I went for the sea salt basil seed wintermelon, mango yogurt, mint mango honeydew, sunrise tea and Thai tea bobas. The boba texture was excellent in my opinion. Not old. Not stale. Fresh and chewy. My drink was a bit sweet even with the 50% level, so I wouldn't necessarily get it again. The other drinks I was told were not as flavorful. The mango yogurt was, though. The service is friendly. this place has become an absolute flop. i have no idea what happen because they used to be so good. the drinks were always good and the food quality was always on point. before i decided to write this review, i have given this place couple more chances and today was the day i decided to write a review. i placed a phone order for pick up. i ordered myself the Thai tea crème brûlée and a strawberry croffle. i have tried the Thai tea crème brûlée many many times and in the past it was always delicious and it actually tasted like THAI TEA. This time, it did not. when i received my drink, it did not taste like Thai tea. it was watered down, it had no crème brûlée (the yellow mix) and they put some tiny tiny bit of whip cream. as if paying for the drink wasn't enough to get a full entire whip cream instead of leaving the lid half empty. My drink looked nothing like my previous reviews. (photos attached) - it's like when you go to a smoothie shop and they make your smoothie all watery instead of being the proper thick consistency, it was just like that. - i returned back to the boba shop and had informed the girl who was assisting me that i was not satisfied with my drink. she did not care at all. did not try to help or accommodate at all. i actually had to pay for ANOTHER drink since i was unsatisfied with my original drink i had ALREADY paid for. so i ended up paying for a regular iced Thai tea. it was absolutely ridiculous. let's talk about the croffle. the first time i had ever tried their croffle it was absolutely delicious! the second time around, i received a burnt croffle. third time around, another burnt croffle. so when i placed my order over the phone i kindly asked the girl who was assisting me if she can make sure that my croffle isn't burnt and she said sure. received my croffle and it was a bit burnt. when it is burnt it doesn't taste well with the syrup and the toppings. the strawberries were good though. monstera teahouse is a disappointment to me. i was very unsatisfied today. i guess that is what happens when your business is going well and you eventually stop caring about the quality of the product you are selling. even the employees are a disappointment. not the same anymore. their energy is very dull and boring. there is no "hii welcome, how can we help you today?" it's rude not to acknowledge your customers. this boba shop is crossed off my list. read more

I like this little boba spot located in a small shopping center next to a Korean spa. I really like their peach hibiscus green tea and their Thai tea. They also have bubble waffles which is nice and fluffy and made hot to order. read more

I got recommended this boba shop from a friend and I had a chance to stop by today. The Aurea and the Ube Taro are my favorites. My cousins also got the Thai Creme Brulee and the Mango Matcha Soy and they are also bomb af. They use organic milk so you definitely taste the quality compared to whole milk. The interior is clean and so pretty with all the plants. Hope to see more plants being decorated in the future. The staff are friendly. They also sell some cute stickers and keychains. This place is a total joke. I went there 35 mins before they close ordered 9 drinks and left a 15% tip. Upon picking up my drinks the employee told me that they get upset because we place last minute order and they don't like it. I picked up the drinks 10 mins before they closed. The employee told me it's their policy and it's on the door. Door said they close at 7 so I don't think it's the customers responsibility to make sure employees have enough time to clean up: this was very embarrassing and petty. I couldn't believe my ears. 2 male employees who refused to give me their names were arguing and not addressing the issue. He said we close 30 mins before we close: which makes absolutely no sense. It's a small community and I'm trying to support the locals businesses. It's shameful to be treated like that after I even left a tip. If you don't like ur job it's better to chnage it. Stopped in, mainly to use the restroom. It was very clean, in case anyone wants to know. The staff member said I had to buy something, which was fine. Bought the house brewed oolong milk tea. When it came out it was very light in color. Asked for light ice and it was full of ice. Tastes the way it looks. Light tea flavor. Very sweet forward taste. I did get soy milk, so maybe that's why it tasted very watery. Disappointing experience. From the other pictures the place looks decent. Maybe I got something they are not known for. They have variety of flavors that I have tried so far and my favorite ones are ube taro frostie and sunset tea, & the aurora...I always stock up some to bring home for myself & my family. I happen to see this new teahouse in the neighborhood and I was ecstatic. I had to try lots of their flavor when they opemed and they had a big discount at that time. The environement was so clean and quaint. I asked one of the owners how they did their furniture and they did it all by themselves! it was cool! As for the boba, all i can say is that, i was in awe with how their flavors were. I ordered 5 on their menu and each one didnt fail. My son who was a picky eater loved their strawberry drink and my ultra favorite were the taro and and cookies and cream drink.. ok ok that's a lot of favorites.. it's just that, they all taste great! All of their milk tea drinks (minus maybe some of the créme drinks) use a non-dairy creamer, which is great and inclusive for a lot more people. They have a large variety of flavors and drink types you may not necessarily find at other common boba joins, so that is a plus. Came across this boba shop while passing by and visited a couple of times already. They are new and recently just opened with a soft opening. The owner Wendy and Preston is very nice and able to adjust the sweetness of the a good amount of drinks. I'm lactose intolerant and sensitive to sweets so I got their signature brown sugar milk tea at 50% sweetness. The substitution to oak milk was perfect for me. My wife got their Oreo cookies and creame brulee. Surprisingly she said it was really good! It wasn't too thick like a smoothie and the cookie chunks gave it an extra crunch to it. Friendly staff, free wifi, and lots of parking outside as well as under the plaza too. Preston even gave me a plant! Plant giving people = down to Earth cool people .
