great. Filled all of us up and was very tasty. Nice stop. Wife is thinking she found a new place for her lunch stop during the week. Meals under 10 bucks so it had good value.

Sassy Sammy builds sweet burritos that r beautiful.

Really good fast mex. I enjoyed the Stack with pulled pork. They actually use real fresh jalapeños. Love it. Without a doubt Sammy is the best burrito maker.

Absolutely love Moe's. I didn't know what I was hungry for one time and a worker introduced the Stack. I order it every time I go.

Hair in my food and the manager said it wasn't his problem. He was unbelievably rude. I will never eat at Moe's Southwest Grill again.

I personally love Mexican food. Some people would call this not authentic Mexican food but for the price it is very good.

But then they just kind of ignored us. There was live music and it was way too loud! Like we couldn't even hear ourselves loud! Finally someone in my party asked to move to another area of the restaurant and they were more than willing to help. But our server never came back! Didn't know if no one told him we moved... Usually the food comes out very quick, and I was always impressed on how they carry all the plates at once! This time it took forever! And there wasn't a lot of people in the place! Honestly most of the staff just looked like they were watching and singing with the musicians the whole time we were there. Finally our food came and the 2 kids taco plates came after the rest of the food. We finished eating and no one came back to check on us again. We had to get up to go find a sever- turns out our server left and they never told our table or assigned a new server to us! Unfortunately with so many restaurants we will not be going back. I hope all the Los Amigos around town aren't the same, because the food is decent.

This little Mexican spot was a nice discovery. Located on Sprinkle Rd. a short distance south of…read morethe highway, it for all the world looks like it is housed in a former BP station. The form factor just has that apperance, and the fact that the trim color on the outside is green probably completes the illusion. However, in looking it up, it apparently actually used to house a series of pizza joints, most notably a Cottage Inn. The dining room is spacious and well-appointed offering a pleasant place to enjoy a meal. I was there with a colleague for a late lunch before dropping him at his hotel before I headed home. Hence, because of the hour it was not busy. It's a bit of a cross between a Mexican full-service restaurant and a Tex-Mex fast food place. The format is walk-up-and-order but the menu is more like a full-service place. The service was friendly and very efficient. They offer some good choices on their menu. My colleague had Lengua Gorditas, which he liked quite a lot. I had one of my Mexican favorites, the Huevos con Chorizo. It was a very tasty selection accompanied by the usual refried beans, rice and tortillas (I chose the corn tortillas). The portion was quite good which worked well since I had eaten very little that day. Even at that, I was not able to finish the beans and rice. We both had bottled drinks. With food, drinks, tax and tip, our bill was $49. At $24.50 per person, it was a bit expensive for lunch, but the value was reasonable for what we got by today's standards. I go to Kalamazoo periodically for business. I'll keep this place in mind when I'm there. They apparently have another location near WMU, so that might be a target to try in the future.

Their margaritas are so good! And a pitcher keeps your glass full for the entire meal! ;) We loved every. single. sip! We've tried many of their menu items - some of our favs are the pork tamales, the ranchero burrito (nothing just like this particular burrito at any other place in town - the CHORIZO!), arroz con pollo, and any of their tacos! :) Queso always makes it all better!!
