The entire process was easy from start to finish. Max and his team worked hard and handled everything smoothly. Even though we only had a one-bedroom apartment, the distance from our apartment door to the moving truck was long, and our townhome has two separate entrances on different streets, which made things more complicated. We still have storage units to empty, and I'll definitely be calling them again next week to get that scheduled. Highly recommend.

The person who booked us was very responsive and answered all our questions. The movers they sent were friendly and handled our stuff with care. They wrapped our furniture and took apart some of the bigger items and reassembled them when we got to the new house. They seemed to genuinely want to help. I honestly despise moving and I can't comprehend how these guys do it on a daily basis. Worth every penny to not have to do it ourselves.

Maybe because it was just a storage move but our items in storage still are important. I will give two of the guys very nice and professional. The main guy was the one with attitude and seems to have an anger issue. I will give them the positive is that they did text me 20 minutes before arriving. Everything seemed to start okay but I already noticed no care of our items, they dropped stuff and didn't seem to care. Granted it wasn't too important, but I wouldn't trust them with anything antique or valuable. Then they said one items was a marble table and it's too heavy. We've moved 5 times and no one has said anything to us about the weight. Positive; they didn't charge us for the item. As I mentioned if any of the other 5 movers said it was a heavy item, I would've been upfront about it. But since no one else I've used in San Diego said anything, I didn't think it would be an issue. Then I saw the guy start getting angry and seemed to not care about anything bc he had to move this heavy item. He started throwing tape on the floor twice very angrily. I felt scared as a woman and thankfully my boyfriend was with me. But if you're a single lady and someone is giving you that attitude, be aware. Most of our stuff was just left in a "general" area. With no care. If we pay for 3 hours of work, the expectation would be you work 3 hours. Yet I was told "you treat us like robots" 2 hours in when we still had 1 hour of work left. I wanted some boxes moved from the garage to the room (all 1 story) maybe 10 feet away and was given an angry attitude. I'm sorry but we're paying you to do a job. So at the end of the day they got 1 free hour of pay and a tip. But I would never use them again. So unless you want to be treated rudely and scared, use anyone else. Ps Jeff/owner will probably respond and just argue about the one heavy item. I'm not disputing if I had known it was going to be considered heavy I would've said something. ---- Edit: What I can at least say is Jeff was at least professional and offered a small refund for the issue. So I upgraded the review to 2 stars.

Enter EZ moving company. We had gotten several quotes in the area that made me want to straight up sell all my stuff but EZ moving company swooped in and literally saved the day. To start they were affordable and the entire package. Once we explained our situation as well they were so KIND offering words of comfort. We put down a deposit and three weeks later on a Friday morning 4 guys showed up on time to pack up our place. They were nice and worked fast, a little over 5 hours and everything was packaged with such care and I was able to ask them to leave out our necessities for the next few days. Saturday morning the crew showed up on time and ready to work as they loaded their truck not once but twice to move our things over to our new place. They took apart and put back together our furniture. Put most things in the places I requested and UNWRAPPED everything! Meaning I didn't have to fight with my nightstand for months later bc it was already cleanly unpackaged. And drumroll.....NOTHING was broken. Not a thing. Not a piece of furniture, not one mirror (we have 3), not a dish or glass bowl, or lamp or anything. Moving with this company was such a breeze they make me feel at ease if we ever have to use their services again. Which we most definitely will and recommend to everyone we know. You can tell they're an extremely hard working, small family biz who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and for that I am so grateful to have found such a great company to help me transition during a difficult time.

