We hired Monster Moving in March to move from an apartment to a house. They did a great job moving our stuff however we have been fighting issues with our washing machine since the move. It constantly errors out and the manufacturer was no help. After fighting with the problem for several months, I was able to determine the root cause as incorrectly installed water lines. Will not use again. Additional Feedback: Aaron has made multiple claims that he is going to contact me and has failed to execute. All you had to do was make a simple phone call on Monday like you said. Continued failure to execute goes to show exactly why would should avoid Monster Moving at all costs. Feedback for Aaron: I was not pleased with the phone response and immediately moved to social media avenues. Based on your response, that was a wise decision. There is no need for such hostility. With regards to your point about the 6-month gap in contacting Monster Moving... Moving is hard work and a hard business so the last thing you want to do is blame the movers. As such, I spent that 6 months troubleshooting the issue with the manufacturer as we both believed the issue to be something else. I made every attempt to resolve the issue through other methods before realizing the issue (this morning) and immediately correcting. Not to mention, life slows things down... Having our third child mainly. The cold water hose was connected to the hot water inlet and the hot water inlet was connected to the cold water inlet. I am not in the plumbing or appliance repair business so no, I did not realize that was the issue. Do you expect your customers to be plumbers or appliance repairmen? If so you seriously need to change your perspective... Or just not offer to hook up appliances... All I stated was that manufacturer was no help. I did not state that they came out. No changes have been made since our items were moved. If you would like I can send you pictures from just after the movers left. If you zoom you can see the red on the hot water hose. Everyone thinks hiring and working with movers is the worst part of the moving process, that's what I thought so; however, for the first time I got a way different idea when I called Monster moving a day before yesterday. It starts with Andrew, who picked up the phone and kindly scheduled moving for a day after, I mean in less than 24 hrs. The movers got to the location on time! Jack and Ken start working since 8:15 am to 1:30 pm. Nonstop, excellent attitude, very kind and helpful like they know me forever and their decisions on how to do the job were all for my benefit. Ken got a scratch on his calf, no bleeding but it was deep, however he was working like didn't exits. Their price was very reasonable and there were no hidden cost! Jared, Frank, and Donovan moved us today from OC to the Inland Empire. They showed up early, they were chipper and friendly throughout, and they safely and properly conveyed our stuff (lots of boxes and a few heavy pieces of furniture) from our home *and* our storage unit to our new home, and were just constantly communicative during the move to make sure we were satisfied, and they were helpful, kind, and overall great to work with. They even helped us disconnect and reconnect our washer and dryer and moved a few various pieces of furniture as well. Pricing was very reasonable, especially given the job they did. As hard as moving is, we would almost want to do it again just to work with such a great crew. Kudos! read more

We hired monster mover to move us on a Sunday. Edgar and Jose were on time 0800 sharp!! They were ready before us. Edgar and Jose explained the process thoroughly and made the transition so simple.
