Ordered through Uber eats. $57.00 for a small pizza and salad and 2 cups of water. Driver made me come downstairs from hotel room. Food delivered with no cutlery. Had to go back down stairs to get cutlery from my hotel. Pizza is good but by then was cold. Salad is brown and wilted and veggies dried out. Not impressed! read more

Someone explain to me how a business accustomed to deliveries is unable to get a proper online ordering program. I had to call it in, which is not that big of a deal. Spending 25 minutes attempting to place an order initially was the problem. It never used to be this bad. The crust was mushy and the pizza cold. Why can't you wrap it in foil? A $50 pizza! read more

Order a small. I've order before here and gotten jalapeño and bacon which I get everywhere. 2 sides of ranch. And garlic sticks. I received a small jalapeño and Canadian bacon . No sides of ranch which I paid for. And of course garlic sticks with Marinara. Little upset becuase I was looking forward to my bacon and jalapeños but it's not the end of the world. read more

Went to Mountain Mike's in Pacific Grove with a large party staying at Asilomar. Location was perfect and they offered their large party room in the back. It worked out to be a great space with plenty of seating and we ordered several pizzas, wings, salad bar plates and churros for dessert. The pizza came out quickly and exceeded our expectations. And honestly, the churro bites were probably the best I've ever had! Best of all, the bill was reasonable and everyone had a fun time. read more

Ok, if you are lazy and do not want to drive. This is a great delivery pizza joint. It never takes more then 25 minutes to get my pizza and all the drivers are really nice. Please note that nothing is going to taste better then ordering from the restaurant and getting it fresh out of the oven. Again, if you are lazy and do not want to drive anywhere. I've gone here to Mountain Mike's MULTIPLE times since I moved here, and I've never had a bad experience, either with the people, or the food. First time I ordered from here, I was brand new to PG, and having had Mountain Mike's once when I was a little girl, up in Squaw Valley, I figured I'd try them out. The girl taking my order was incredibly helpful and sweet, checked through her specials and coupons to get my order to the lowest price, and even checked the ingredient list for their plain breadsticks to see if there was anything my son couldn't eat (they were safe, and he loved them!). I had ordered two cans of Dr. Pepper with it, and she ended up calling me back to tell me they were out, and gave me two cans of 7-Up instead, AND comped them "for the trouble". Delivery was prompt, the food was hot, and the driver was incredibly nice. I've ordered delivery twice more from them, and I got the same service each time. My parents came up to visit, and bought pizza for everyone in the house from Mountain Mike's on my suggestion. My folks were SO impressed, that before they drove back home, my dad picked up a Mountain size pepperoni pizza to take home for he, my mom, and my brothers to eat. They were incredibly impressed, and made me promise that when they come up on Summer break, that we'll go to Mountain Mike's. My dad and husband went to pick it up, and they were VERY impressed with the customer service. Even though they were obviously busy, they were cheerful, friendly, bubbly, and held a conversation about my dad being from out of town. They answered any and all questions he had about the food, and were just amazingly sweet. Bacon Pizza: Excellent. The bacon was crisp and cooked through and not too greasy (plus there was a ton of it), the cheese was hot and gooey and delicious, the sauce was flavorful without being too spicy or too sweet, and the crust was moist (NOT greasy) and had the perfect amount of chew AND crunch to it. The McKinley Specialty Pizza (traditional combination pizza with pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, black olives, bell peppers, onions and diced tomatoes): Excellent. The pepperoni and sausage weren't greasy, none of the toppings were overcooked, and the copious amounts of cheese held the piles and piles of toppings on without any falling off. Plain Garlic Sticks: Excellent. Crisp outside, chewy inside, just the right amount of garlic, pepper, and salt, plus a light sprinkling of poppy seed. Was absolutely perfect dipped in the cup of warm marinara they provided. Cheese Garlic Sticks: Excellent. Hot and gooey with tons of cheese and garlic, not too greasy at all. Dipped in either warm marinara or ranch, they were delicious. I will definitely be getting pizza from different places around here (I've heard great things about Gianni's and Pelican), but whenever it's late, and I want good, hot pizza delivered to me fast for a great price, I'm calling Mountain Mike's, and so should you! 5/5 stars. read more