Andy and his team exceeded all my expectations during my recent move. I was living in an apartment with a challenging layout--there was a long walk from my unit, and the only place to park the moving truck was on the opposite side of the building. To make things more difficult, there was only one elevator available, which could have easily slowed the process down. However, Andy and his crew handled everything with absolute professionalism and efficiency. From the moment they arrived, I was impressed by how well-prepared and organized they were. The team was punctual, polite, and took the time to introduce themselves, which immediately put me at ease. They worked seamlessly together, packing up all my belongings with care and precision. Each item was carefully wrapped and handled as if it were their own, and they made sure that nothing was left behind or damaged. They were especially mindful of my more delicate items, ensuring that everything was secured properly for transport. The crew was not only incredibly efficient but also friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend 77 Movers. The three men that helped move my belongings (Paul, Alex and Vitaly) from my 2 bedroom apt. into a storage unit were absolutely amazing!. Not only were these men friendly and professional but they were eager to do an excellent job. I have a very heavy antique buffet that I felt worried to have mishandled until these men (to my surprise) carefully wrapped it with shrink wrap (as they did with all of my other delicate pieces of furniture) Since I have a lot of furniture I had rented a 3rd unit in order to accommodate all of my belongings. Well, when we arrived at my storage unit Paul took one quick look at the 3rd empty unit and said to my fiancee and me that he would be able to fit everything into the 2nd unit (which was already 1/2 full !!) which saved me a lot of money. These men are really fantastic Movers! Their truck was large, clean and had a lift gate. Every neighbor of mine that observed them carry my furniture with such ease and great concern asked me for their contact info. as did the manager at the storage facility and another couple who were impressed with the manner in which Paul, Alex and Vitaly had packaged and accommodated my furniture without damage. I would definitely use their services again. I have always suffered a great deal with movers in the past who advertised themselves as the "Best Moving Company according to the BBB ratings" but actually were careless and rough with my furniture, disrespectful and extremely expensive$$ But, not 77 Movers, who were very fair in their pricing. What will really surprise you of this company is that they do not ask you for a credit card over the phone in order to reserve your moving date, they charge you after they finish their job. 5/5 - Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish! I've moved half a dozen times or more in my life, and I have never seen a moving crew operate as fast, efficient, and professional as this team. Their speed and organization directly translated into savings without sacrificing a bit of care. They handled every single item with respect and precision, followed directions perfectly, and -- most impressively -- always checked in rather than making assumptions. If something wasn't clear, they asked instead of guessing. That kind of communication is rare and shows real pride in their work. At our new home, they went above and beyond. My wife requested that they remove their shoes when moving furniture upstairs -- something I thought might be too much -- but they didn't hesitate for a second. They kicked off their shoes, worked in socks, and handled even the heaviest furniture with care and a smile. We also appreciated the personal touch we asked for: keeping cables, accessories, and components together, and reassembling everything properly at the new place. One standout moment was when one of the movers called me in to confirm the setup of my custom dual-monitor stand-up desk mount. Not only did he position it exactly where I wanted, but he also tightened and adjusted both 30" monitors to the perfect angle. That attention to detail says it all. To top it off, we made a last-minute change to the job -- adding a stop at our storage unit to drop off and pick up items. They adapted instantly without any complaint or hassle. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Super clean, quick, careful, and professional from start to finish -- and at a great price. Packing and Moving Review of Our 2BR/2BA Apartment: Part 1 - Packing Yesterday (yes the 4th of July) we completed part 1 of our packing and moving service with Movers Best in San Diego. This was our first time using Movers Best and our first time using full (like actually full) packing and moving services. Daniel, Dmitry, and Max were scheduled to arrive between 9a-10a. Daniel texted me early to say they'd be here at 9:30a. They got here at 9:30a and Daniel was really communicative, which is super important to me. They brought all the packing supplies (boxes, take, shrink wrap, blankets, etc), which was nice because we had not started packing at all. With other companies, I've been charged for each roll of shrink wrap, blanket, roll of tape, etc that was used but with Movers Best, we only paid for the boxes. When they inevitably ran out of small boxes (because we have four 8' tall bookcases double stacked with books), Max left to get more and returned really quickly. I barely realized he had even left! Throughout the entire process, they were very kind, communicative, efficient, careful, and professional. I genuinely appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail. When they were finished, they had me look through the apartment and let them know if there was anything I felt was missed. Realistically though, there wasn't really anything else that was missed, which was greatly appreciated. When it was time to pay for everything, Daniel walked me through the charges, which was just the cost of the boxes and the hourly rate of $169 (or $179 with card), and the payment process was smooth as can be. All in all, I'm really happy with the work Daniel, Dmitry, and Max did with packing! I definitely recommend Movers Best and will be using they again in the future! read more

