Been several different times and it's always amazing. Favorites so far are the breakfast and al pastor burritos

This place is awesome. I've been a couple times and have tried a variety of offerings from the menu. The mole is really tasty, the pasole is crazy good and my wife really enjoyed the Chile relleno and veggie burritos (she said it was full of fresh yummy veggies, not just lettuce and pico). My kids have absolutely crushed the kids burrito and the chicken tacos. You can tell that they use quality ingredients and truly care about the food they serve. Not only is the food delicious but they are also very friendly. I will definitely be going back to Mole Mole again and again. I'm excited to try the empanadas next time. read more

I got the portobello mushroom burrito, and I had high hopes based on the ingredients and reviews. Unfortunately it was both soupy and bland. Also the way it was put together, the rice was completely separate with each bite. Perhaps tightening up the menu would improve quality control as well. read more

If the lady At the Register wasn't so rude with us when ordering and Not being helpful with the menu I would've Rated a Star higher but the Food is average For Advertising authentic Mexican Food But I Guess If Your Craving something decent I'd say go right ahead But Average At best Don't believe the hype . read more

Nice selection of food: burritos, Tacos, a Super Bowl with choice of protein and. of course, mole! We tried a taco de cochinita pibil ---loaded with meat and tasty. I had to change into my soft pants so I could write this while digesting. I ate my entire burrito (carne asada mole burrito) and I am so full and so happy. Every single component of their food has flavor and love in it. The mole is outstanding (it's got such a depth of flavors and you can tell is made with such love). The rice was so delicious, the carne asada was wonderfully marinated and lightly charred and smoky. I want to eat here every day, but alas, I probably shouldn't eat giant burritos every day. I'll be coming here again and telling everyone I know to order from here too! read more

Top tier food! Personal favorites are the cochinita pibil, mole mole special, and the mole burrito. Friendly and gracious service with plenty of menu options and good salsas. Gorgeous plates and platters with intricate colors and motifs are a great touch. read more

I love this food truck so much, everything I'd tried there is amazing and tastes like home, and is just the best comfort food. Very reasonably priced and large portions, my favorite things are the mole enchiladas, al pastor tacos, and chile relleno but you can't really go wrong. The wait can be long when it's busy, but it's a popular spot. Also they're always super friendly and kind! read more

A food cart that is very clean as are the picnic tables outside. There are 3 other carts too. The Chile Relleno mole with a red mole was excellent and substantial served on beautiful custom platers. Will go back. I do wonder if they have a Oaxacan dark mole. read more

We grabbed takeout from Mole Mole tonite for the first time and every single thing we ordered was just incredible. We tried the cauliflower, the chicken mole burrito, and the mole verde enchiladas - it was all superbly crafted, fresh, beautiful, and delicious. A fantastic food cart next to a good brewery. My favorite is the Mole Mole special- enchiladas with one of each of their moles (traditional brown, pumpkin seed, and beet). While the brown is my favorite, the other two are also delicious. Food is served on proper plates with metal cutlery- no plastic or styrofoam. read more

the mole enchilada traumatized my taste buds, it was like straight molasses. the prickly pear auga fresca was so sweet i couldn't even drink it.. the fish tacos were alright same with the shrimp. everything was reasonably priced but i cant get over how bad the enchiladas were. read more

Ima keep it absolutely real with whoever reads this. This taco spot is straight up fireeeee it's so damn good. I went for the first time and ordered 4 tacos to get a lay of the land and see what proteins I would enjoy the most. Asada, Al pastor, mole pollo and carnitas. I eat the first taco which is Al pastor 5/5 no cap soooo damn good I thought damn idk how this can be matched but I drop in on taco number 2 and I'm not playing this taco is almost better than the last....boom boom boom taco 3 and 4 down the hatch with the exact same feeling like each taco was just as amazing and different as the next! The mole was bomb af! Yo I'm speechless I'm hella excited to try the other dishes on the menu. Specials looked bomb too! read more

Another delicious lunch today at Mole Mole. I had two mole chicken tacos and a horchata. Fantastic flavors, full of grilled chicken chunks, mole sauce, and different delicious additions all rolled into two corn tortillas for each taco. I can't get the rich taste out of my mind. It was that good. Flavor, flavor everywhere. Had the enchilada special, so I could try all 3 moles. They were all just perfect, but the pink beet- based was my favorite. This was a food truck within a pod, so I could eat outside at one of the picnic tables. Service was friendly and quick. The presentation with 3 different- colored moles added to the experience. I can't wait to go back! read more

Mexican food was something I grew up on, becoming vegan made it hard to find good authentic vegan Mexican food. But this food cart really gave me some good authentic Mexican food all while being vegan. I had their vegan horchata along with the vegan enchiladas with tofu. My husband decided to have their nachos with asada. Both the vegan and non vegan dishes are good. Definitely must try. read more
