I like the pizza here it was always hot (keyword was) I ordered inside because the app nor the website were working to order. I see new staff that no speaky English, I think my pizza was ready awhile ago because when I got.it it wasn't hot it was cold the staff let it sit they don't know wtf they are doing at all. A guy 5 min. Later walked in to pick up his order his was supposed to be ready to go they never even started it yet. In the past mountain Mike's Pizza has been some of the most delicious pizza ever. However, tonight we DoorDash pizza and literally one of the small pizzas was missing the base cheese, which is a regular ingredient not an added ingredient. Moreover, the tomatoes as an added item were almost fermented, kind of sour When we called to explain the situation we were told that we had to call the third-party DoorDash company, which we understand however missing cheese from a pizza is kind of a one plus one is two situation. We went in at 8 PM. They close at 9:30. We ordered in a luau pizza and two fountain drinks. But still They gave us the pizza boxed up and our drinks to go cups and plates in a bag. We asked what time they closed and they said 930 and then asked why we can't dine in and they said the dining room was closed, but that we can "stay" the stink face on the woman who was cleaning the restroom and dining room said otherwise. We sat down and ate our pizza and were done within 30 minutes and cleaned up our table and left. It's a shame because we really like their pizza and enjoy stopping in for a quick bite, but with no posted signage on their website or in the store closing the dining room an hour and a half early Is no way to run a business and made it feel like they just did not want to work or want our business they wanted to shove pizza in our arms and shoo us out the door. Even the salad bar was already cleaned up and gone when we walked in. I can understand 45-30 minutes but an hour and a half on a usually busy Saturday is ridiculously lazy. read more

I've ordered pizza for takeout twice at this location. It's never ready at the time it says it will be. There is no sense of urgency. One person working. Rings up 5 people before getting anyone's orders. So the first person has wait until everyone pays before the employee walks to get orders that were sitting there for 10 minutes. I paid extra for ranch and it was half full. Both times there were hardly any toppings on my pizza. Other mountain mikes locations are on time and better quality. Okay so I have mixed feelings about this place. Pizza is GREAT! It obviously blows Dominos out of the water. BUT it is pricier. Which my pocket can't really handle rn. And there is one gentleman that works there. If you ever come here, you'll know exactly who I'm talking about when I say that he is THEE MOST customer service based person EVER! Pizza is alright but wings are very small for the inflated price!! Service is mediocre and they clearly need more overhead because the wait is way too long to dine-in and the place was filthy; cashier only wiped down tables, booths and chairs were greasy, and the trash/mess underneath tables was never swept. The ambiance TOTALLY SUCKS, especially on a SATURDAY!!! There's absolutely NO music playing, all television screens are on mute, you can hear a pin drop and overhear others conversations, and nothing to drown out kids/babies crying and whining. For being a pizza joint, you would think it would have a better and more FUN and inviting vibe but it felt like I was dining inside a funeral parlor; very cold & dreadful vibe. I came in blindly without reading any reviews to form my own opinion. I can't help but wonder if all the other chain locations lack the same and are short-staffed, too?? Management can definitely use some feedback from a hospitality consultant to help with the ambiance and/or the lack thereof. Well unfortunately, disappointing, toppings are easy to get right and tasted fresh, however the crust was chewy and not like any pizza crust I have ever had except Cauliflower crust and it didn't even live up to those standards. There is a Mountain Mikes in Colorado and the crust is significantly better and traditionally, CRISPY and fresh. Two stars for the toppings being on point but the crust makes the pizza. read more

Be aware: a cup of ice water will cost you $2.49. They will not tell you this when you order. I assumed it was an error and questioned it when I looked at my receipt, but was told that no, ice water is the same price as a fountain beverage. :( This is something that should be told to you up front at the very least. Placed online order at 5:18pm, estimated delivery is at 6:03pm. At 6:12pm got a text saying they are running late and delivery will be 6:13pm-6:25pm. It is now 7:35pm and we have yet to receive our order. During the past hour we have called the store numerous times and no answer. Our toddler is starving so we cannot wait any longer. Still the store is not answering and the order has not been delivered and no updates. You can understand our frustration.
