    Chili relleno with hot tea

The best thing I can say about this restaurant is that I'm no longer hunger. I had the chili relleno breakfast. Boy was it spicy! I loved the panko breading on the chili's. Other than that everything else was just standard. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ok service, ok decor.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Oh one thing I did find rather unique was they had a grab and go section that had ready to go breakfast items for working folks. It was already empty so it must be for the early morning folks. But that was cool.

Another wonderful meal, and as promised to myself a month ago, The Ruben Sandwich was terrific, service was on point, and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance was, well, basic, But with music[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Plenty of parking as you drive up to the Café. As you enter the establishment, you order before you are seated. It took me a while to decide and ended up ordering the Hot French Dip Sandwich with a bowl of Black Bean Chile. After ordering you take your number and sit anywhere you want. The food came out pretty fast. It was pretty cold that day so I started with the Black Bean Chile. I can't take much heat, and the chile was super spicy for my taste. But it was pretty good I think? My taste buds were numb. The French Dip was a bit dry and the dipping sauce was too salty as were the french fries. It did satisfy my appetite though. Overall, it was average. Staff were friendly and service was good. The food was a bit salty for my liking.

You'll need to know there is usually a line to get in. It wasn't that long when we arrived. You order and pay for your food at the counter, they give you a number to take with you while you find a table. Plenty of seating when we went. I probably would have given them 5 stars but the server was not very nice. I felt that she got offended when I asked for hot sauce and a side of sour cream. She seamed annoyed. I ordered the ultimate skillet with cheese sauce. Very yummy. Could have used a little more meat but it was good. I ordered the pancakes with my meal which where small but very yummy. My wife order the veggie omelette. She really enjoyed it. Prices were average, food was yummy, server was annoyed. I'd probably still go back.

Good breakfast stop. Most Egg Dishes around 8$. Prefer this over Wendy's and other options in town, with the exception of Blue Moon bakery.

Great food! Even on busy mornings I am able to get a table fairly quickly. Only thing that would make it better is serving Bloody Mary's!

Nice menu selection and good (not great) food: but rushed and surly service. Wait staff seems tired and hassled.

Great local breakfast place. The green chili is fantastic and loved the omelettes. Friendly staff but it gets busy so might have to wait.

You head to the back counter where you place your food order, and then you can head over to a table to sit and wait for the food to be ready. Once its ready, you head up to the counter to collect your food. The restaurant portion is real cute. They have some colorful tables and chairs which give it a nice Mexico vibe. Once you get your food, you can head over to the salsa bar and add all the additional toppings your heart desires. They have all kinds of sauces from spicy to mild and even have jalapenos and sliced radishes. I got an asada taco and a barbacoa taco and they were both delicious. But my favorite was the barbacoa. It had so much flavor and it was so juicy. I also got an horchata and it was perfect. One of the best I've had! The grocery side itself offers a huge variety of goodies you can find in Mexico including candy which is always what I look for!

The other half of the place is the restaurant. It's more like a small cafe which delivers authentic vibes but very humble. Food was amazing. We had their tacos and I had the burrito which was huge and packed with beef, rice, beans and guacamole. I had it with the loaded sauce on top. So basically you order your food and pick up once you're called. We tried their horchata and it was so delicious. Just the right touch of sweetness. Definitely a hidden gem but remember I rated this for their food and service. This is a humble authentic place.