Excellent service at a great price. The crew consisting of Max, Andrey & Suleyman was very professional, punctual and cordial. They arrived ready to work and did an awesome job packing, wrapping and moving everything carefully and quickly. I live in a 3rd story apartment and the gentleman were able to move everything out and into my new house very tactically and quickly. They did a fantastic job, much better than any other moving service I have used in the past, these guys didn't waste any time, they got right to work which shows a lot of ethics and integrity . I cannot express how happy I am with Movers Best! I had previously had bad experience with moving companies - broken items, moving slow to extend hourly pay, additional fees - but Movers Best far and above exceeded my expectations. They were diligent & careful in packing my items, but moved very efficiently. My items came to my new apartment in perfect condition & were set up SO quickly. Bruno is amazing - he was so sweet & respectful, he even tightened some screwed on my great-grandma's antique jewelry case without me asking. He just saw it needed to get done and did it. This is my first time giving a Yelp review, but these guys deserve it. This was my first time hiring movers, and I was anxious about the time and cost involved. Max and Yury showed up exactly on the hour agreed, reviewed contract and got to work right away. I was impressed. They never took a break during this 6 hour move, they were careful with everything and super friendly, and there were no hidden fees. In fact their quote was the best I received, out of 4 other moving companies. These guys worked their asses off. Moving is so stressful, and I am grateful to these guys for making easier. Movers Best sent me two of the most amazing and efficient movers I have worked with (and I have moved A LOT). They were both extremely polite, asked me exactly what I would like packed up, supplied wardrobe boxes, wrap for the furniture and blanket padding for the electronics. They used the max amount of space in the truck and got my 2 bedroom moved in one trip. At the new location they assembled all the beds and anything else I needed. I really appreciated that they worked the entire wearing a mask and following strict CDC policy to protect themselves as well as others. I was really surprised how efficient and hard working the crew was. I did not except them to move our king size bedroom set from the second floor without any issues. They take pride on what they do and go the extra mile to make sure all of your belongings is wrapped and protected. This was our first time hiring movers, and if we ever move again, we will DEFINITELY BE CALLING 77 MOVERS! To begin with, I had to change my move date three times because of escrow issues, and they patiently and politely accomodated our changes each time. Then, on move day, they were fast, professional, careful, and friendly. Nothing was damaged even though we had stairs in the place we moved out of AND stairs in the place we moved into. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving. Moving stinks, but they make the whole process so much better! read more

Moving can be very stressful. I called this company after finding their ad today on craigslist. Another company advertising on craigslist canceled on me late last night. Chris was able to schedule me for the same afternoon. Drivers communicated well on their way to my house, over wrapped and protected all of my furniture and walls on the way out and in the new house. I had to make them stop and take breaks they were working so hard. I hope I never need to move again but if I do I've saved their contact information. read more

77 movers packed up my entire condo in such a quick amount of time! They're very professional, Polite, respectful of our items and took care of every single detail. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I've never experienced better! They worked their butts off for us! They managed to fit the truck with just about everything i own! This company truly impressed me. I called them last minute and they were able to get to me the next day. The communication was great from the beginning, asking questions about my move to ensure they sent the right number of guys. The movers were excellent. They were on time, worked fast, explained what they were doing , moved extremely heavy furniture upstairs and were very careful. Very good experience working with the team - Nick, Darrel and Ark. Arrived on time. Gave me an estimate for amount of time needed for packing and executed to schedule. Unloading happened much quicker than expected. All furniture assembled pretty quickly. Very professional the entire time. Took precautions for COVID-19, as well as for carpets / flooring with moving blankets. No surprises in price. Happy to leave a good tip, and I will gladly recommend them to friends. read more

