It felt very unprofessional, so I thought maybe I should try a studio next. I am so glad I found Studio Velle!! April did my lashes, and though her previous appt ran a bit long (that girl is BOOKED!), I didn't have to wait too long. And honestly, the wait is worth it. I appreciated that they accept "foreign" fills and didn't charge me for a full set (like other salons do). I told April what I wanted, slight cat eye and somewhere between hybrid and volume and wow she blew me away. I accidentally fell asleep but it was great because when I woke up, she was basically done! I could feel how thorough she was to ensure I had layers of lashes. It's been 5/6 days so far and literally only 1 lash has fallen out; this is unheard of from my other lash techs. I truly think I could trust anyone at this salon, they care so much, it's palpable! I am excited to continue to build a relationship with this salon, much appreciated for all the work you do!

When I got sat down I asked them to put an acrylic tip on one toenail (not pictured) and this conversation went on for atleast 10 minutes between me (customer) the front desk lady and the guy nail technician. At one point I even stopped and asked my friend who was with me if I was making sense or if I was being too difficult to understand? Let's just say the first 25 minutes of my relaxing pedicure were well not.. I still paid and tipped 20% because I like paying for the service I am receiving and want to be treated nicely when I return as a returning customer.. well not even 2 hours later and my gel pedicure is already peeling off.. usually my gel pedicures last me atleast 3 weeks and if it's wearing down it's my toe nails growing out not the actual gel PEELING off.. I am going back tomorrow to ask for it fixed and will update this review. 2 stars only for the cleanliness of the location.

I went to 'Mor Beauty' for waxing yesterday for the 1st time. I was 100% satisfied with the place and the service provided by the owner Mrs. Anita. 1st, the place is meticulously clean and inviting. The lady greeted me with a warm smile and kindly asked me to wait (she accepts appointments and walk-ins) as she was threading some customer eyebrows. I was watching her, she was fast, efficient and painless, and the customer seemed very pleased with the result. The waxing room was also as clean as the rest of the place, very warm, and the bench was comfortable as well. Anita was extremely thorough, gentle and gave me some valuable advices about skin care. The session went by very fast as we were chitchatting and laughing about different subjects. The waxing felt much less painful , and even painless in most areas thanks to the way Anita pulls off the hair while respecting the direction it grows in, the speed of the act of pulling, and the wax temperature. On the bikini area, she was putting wax on tiny parts so that it doesn't hurt much. Although the Brazilian may feel awkward, She made me feel completely at ease , The place and the lady are great and I would definitely go back. read more

Anita is amazing! Her heart is full, and her services are simple. Everything you would expect she offers, every time, with ease. I've been coming to Anita for over 7 years now, and I would rather have grow out than go to anyone else or attempt on my own. One thing I will say as a regular, is I've noticed the newer clients stand outside of the doors on busy days. Please for her sake and everyone's, do not do this. Many love her, and her services, so sometimes you will have to wait a while. I bring a water bottle and headphones just in case. Bring a kind heart. I highly recommend Mor Beauty! Anita is incredibly skilled, professional, and always does an amazing job. What really stands out is how quick and painless the process is--appointments are efficient without ever feeling rushed. As a guy, it can be hard to find someone who understands how to clean up male eyebrows while keeping them natural and masculine, but she does it perfectly every time. I had the most incredible experience at this salon owned by an amazing woman! She threaded my eyebrows with such care and gentleness, unlike any other salon I've been to before.
