This not only made up for the last experience but surpassed each and every expectation we could've had. My mom is so important to me and was literally blown away by how great everything was. The General Manager had given my mom a gift card to make up for the last experience and so my mom wanted to use it since Mr. Guy was incredibly professional and able to provide true reconciliation which prompted us to try again but this time at the Palm Desert location. Our server was happy, smiling, proactively providing refills, asking in advance if we need any more sauces. The ambiance and atmosphere was incredibly inviting. To the managers: Art & Mr. Guy please protect this server as her career is bright!! Dining there with her as our server, showed us that there is literally nothing better she could have done. We laughed Somehow the bill ended up perfectly coming out to the exact amount that our gift card was for. As we were about to pay the bill, my wife made a funny comment saying "This makes up for your birthday, the only thing missing is the cake." Not even 4 seconds later...literally 4 seconds later... our server comes out with a slice of cheesecake. Idk if you have cameras and microphones at the tables but you would think our server was a CIA agent the way she read our minds. There were too many coincidences for us not to leave thinking that god truly blessed us with this dining experience. We probably shed tears of joy from the laughter and great experience you provided. My bf left to get something more appropriate. Few things... it is not posted/listed on the restaurant establishment or website, OR YELP that there is any sort of dress code. We also weren't told while entering/before being seated about this "rule". Throughout the time waiting for my bf to figure something out, it felt very rushed to order. I am not here to complain about the rule, it just would've been nice to see it listed anywhere beforehand OR we could've been informed before sitting down. Mainly writing this review for others, especially those visiting from out of town of this "policy" before having an awkward/rushed experience.
