Placed online order at 5:18pm, estimated delivery is at 6:03pm. At 6:12pm got a text saying they are running late and delivery will be 6:13pm-6:25pm. It is now 7:35pm and we have yet to receive our order. During the past hour we have called the store numerous times and no answer. Our toddler is starving so we cannot wait any longer. Still the store is not answering and the order has not been delivered and no updates. You can understand our frustration. I love Mountain Mikes pizza, but their new rewards program is really silly. I got a text saying I had 50% off a large pizza, so I call the number on the text. The text didn't say what location the promotion was for. I live in Chino Hills, so I assumed it was this one. (also considering that they have access to my location) I ordered from Menlo Park ONCE, and they're sending me coupons for that location. This is a chain so I thought they'd accept the coupon anywhere, the lady at Chino said she couldn't accept it, but she'd give me $8 off. I really appreciated it, but I really would've rather got two pizzas for $30 and not $52. I guess my point is to just be careful with their rewards program. read more

Under new ownership and it's very obvious. Just not the same. Gave the benefit of the doubt and have dined in a couple times after. The lunch buffet is usually our go to. The salad bar wasn't as fresh. No pizza except one old one under heat lamp so I had to request for fresh pizza. Waited about 20 minutes for a regular plain old pepperoni pizza for my kids to eat. Decided to try the mountain mikes in Corona to see if it was just this location and I have to say the Corona location is way better and has fresher salad bar with bigger selection. read more

Being stuck indoors isn't so bad with Mountain Mike's Pizza. I ordered Mountain Mike's through GrubHub to celebrate Easter dinner with a virtual Zoom call. My pizza consisted of the Robbers Roost, garlic chicken, diced tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, green onions, with their classic red sauce! The pizza arrived exactly on time for our dine-in celebration! It was a deep dish, perfectly crisp, and the Mountain Mike's team remembered to include my extra ranch. Fantastic pizza, and incredibly efficient delivery process. We went to Mountain Mikes for the lunch buffet and it was clean environment. The pizza was hot and fresh. The lettuce at the salad bar could have been a little fresher but overall everything was wonderful. The customer service was exceptional. This place is awesome. We stopped in for a beer while waiting for our table at the Mexican place in the same parking lot. The manager was so kind and helpful not only to us, but to all of the other patrons. Placed a pizza order over the phone and had my daughter pick it up. When my daughter arrived, employee said there was no order placed under the name and probably called it to another location. Daughter called me so I called the same number back which is this location and spoke to the same person. He remembered the order I had placed. He apologized and will make my order. I had asked for any discount for the inconvenience and offered discount on my next order. I requested if I can get a discount with this order and he replied with a yes. Then I asked if I can get a deeper discount but he had to check with his manager. He came back to inform me that I will get a 50% discount for the inconvenience. At the time, I was completely satisfied and told my daughter to add a generous gratuity. When she came home, the 2nd pizza was not the pizza we had ordered. Took my kids for the lunch buffet today and I'm giving 5 stars for the service provided by Austin alone. He was so sweet and made a personal cheese pizza for my son who didnt like any of the pizzas that were out on the buffet at the time. The pizza tasted great. The salad bar left a little to be desired but the salad actually tasted good.
