We visited the Waterfront location (199 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 98104) just south of the Washington State Ferry Terminal. The location is so pretty by the water and inside of the old Washington Street Boat Landing Pergola which makes a great photo op, that's Instagram worthy! We ordered their Sweet Cream, Cookies and Cream and Strawberry ice creams in cones. For my Strawberry cone, I added their seasonal rhubarb drizzle. So good! Their ice creams are sweet without being too sweet! They have a lot of seasonal flavors which are fun to try. Here are their current seasonals as of 7/16/26: APRICOT CRISP BLUEBERRY CHEESCAKE CHERRY CHUNK STRAWBERRY SORBET They also have their "always flavors", so lots to choose from and something for everyone!! The servers were so friendly -- all smiles and patient with us while we made our selections. My son has a nut allergy and I LOVE that their ice creams are NUT FREE! They do note they do have hazelnut toppings -- so be aware of this and let the server know If you or your family/friends have nut or other allergies. They are one of the few businesses out there that really make a conscious effect to be open and transparent with this information and I appreciate that allergen information is easily accessible on their website. I love the flavors that Molly Moon's has to offer -- I tried their strawberry matcha ice cream and it was so delicious along with the tried and true Scout Mint Brownie. My son had cookies and cream along with some hot fudge. It was really really good but very expensive -- but quality ingredients for sure! Service was fast and friendly -- no complaints! We also at there and played a game while we were eating so that was super fun! They also have super cute swag -- I might have to go back and get a tshirt. I love Molly Moon's, but I especially love the location in my local neighborhood! I frequent here often because you can never have enough Molly Moon's. This location is a newer location and it shows. The decor inside is very modern, yet hip and gives great vibes. There is also plenty of seating room for an ice cream parlor. I always love the classic flavors such as melted chocolate and cookies and cream as well as their seasonal flavors. They never fail to disappoint. The staff is also very nice and always warm and welcoming. They are always ready to help and offer samples. Fair warning, it does get busy here in the summer months and in the evenings. I highly recommend Molly Moon's and I'm so happy they came to West Seattle! read more

Xen greeted us with a huge smile and encouraged me to try something I never would have picked on my own. I'm so glad I listened. The ice cream was incredible--honestly, it may have been the best I've ever had, and I'm 60 years old, so that's a lot of ice cream. Xen's bright pink hair, perfectly matched Molly Moon's colors and tied the entire vibe together seemlessly. Great product, but even better customer service. We went here for an after dinner treat. Big place. Very ice cream parlor. You can take your time to choose what you want. They have quite the selection of treats and flavors. The staff are very nice and patient. They'll let you sample as many flavors as you'd like until you make your choice. Don't be that guy who takes way too long to make a decision. I don't know about you but for me, I need a little bit of water after my ice cream. Molly must be the same because they have water available. Make yourself a cup and keep enjoying your night. I'd honestly rather pay more and get the portion I expect. I'm not a sit-and-stay ice cream person, so for me it really just comes down to value. Service was fine, but every time I order the salted caramel I get asked if I've tried it. I get the intent, but after a while it feels unnecessary. I have to be honest. The last two visits left me disappointed. Strawberry on one visit and Peaches & Cream on the other.
