I work almost directly next door to this cart and waiting with great anticipation for it to open, it does not disappoint at all, i have eaten there almost everyday the last two weeks even twice in my days off. Everything they make is fresh and great portions, the have vegan horchata and an array of vegan burritos tacos salads and enchiladas. This is my favorite place to go to on certain occasions, I remember when this place first opened up and the food is as good as it gets, sadly one special request was the cauliflower salad. Best of the best with truly incredible Mexican food. LA native and this spot made me miss home.

I wish that I could give them one more star but I have been twice now and both times the flavor was great(chicken burrito) but they were almost inedible because of how spicy the beans were. I thought maybe it was a fluke after the first time but I went back and got food for the family another time and no one could finish their food because the beans were blazingly hot....I will give them another try soon to see if it was a fluke. Excellent food and presentation! Had the mole enchiladas (I'm a big mole fan) and portabella burrito (but in a bowl, no tortilla) and the flavors were unbelievable. This was better than any fine dining Mexican establishment. I live close to the Mexican border in San Diego so am well versed on Mexican food and picky. I have spent a bunch of time exploring Mexican places in the Portland metro since moving from California last year (I know you hate me). Mole mole is a huge leap above the rest. I've had the carne asada, carnitas, conchinita tacos and mole enchiladas. All are absolutely AMAZING. The food was good. For a cart, the wait was a bit long 30 minutes for two tacos, and verde enchilada. But it's because they are popular. We there there at 8pm and they close at 9. Their outdoor sitting space thankfully had heaters above and it's a quaint area. I'll be coming back to try other parts of their menu. read more

Amazing family run food cart. Most people come here for their mole enchiladas special plate which are amazing. I usually get burritos here and they have one of the best in Portland. Another sure sign this spot is a good one is their salsas and sauces are all fresh and delicious. This spot got a good right up and has gotten busy but even at it's busiest I haven't had to wait longer then 20 minutes. Just enough time to grab a beer next store. this might be the first time i've left a 5 star review from only 1 visit but everything was excellent. yesterday i called in my pickup order, was told it would be 10 mins. pull up at the 10 minute mark and my order was being bagged up. the cashier was genuinely very nice. i had mole tofu enchiladas and my colleague had a pollo burrito. everything, and i mean everything about it was perfect. the hot sauces were all flavorful and actually hot, the mole was just the right balance of sweet and savory, the tofu was seasoned well and had a nice texture, and the side of beans and rice sealed the deal: quite possibly the best i've had. i actually considered not working from home today so i could return for lunch. guessing this will be a very regular lunch destination. thanks, Mole Mole read more

It was cold and rainy out but we braved it to sit outside and eat really good fish tacos under the covered seating. Tacos came out quickly. The salsa is spicy deliciousness. Trust me when I say get your butts to Mole Mole ASAP! Hands down best enchiladas I've had in Portland. Everything from the enchiladas to the rice and beans were all amazing, seasoned to perfection, and only for $10 bucks. Great food, we had the pozole, they have restroom facility and handwashing station which were both clean, outdoor seating only, flavorful soup and heaters kept us warm. I say it was worth the drive, came from Tacoma to try it out. Sorry I didn't get a photo. Staff were friendly, and efficient, dishes were all delicious looking, there was a constant flow of customers as we sat and enjoyed our meal, met a nice person and their dog, friendly area.