Had the pizza lunch buffet. Was better than I expected. I'm not a fan Cici's so the idea of it wasn't appealing. There were many customers. The salad bar wasn't gross as I had imagined. The pizza was good and they kept making different varieties. Unlimited pizza and drink for a decent price. Would recommend when you are really hungry! read more

This is our favorite restaurant to get pizza delivered in Sacramento! It always comes quickly and the drivers are super friendly. We always get a cheese pizza, a pepperoni and some type of "everything" pizza! We are always happy with our choice! Those tiny pepperonis are soooo good! Our new favorite is Snowy Alps, no mushrooms! Super nice and friendly staff & good pizza. I had never had Mountain Mike's before and I wanted to try it. The crust is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. There is a good selection of toppings and the inside of the restaurant is kid friendly with video games and TVs but it's not like a Chuck E. Cheese. I wish they would open one in the Newport/Costa Mesa area. read more

We stopped here for dinner after spending the day at the beach. Comfortable atmosphere with good service and OK pizza. The location is super convenient too. We had a large veggie pizza and a small mushroom. That easily fed three adults and two little kids. The pizza was pretty good. I have to deduct stars because of the huge raw slices of anemic tomato smothering the veggie pizza. It would have been so much better if the tomatoes were diced or at least cooked with the pizza. Once we removed them, it wasn't bad. The really great thing about this place was the family owned feel of it. I loved seeing a family working together and enjoying it! I would come back just because I like supporting business that clearly has strong family values. The service was great too. I probably wouldn't order a veggie pizza next time but I will be back. read more

We lived in the NYC area for 20 years and we think that we know good pizza and this was no better than a frozen Tombstone from Safeway. Once again IMO We now live locally and we have given MM a few tries but you know what Einstein said, "repeating the same behavior and expecting a different outcome is the definition of insanity." soooooo bummed! I use to go to Mountain Mikes in Marina all the time and loved it. When I moved back to Pacific Grove I was so happy to find out they had one in PG now too. In the passed year I have ordered from them 4 times each time hoping that it would get better and be like the Marina location. Sadly each time it has gotten worse and more disappointing. 1st time= I was moving so I asked for enough plates for 4 people when i got home i saw that they gave me a little packet of plates they had wrapped in cling wrap with 2 Parmesan cheese , 2 chili flake packs and 4 thin paper plates. When I say THIN I mean 99 cent store plates that you can practically see through. How in the hell is that gonna work for 4 people. Like I said I was moving and i thought ok im a little stressed and might be trippen out a little. 2nd time= I ordered the Everest like i normally do and the pizza crust was VERY well done. It just didnt taste right 3rd time = My friend was coming to PG to visit she told me to order a pizza at Mountain Mikes and she would pick it up. Just a very simple Pepperoni and pineapple pizza for us and the kids. She got to the house and it was the same dumb 4 flimsy paper plates in the plastic wrap thing and then we looked at our pizza. There was hardly any pepperoni on the pizza. Some slices didnt even have 1 pepperoni on it we were lucky if the others had 2. 4th time = We had a crazy day. Lots of people in town and running around. No time to cook. I did a large order ONLINE and then called to confirm the order and asked for lots of plates and napkins. What was I thinking? They messed up the order brought the completely wrong pizza and the same dam stupid 4 flimsy paper plates in the plastic wrap. I spent nearly 100 bucks that night and I get the same stupid 4 paper plates. read more

As to be expected from a Mountain Mikes. Standard combos, limited other options. Pizza is on par with other locations. Staff is friendly. Orders are always done without errors and on time. We always do take out so I can't speak to eating in but the service we experience is always good. read more

Their pizza is usually pretty good, service consistent. But I was behind one of their drivers yesterday and was offended by a company car with the tacky sticker, " gas, grass or ass, nobody gets a ride for free." I think this car with this offensive sticker although probably the driver thinks is funny is negatively representing this company. Mountain mike come on , choose your vehicles and your drivers more wisely . read more

