How did I end up at this coffee shop?! Well, I saw one of their vans on the freeway and the name peeked my curiosity. No less than 15 minutes later I was drinking an iced churro latte. The latte was a little sweet but not overwhelming. I normally don't finish my coffee drinks but this one I did. I also got coffee beans. Can't wait to try them! The baristas was very friendly. The shop was full and the vibes were right. Will definitely be back.

Store is really clean , the food is really good and the coffee is really well made . Not too sweet where it over powers the drink. very well organized and a lot of space to work from . Staff is friendly and attentive . Came on a Saturday morning and there was a lot of parking . Adding it to coffee shops to stop by when in the area.

My husband was craving the coffee beans from this place, so we decided to check out this location. Compared to their Costa Mesa spot, both locations have that same welcoming vibe. The drinks are always really good, and their coffee beans are definitely worth buying. This location is a bit smaller than the Costa Mesa one, but it still has a really cozy feel. It seems like the perfect spot for college students or people working nearby--it gives off a nice little business café vibe. I really enjoy their drinks because they don't taste overly flavored or too sweet. Everything just hits the right balance. Definitely a place worth trying if you're in the area.

We came here around noon on a Saturday for coffee, and the café was packed with people studying. You can order either at the kiosk or with the cashier. We tried the matcha latte and the cold brew with sea salt cold foam. The cold brew was a bit on the sour side for our taste, but the matcha latte was good. Overall, it's a great spot for studying, and I would come back for that.

Stopped by on a Wednesday to get some studying in. It definitely gets packed so get here early if you can. Cute seating areas indoors and outdoors. I had the deluxe avocado toast made by Abel. It was fresh and yummy. Definitely filling for a study session. Charging outlets are limited though so come charge and ready.

Great spot for coffee. My favorite thing here is the cool aesthetic vibe. Very hipster and chic! Clean interior and nice customer service too! Drinks come out relatively fast and the drinks here are definitely high quality. They are also a bit on the pricy side. The patio outside is perfect for camaraderie and hanging out. Very dainty and definitely cutesy coffee spot.

Stumbled on this cute coffee shop and it was such a treat. Service was stellar, such great cozy vibes with ample space to get work done, etc. Let's move on to the good stuff, our salmon bagel was scrumptious, toasted so well and enough cream cheese that didn't feel overwhelming. My churro latte was insanely good. Coffee was strong and just a vibrant churro taste that made you think you were drinking a real churro. The quiche we ordered was incredible, so airy, crust was perfect and full of flavor. Don't hesitate and enjoy a nice cup of brew at this gem.

12/21/25 Decided to try this coffee shop located within the UC Irvine compound. Gotta admit, it has great aesthetics & atmosphere, staff are attentive & amiable. Well, the lattes are not exactly our faves. On the first round, I ordered a pumpkin spice latte for myself & an oat milk latte for Hubby. Within minutes the hit beverages were ready. I love these were served in tasteful black mug & plate. Oh wow, my PSL at first sip tasted sour, the kind one tastes when the medium roast is used. Definitely off putting. I wanted to just grin & bear it but I just know Hubby will definitely NOT. So I asked if the base was a medium roast & it was. The kind staff offered to redo & they did for both, single origin. Mine was better but Hubby still made a face as he tasted his & it was a definite No for him. Taking into account for the beautiful atmosphere (clean, well maintained washroom facilities) & the efforts made by staff to remake the drinks, I give them 4 stars. This place is well suited for the students & some visiting families as seen by the clientele that patronized it today. It was a good attempt & experience but we mostly prefer our lattes to be on the smoother, darker roasts.

