April 2025 Update: Still Delicious, Now With a Side of Attitude Food? Five glorious stars. Service? A generous two... and that's because I'm in a good mood today. This spot used to radiate warmth--one of those rare gems that felt like your stylish, foodie neighbor invited you over for dinner. But this time? The vibe was off. Weirdly off. Think "high-end cool kid table energy" with none of the charm. We were escorted to the back by someone who looked like we'd interrupted her mid-eye roll practice. Our server followed suit, radiating the same "ugh, what do you want now?" energy. And it wasn't just a fluke--I had a similar frosty encounter a few days prior with the carry-out crew. Someone's been sprinkling aloofness instead of hospitality. Luckily, the kitchen is still holding it down like pros. My friend and I split the FIGGY GREEN SALAD--a fresh, vibrant flavor party--and the Seeded Salmon in that turmeric curry broth? Chef's kiss. Her husband devoured the Bolognese Pasta, and I sipped on a smoked old fashioned so good it made me briefly forget the server's soul-piercing sighs. In short: food and drinks = amazing. Staff attitude = less "welcoming neighborhood gem," more "mean girl lunchroom." Management, I beg you--please train your front-of-house team before the charm fully evaporates. You've got something special here. Don't let the service be your Achilles' heel.

Wednesday afternoon we sat on the couch by the front window. Very cozy upscale style. Gold accent with black trim against white. We didn't plan on eating here and they were nice to allow us time to browse their menu. We had Fairy Tale Expresso Martini. Very strong Expresso and is made with almond milk. So delicious and definitely kept me up for the night. We shared the Baked cheese topped with pomegranate seeds, pumpkin seeds, and something else I can't recall. The cheese held together pretty well and was like a spread to place on the crostini. Wasn't messy to eat and all the flavors went well together and were amazing. Earthy and a hint of spice that isn't over whelming. Don't realize the spice after a few more bites. Then we shared the Red wine braised short ribs. They split the entree for us and it was plenty of food. The polenta was delicious with the sauce. The braised short ribs fell apart easily. The arugula, onions, and shaved fennel made the dish very pretty. Definitely recommended trying this dish. The roads were a bit confusing with the one way lanes only but plenty of parking spots on the streets.

One of my favorite spots in weekend. It's an incredible spot for brunch - their breakfast sandwich is incredible & their coffee is really good. Though, recently had their burger which was quite good and I'd say better than other spots in DT Wheaton. Their fries and aiolis are always a highlight. The service is top notch, very classy. And the ambiance is generally pretty relaxed.

Drinks were delicious. We got a peach bellinis. Did not stay for food but everything looked amazing. Definitely a spot I will be back to try.

Everything was delicious! The baked cheese was a pleasant surprise -- almost soufflé-like -- and topped beautifully with mixed greens, pomegranate seeds, and pepitas. The short ribs with polenta were perfectly balanced; the sauce tied everything together, the polenta had a great hearty thickness (not overly creamy), and the short rib itself was perfect . The Faith Tale espresso was excellent -- well-balanced, with the vanilla adding a warm, subtle touch that made it extra special. Service was great, and there was plenty of parking for a 3 pm early dinner. This would also be a perfect date night. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience dining here! I went with my parents and brought along my 4-month-old daughter, and we were seated immediately and outside (exactly what we wanted). The food was absolutely delicious--everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful. My mom and I tried the Zanahorita cocktail and loved it--it's such a unique and refreshing drink. I had the Tandoori Chicken Bowl which was packed with flavor and also felt healthy and satisfying. My mom ordered the chicken sandwich, and we all couldn't stop talking about the fries. Some of the best fries I've ever had, and the dip that comes with them takes them to a whole new level. Great service, amazing food, and a family-friendly vibe. We'll definitely be coming back!