I mentioned it already, but they're so dang efficient. I know some people can be worried that movers will extend time by moving slowly, but this is not the case with Yermek and Albert. Pride Moving did an amazing job; we had 4 movers that showed up on time and got right to work. Max was also quick to answer any questions I had. They worked tirelessly for 8-9 hours and were able to fit all our big furniture (including a piano, heavy elliptical, multiple couches, TVs, armchairs, dining table, desks, etc) and our many boxes into 1 big truck. They made sure to carefully wrap everything so nothing was damaged, and were very patient in answering our questions. They were very careful in loading, unwrapping and re-assembling everything at our new house (I could tell they were trying not to bump any doorways or scratch the walls with the heavy furniture which I appreciated). They were also accommodating when we asked them to rearrange a few things at our new place. The prices were also reasonable (especially if you pay in cash). I'm very glad I found them for our big move, I would highly recommend Pride Moving!

DO NOT BOOK!! They changed the times and were ultimately changing the dates, when they finally sent…read moresomeone..Elmurod, arrived with another mover, he was incredibly rude. He started by telling me he needed to pack the TV in boxes and would charge me extra. Which I replied to by telling him he can cover with a blanket and Saran Wrap, which he ended up doing. But not after arguing. I called my fiancé to come speak to them as I felt uncomfortable, my fiancé asked him about his attitude and comments, and he quickly retracted, saying he only gets paid $20 per hour. Why is this my business when I'm getting charged $85/hr? My fiancé then asked if he had any issues with the move that we could just cancel all together. Elmurod never replied, but they proceeded with the move. During the six hours they were there, Elmurod was constantly on his phone. They eventually called a third person to help them move. However, upon arriving at our new house, Elmurod said he couldn't move our couch upstairs, it had the same layout as our previous home. We asked Elmurod and the extra mover to try and move the couch, and the other guys said they would. Not only did Elmurod demanded us to pay each man a $50 tip, but he also wanted to be paid upfront, even though they hadn't completed the job. We asked Elmurod to please work on the couch as the final item to be moved. To our surprise, while we waited for them, they simply left and let our couch in the garage and other furniture with our door open. As well as a bunch of packing trash behind. When I contacted their manager I been getting the run around, I shared photos of damaged furniture and shared the additional $190 I had to pay to get our couch moved upstairs. Still no reply and no resolution. I will be filling a claim. Furthermore, our dining table and chair got damaged during the move, even though you pay additional for their insurance they won't honor it. They contacted me and refused to provide a refund for additional movers to complete the move of the left over furniture and also stated they wouldn't provide any money back due to me leaving a negative review.

No where did the conversation say the price agreed upon was for cash only but apparently now it is. Day of at end of move, the price changed. Even though I double checked with them about pricing multiple times. After the move I simply asked for an itemized receipt or breakdown of pricing bc it wasn't adding up correctly for the amount of time and price agreed upon. NEVER got that btw. The ONE and only request i made again was for carpet protection bc i had just cleaned our carpets at the new place but they didn't come prepared for that despite making sure. That's the second time. Your service will depend on whoever they hired to help you. One of my items was damaged (not that severe but just letting you guys know and no compensation or anything). This team wasn't as efficient as the last two people hired. No sense of urgency, always asking for water (which i gave), disappearing for some time or on call. It was to a point where I stepped in to help do whatever i can which I believe defeats the purpose of hiring people. Although overall, the move was completed. The person communicating with me was going to have the small refund that i never got be taken out of the mover's pockets also btw. Never heard that of a business and I never asked of that nor do i respect it. i've tried communicating with them, giving a month to resolve this but was given snarky responses, attitude and being left on read. I'd look elsewhere for a more professional team. I can't believe the responses I was given and how this was handled.
