There's also a 10% off if you check-in on Yelp and order in a group of 3 or more. Drinks: 5/10 I got the Green Bubble milk tea with my usual no ice and 50% sweetness. I'd definitely recommend get 50% sweetness or lower! I usually like my drinks on the lighter side, but even with half the amount of sugar, I felt like my drink was much too sweet. I really liked the set-up that the workers put together here for carry-out orders. Of the two entrance doors, one was kept closed and one was open for folks to enter inside. Upon entering, there was a sort of barricade set up of tables. To the left was a space for Uber Eats orders, straight ahead was a space for DoorDash orders, and to the right was a space for online orders. This made it very convenient to be able to pick up your order and leave without getting close to anyone or getting in contact with anyone. The taro milk tea remains one of my favorite drinks here with a refreshingly sweet taste. I usually get this at 75% sweet, light boba, and less ice. The popcorn chicken is also very delicious here and is probably my favorite amongst the milk tea shops. As someone not super tolerant of spice, I usually get a 0 or 1 for spice level. It was my mission and Mr. Green Bubble makes it the best with mochi and drizzled condensed milk?! I'm in heaven!! For the price, it was decent as it comes with two!! Place is nice, clean, bright and roomy. Wifi works great and even a place to hang out, work or hangout and play board games with family or friends. Staff served us well. The time we came it was not really busy but I can tell it can be on the weekends. Not sure how competition is here since there are so many other boba places. We also had their egg puffs. Pretty good size. We should have had it with vanilla ice cream but it was still good plain. We had their strawberry and honeydew smoothie with no boba as we already ordered so much. Both very good. After trying out several Boba places (that's what I call them) in the area, this is my top favorite. The best chicken, the best waffle fries, and overall ease of order on-site is awesome. Wow this was probably was the only open Boba place at ~10 or 11 near the Fremont area. That was very disappointing for me when I was visiting as I was craving it. Always love this place. I ordered the Amber Milk Tea. I asked that they add egg pudding to the drink. This is how I order it at EVERY boba shop I go to. The cashier rejected my request claiming "Yeah we can't do that." I asked why and she said "Because it uses special boba, so it will change the flavor." Discovered this place kind of by accident and I seem to keep coming back here whenever I'm in the area. The place is pretty big and clean with tons of sitting area and games to play while catching up with friends. They have a separate area to prepare food than the drinks as well. Their menu is pretty extensive with smoothies, milk teas, fresh juices, flavored teas, house tea cremas, etc. In addition to drinks they also have deep fried snacks like calamari and popcorn chicken and even takoyaki, bento boxes, rice bowls, egg puffs, and waffles. The House Milk Tea is a great balance of tea and sweetness. The tea doesn't taste like it was brewed and left in a container overnight or anything of that sort. But it also isn't too sickly sweet where you can't even tell that there's supposed to be tea in it. The boba balls aren't too squishy or hard either, it was the perfect texture. The only thing I didn't like about it was when I was ordering the cashier automatically charged me for the 24 oz instead of the 16 oz. And when I noticed I asked her for the 16 oz instead she seemed kind of annoyed. The Egg Puffs were not very eggy or sweet but the star of the show in my opinion are the mochi waffles. I would definitely recommend them unless you are picky about texture. The waffles are pretty gooey and soft but honestly in combination with the ice cream it is pretty darn good! Service is so slow. The employees seem as if they couldn't give a damn about the customers. The workers don't even greet you when you come in. Very rude. I hope your business last in this time of need with these type of employees. read more

Solid drinks with mediocre customer service. This is one of my family's spots for boba when we want a change of pace. They drinks are great for the most part, but order something on the unusual end and if could come out weird. I like to play it safe with typical milk teas. Peach Black Tea is probably my favorite. The service here is always confusing, some of the cashiers no the right words to say but aren't really genuine. While there are moments where they just look at you confused when you ask questions about their drinks. I would rave about this place but do come here a few times a month. read more

All the employees here can careless about customer service. No greeting. No appreciation for being a patron. Simply order on the kiosk and go. It's so robotic. Their food and drinks are nothing to write home about. Even Boba Guys is better... and that's not saying much. I'll be taking my business else where. Some of my other go to places are T4, Teaspoon, and Yi Fang. At least those places have good drinks and good customer service. read more

I was pleasantly surprised by my first visit to Mr Green Bubble today. To be honest, my friends and I weren't expecting much because the logo on the exterior of the building was so ugly. However, everything we had here was really good. Our order consisted of the pandan mochi waffles, yam fries, and house milk tea. The pandan mochi waffles ($5.50) were nice and chewy on the inside (with a mildly sweet flavor) and crispy on the outside. The yam fries ($4) were nicely seasoned, and you can tell that they're freshly made. They tasted good but still felt relatively heathy for a boba shop snack, which is kind of rare! The boba here is probably one of my favorites in the Fremont / Union City area as well. The consistency of the boba is perfect, and the house milk tea blend tastes good too. Plus, if you order a snack, boba is only $1.65 for a 16 oz and $2.65 for a 24 oz - talk about a steal! We had no trouble finding space to sit inside and the place felt relatively clean.