Moveable Feast is a cute spot that is great for a healthy brunch outing. Unlike most brunch spots they do take reservations which can be made via their website. The decor is of farmhouse vibes making the experience feel like you're in a cozy small town. Unfortunately for my friend and I - we were over the top cozy as we were seated in a very secluded and hidden corner of the establishment. When asked to be seated in the main dining area we were told that those seats are for people with reservations. My friend did make a reservation which she restated however they insisted the area is the same anywhere we sit..It is not.. at all..lol.. This interaction was an interesting start to our time here however the food/drinks made up for it. I started with a sea salt matcha latte (with oat milk) and it was tasty. Matcha quality was pretty standard compared to other brunch places and I appreciated that it wasn't full of sugar. For food I had the grain bowl and added poached eggs at an upcharge. The eggs came out hardboiled and not poached. That was a let down however the bowl itself was delicious. All of the ingredients paired very well together, the portion was generous and I really enjoyed it. I will say - the food is 5 stars all the way. I'd come back just for the food. Maybe I'll sit at the bar area or hopefully get seated in the main dining area next time.

Food not worth the price when there are better restaurants in the area. How do you screw up a turkey sandwich?

Is this a good place to study?

Maybe the coffee shop part of the restaurant, but it's more of a sit down restaurant that I don't think would be a good studying environment. I didn't see anyone studying when I went.

When I approached the counter no one acknowledged me so I said hi and an employee said hello back but didn't offer to take my order, so I assumed I needed to order at the tablet which is located before the seating and counter area. While placing my order, multiple people walked past me and ordered at the counter, so that was a little confusing. Those people were eating inside, though, so I thought maybe you need to use the tablet for take-out and order at the counter for eating in. To be honest, I'm still not sure. I assume if a person approaches the counter the employee should do more than just say hello and keep working, especially when I had to say it first, so that was a bit off-putting. I had perused their menu before my trip and wanted to try the breakfast pizza but when I saw it in person it looked old and dry so I decided to try the rice crispy treat instead. Well, it was so hard I had to microwave it when I got home just to be able to eat it. While it didn't taste stale, I don't think you should serve a rock hard rice crispy to someone and ask $4.50 to boot. All that said, the iced latte I ordered was exceptionally good, so I kept that in mind for the future. A few days ago I went back and ordered the same exact latte (via their app this time), just in a larger size. It tasted nothing like the one in January. Not only that, but after taking a sip and inquiring about getting some packets of sugar, I was told there were some around the corner from the counter. All I saw was fake sugar in packets and Sugar In The Raw in an open container with a spoon. Maybe I missed where the regular sugar was, I don't know. The whole area felt really disorganized and dirty which was a turn-off. For what they charge I expect fresher food and a consistent drink experience. I want to support small businesses but this place makes that hard. I won't be back.

The building looks like it was converted from a church, and the back seating area has some high stained glass windows. In the middle of the cafe is a narrow hallway/corridor where the supply closet and the single stall bathroom is, so it segments the cafe into two areas, connected by this hallway in the center. The design feels very clearly like a remnant of an old historic building, and a brick alleyway runs along one side. In the space/room where you order (walking through the seating area and through the hallway), it opens up with huge windows and a huge industrial coffee grinder on full display. There's another counter to order, with a few pastry options, and along another side wall, a rack of F&H clothes for purchase and the drink menus. (The aesthetic reminded me of Blue Bottle.) I ordered an iced Whiskey Vanilla Latte with oak milk and it was good! I couldn't taste any whiskey at all, and when I ordered the barista had mentioned this (cooked off so you wouldn't taste it) so it was a decent vanilla latte. I'll give them props for a really cool unique flavor. We all grabbed our drinks and headed (back through the hallway) into the other room with the seating area. There is a small section with a couch, otherwise lots of tables and chairs and I was glad it wasn't too crowded so we were able to grab a table. This was a great spot to grab coffee and meet up with friends. It's in a neat little downtown area in Wheaton, and they offer creative coffee drinks, with beans and merch to purchase.

I opened it up and there was hardly any cheese. It was just like eating two pieces of grilled bread. They need to improve on that for sure. I also had their 12oz wildflower latte which was very tasty, but served lukewarm and not hot. If the milk is not steamed, it will bring down the temperature of the coffee. I like my specialty coffees served hot. I do have to say every staff member we came in contact with was friendly. They seemed happy and were there to help and answer questions. You place your order at the counter, and you receive a number which you display at your table. There are two dining areas with tables and a few booths to dine at next to where you place your order. Members of the staff bring your order to the table. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks and food. Even with the sad grilled cheese sandwich which was disappointing and the lukewarm latte, I would definitely go back to Blackberry Market again to try other items on their menu. I'll pass on the grilled cheese, though.
