Our pizza dough is undercooked and they just kept telling us that there's nothing they can do about it except put our pizza back in the oven but it will probably burn. I typically do not like to leave bad reviews; however, when you order a thin crust pizza for $31.00 ($33.00 when including tip) , and when arriving home you realize it's a regular crust (regular crust on the thick side) pizza, I felt compelled to share my experience . I brought the pizza back to show them that it can't be considered thin, can yet? they said, "yes, under new ownership, per corporate, this is how our thin crust pizza is". I went there with my family. We looked at the menu, ordered a couple different pizzas and some wings. The staff was very friendly and the place was nice and decorated and clean. However the food left a lot to be desired. It was just a little better than a five dollar Caesars pizza. Honestly disappointed in the taste. I'm not sure if it was the actual pizza dough or the toppings but the combinations themselves just didn't cut it for me. Today I came to Mountains Mike for my brother in laws birthday we don't live in the area so this chain was definitely new to us, we had a party of 16 and they made us feel very welcome, the food came out fast and tasted fresh, the manager was so kind to us offering free garlic knots as a birthday gift & continued to follow up with us throughout our visit to make sure we were okay and that everything was tasting delicious, they made us feel very welcome, if we lived in the area we would be back but sadly we don't, but next time we are we will definitely be coming back. read more

Went in about 2 Sundays ago an hour before closing. Dining room was empty (was planning to dine in) and employee told us we weren't able to dine in due to closing in an hour. There was no sign or anywhere online stating that there were certain dining room hours. If that were the case we wouldn't have gone in at all. If you're not going to serve people who are dining in because you close in an hour you should def enforce dining rooms hours and post them online and at the store! read more

Went into this place for the lunch buffet at noon. A pizza place that opens at 11am & had no pizza out or ready. People don't have much time for lunch. I paid $16 for buffet & drink. The salad was not so fresh & the produce that they had for the salad was very limited & mediocre. Had to wait 20 min for them to make pizza for the "pizza buffet" I was so mad. I was here couple years ago & the buffet had cheese bread & many other styles of pizzas to choose from. Not this time. It was a joke. Made right after ordering so the pizza is hot and full of freshness. Crispy Pizza crust with greasy cheese and other filling toppings make me unable to resist its appeal. It's not like pre-made and frozen pizzas elsewhere. Although the wait was a bit long (15-20 minutes), the pizza I got from Mountain Mike's Pizza was really worth it. It's the best Pizza I've eaten since traveling to the US. I'm a picky eater but I finished 1 of their Snowy Pizza medium size within an hour. The food is delicious and the restaurant is clean and airy, but what impressed me the most about Mountain Mike's Pizza is that the staffs there are extremely friendly. Newly transplanted homeowners from the next town over and we finally ventured out and found this pizzeria in a retail sector just a loaf of bread away from Stater Bros. Immediately walking in you get that familiar scent of freshly baked dough that lingers in the air and visually you see the setup of the establishment. Pub style setup with lots of TVs, tables and booths to accommodate medium size parties. Place is clean, staff is friendly and prices are reasonable. I came back a second time and the pizza didn't have the same consistency that won me over the first time but I'm hoping it was just an off night. The price was more reasonable at $31 (with coupons) for 2 large one topping pizzas. It took 45 min to deliver. I should have picked up because it wasn't as hot as I like. They are only 5 min away. Lots of toppings. I'll give them that!! Pepperoni is really super tiny circles. Spicy and taste good and crunchy edges since they are tiny. Slices are cut really small too. Canadian bacon was plentiful and good tasting. The Sauce was bland, tasteless paste. Yuck! Cheese was not the best but not terrible either. Crust was okay. The real test will be the reheat tomorrow. I've been coming to this MMP location for many years. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in last year(this review is overdue) and find the place totally renovated and super clean. The gentleman at the front was very courteous, friendly and graciously informative about their gluten free pizza. I ordered the gluten-free pizza and waited for my to-go pizza. When he opened it to show me my gf pizza, the aroma and the look of it was beyond my expectations! You see, as a gf person that has to eat this way for health reasons, you encounter many restaurants don't have gf items, let alone pizza. The lack of gf menu options is not because most food has gluten/wheat it's usually due to the possibility of cross-contamination with other food items that are made with wheat/flour/gluten. Then there's the chance that when you do find a restaurant that checks off all the categories: 1. Gluten free food items 2. No cross contamination 3. Knowledgable food allergen staff You still have to keep your fingers crossed that it's going to have a decent taste, which, let me tell you, more than once at other places, I've had to conform to just decent(cardboardy texture) and not even tasty.. So when he opened the pizza box to show me, I just knew I was in for a tasty gf treat. I got home and had my first slice of gf pizza that was super delicious! This location checks off everything for me as a gf customer. Also, my kids and husband whom are not gf, enjoy their regular crust pizza with all the choices of their delicious toppings. I have been back over and over since then and I'm never disappointed. Ordered a half-half pizza online to pick up. They messed up and made the whole pizza the same. They said sometimes online orders does that, but they did not offer to correct the order. Upon picking up, they even left out a topping that we ordered. They charged us for the wrong pizza and didn't even apologize for their mistake or the online system mistake. What a disappointment for a business that is so cheap and can't own up to their mistake. read more