This is my usual spot and it never misses! Today Cass and B were serving me and they were the kindest and gave quick service. Highly recommend visiting this location

I like coming here to work and chat with friends because it's spacious and parking is great. I usually get an iced vanilla latte and it's always pretty consistent. Would recommend

I enjoy this MoonGoat location at UCI research park and I consider it a hidden gem! There's plenty of outdoor seating in the area and the coffee quality is well-renowned. Honestly, it's a spot that people should gate keep because I'm sure the local tech businesses here wouldn't want this spot overrun by students! Some of my favorite local spots tout that they carry MoonGoat coffee because of their bean sourcing and because MoonGoat is known for roasting their beans. Friends who are self-proclaimed "coffee snobs", love the single origin options here. I'm still developing my palate for bitters; therefore, I enjoy their iced churro latte with oat milk and their sea salt cold foam. The churro latte is sweet with some nice cinnamon flavor that doesn't overwhelm and the sea salt cold foam offers creaminess and nice balance to the sweetness. Overall, I enjoy coming here when I visit people at UCI because of the great drink options, because of the ample seating, because there's plenty of free parking, and because it's a great place to hang out!

I tried the churro latte per the worker's recommendation since it's their signature latte. I appreciated that she asked me if I wanted it less sweetened because I don't like my coffee too sweet and that they can adjust it later if there weren't enough pumps. The churro latte uses house-made dulce de leche and vanilla syrup but I couldn't taste either that much. It just seemed sweet enough to counteract the bitterness of espresso so the "churro" flavor didn't really come through. In fact, it was more like a Spanish latte with all the cinnamon powder mixed in. There were quite a few people there already at 10 a.m. on a Saturday but still enough space to find a few seats. I also noticed a lot of people picking up their drinks using mobile order.

My 100th Yelp review will be delightfully dedicated to MoonGoat!! Faithful Blessings on blessings day by day Drinks: sit and relax as I insightfully provide the drink cheat code after personally traveling through the menu Iced Shaken Matcha Latte with honey and almond milk is my gold standard matcha drink!! Ask for Marcos to make this on bar for you and all desires will be beyond met. Never fails my non-coffee days which the honey enhances their matcha. My sisters would insist their strawberry matcha is their favorite though. Hot Matcha Latte reveals their high quality matcha and not any grainy grade. Matcha Spritzer is my spring and summer California refresher drink!! They had a seasonal yuzu syrup but the half sweet cascara is also delicious!! My favorite coffee latte is their house-made cherry reduction syrup: cascara. An iced cascara latte for the superior vote. Churro latte was too sweet but cascara is best. Alway ask for HALF sweet here!! Cold brew is a hidden nugget that I value when needing all hands on deck for work. Choose an iced cold brew over their iced Americano YES! If you need something sweeter add a cold foam like strawberry OR salted caramel!! Black coffee drinker do not worry, get their hot house drip called Sweater Weather!! Food: a more limited food list but their salmon lox on an everything bagel with capers, arugula and red onion or sub for sourdough bread !! Their mushroom quiche was great portion and vegetarian option. Service: A happy crew ready to welcome you and feel at home!! They see me almost everyday and their welcome is just as jolly as when they met me well over a year ago haha Ambiance: Recently, they added a lot more individual studying tables and removed the long communal table. The patio is large with canopy shade and dogs can sit too! Great study spot close to UCI

It is so good but I never finish it haha because it is big. Totally worth to try. They have large tables which are perfect to host coworking sessions or just to come and work. I think I've only had like a small instance where the internet got a little slow but other than that this is a pleasant spot to visit. You can also rent a study/conference room from the church. I sent a message before because I needed a spot to do my final oral exam virtually. There is a small fee but unfortunately no one got back to me. There is a QR code that takes you to a site where you fill out a form to request the space. Now, these requests are handled specifically by the church not the coffee spot. Although it is in the same area. The staff is super friendly. The restrooms are always clean. Handicap friendly. Not necessarily kid friendly because a lot of people come here to study and work, and its also all concrete and hazards for the small ones, but I have seen people do like babies on strollers type of gathering.

I recently ordered the plain croissant and it was by far the best plain croissant I've had in my life. You'll need to come earlier in the day to have options because they sell somewhat quickly. Small nitpick that I've also seen from others is that they really should keep pastries in a case rather than out in the open. The fly fan things don't work that well... Also with the amount of dogs, fur and dander are inevitably airborne. When I was there last a customer's large dog jumped on the counter several times and had his face and paws in the pastries - woops.