I didn't choose to go here. It was the chosen spot by the leader of the non-profit event group I help with. The last time we went here I thought it was mediocre. Yesterday it was simply awful. My husband and I split a medium half Chicken Luau and half Chicken Club. It tasted funky. I can't even describe to you exactly what was wrong except that it simply didn't taste good. The root beer was fine. Apparently some of the others in the group had to dump out the Pepsi because it was almost all soda. The group was seated at a long line of tables in the back right next to the bathroom doors which is a pretty gross place to sit. A staff member came by and put an "out of order" sign on the men's room (I don't even want to know what was wrong) so the men were walking into the women's room and I'd hold my breath when they opened the door. Then when we got home, my husband got diarrhea. Seriously, a pizza place should at the very least turn out a decent pizza. I think this joint should be shut down. They obviously don't care enough to do the basics. read more

Bad costumer service!!!! I was having a hard time ordering because I'm not familiar with the menu. Even though the restaurant was empty, the cashier was very unfriendly and impatient. I got irritable the way she was answering my questions. Then I My Eight year old daughter wanted to eat in the restaurant instead of taking it to go. I stayed because of her. And I was thinking maybe I'm overreacting. No, the whole experience was not fun.It was bad CUSTOMER SERVICE and pizza was OK . Please go to Pizza My Way across the street. I have been in this place once for lunch, and I am very sorry to say the owner and his family are running the business, my understanding was since they're owner operation it should be god but unfortunately I was rung All you can eat for Lunch we went there at 12:00 all they've had was few pieces of cold pizza and not a nought salad for three people when I asked the owner who is Indian lady she said when this finish we will bring out more!!!!!! Pleasantly surprised, nice sized portions on the salad and the medium sized pizza. The pizza had good flavor and size for the price. Delivery guy who was polite, was just a few minutes delayed but that was our fault as we failed to mention hotel name in notes. We will order again when in town. read more

I love this pizza place!!!!!! It's a pretty chill little restaurant in Monterey and the pizza is super delicious. Me and my dad went there just because we were in town and we split a large with onions and sausage on half and double pepperoni on the whole thing. We ate the whole thing other than like two pieces we took home. It is like a Northern California thing but it really reminds me of a up scale Round Table. read more

Mountain Mike's is a middle of the road pizza place in PG. I recommend it over any big chain, but prefer some of the other places in New Monterey. Their crust and sauce is average to above average but I wasn't crazy about their cheese. Everyone there is very nice so give them a shot if you're in that shopping center. read more

Carmel location is great place for groups. The pizza and salad bar are always good. Enjoy being there and they have delivery or pickup to go orders. Delivery is expensive because they are charging $7 more than pickup yourself. read more

After getting kicked out of Pizza My Way, while they were still listed as open on their coupon and door at 9:15, Mountain Mikes came through for our late night pizza craving. Lots of people were eating pizza here! We ordered a half Hula and half Club chicken pizza. Service and pizza were fantastic. I liked their white sauce, and the chicken. We did not go home hungry. Yay now those of us in or around Asilomar Beach in Pacific Grove have a great pizza place nearby. In the old Round Table spot, next to Dynasty Chinese restaurant. My fav slice is the Chicken Bacon, the loaded green onions give it just enough kick to blend wonderfully with the white sauce. Better for my ulcer than the pepperoni, which by the way is HUGE at Mountain Mike's. read more

Mountain Mike's Pizza seems to be all over California. I live in bay area. There are many mountain mike's there. Mountain Mike's is better than round table pizza at lower cost. We came here to see pebble beach. We tried their buffet. When we came in they had only one pizza out there, But quickly they brought bunch of pizzas out. Pizza was amazing and service was 5 star compared to other mountain mike pizzas in bay area. read more

One of the better pizza places in the area. I really like their pizza, and the service is also pretty good. My only complaints are that it's a bit overpriced (an extra large, the "Mountain" size, with just 2 toppings was $36 including tip), but otherwise I love the pizza and recommend Mountain Mike's! read more
