Very creative, the food is full of flavor and the restaurant is family owned and operated . Very friendly and you can tell that they take pride in everything they put out. We have eaten at many restaurants in the area and were quite pleased to have had our first meal at Mr. Zeke's today. The restaurant was clean, the staff was pleasant and the food was wonderful. I had the Cali chicken sandwich with garlic Parmesan fries (YUM!) and my husband had the prime rib Philly Cheese sandwich with the fire fries. Had the most AMAZING lunch today! First of all, when I explained that my husband took the car with the car seat in it and I couldn't leave my house, Mr. Zeke's went out of their way to deliver to me and I had my meal in less than 30 mins. and I appreciated that the person who delivered my food was wearing a mask. I ordered a Caesar salad with salmon and a side of garlic Parmesan fries. I am not over exaggerating when I say that it was one of the most delicious grilled salmons that I have ever eaten and I lived in West L.A. and have eaten at some of the most highly rated restaurants. This salmon was next level. I am not even embarrassed to say that I ate the garnish lettuce underneath the salmon because it was full of flavorful juice from said, grilled salmon The salad was crisp and fresh and the dressing was delicious. The Parmesan fries were perfectly crispy and I suggest dipping them in their homemade chipotle aioli sauce. Wow. We've been to Pinetop but we've never had the pleasure of trying out this gem. Probably because they just opened in April. This is my new favorite place to eat in Pinetop! THe food was just so good, amazing flavors, great prices. The server was very nice and friendly. I got the hangover burger and I devoured it so fast I realized I never got a picture! Recently ate here for the first time and really enjoyed the food! We sat outside with our dog and enjoyed the Chicken Cali sandwich, and Reuben. The salads and house dressing were delicious, and I really enjoyed my chicken sandwich. The Reuben could use some work, there wasn't much meat in it (I'm used to those sandwiches being stacked pretty high). Service was pretty good but we could have used a check in or two for water, etc. we look forward to returning again soon! read more

Went to Mr Zeke's on a busy Saturday night and had a great experience overall. Our server was a nice gentleman and let us know he was new so we were happy to be understanding when he didn't know the answer to every question. The food was wonderful. The app sampler was great, but the mushrooms were the best part so next time we will just get those! I got the California burger with a side salad. The sampler filled me up so I took 2/3 of the burger to go for a second meal and also took the salad to go and added some chicken for an easy lunch the next day. Great portions and good service. The reason for the 4 star vs 5 star review is solely the fact that the two female hosts/servers came up to the host stand while we were waiting in the doorway and didn't say a word. It wasn't until the third time someone came over that she finally said something, then we told her "party of 4" and she abruptly walked away. Went in to have breakfast this morning 8-8-21 . I am a local Lakeside resident and have enjoyed eating there year round for years. This morning they were busy and we were seated by the door and asked to be seated elsewhere because my wife was have anxiety from all of the people walking right on top of us. When we approached the waitress all she kept saying was I have a waiting list over and over again. Then when I walked up to the bar I asked another young lady and she said she's the boss what she says goes. I went back to the table and to not start a scene we left There were 3 other tables available. Out off frustration I went back in and the owner met me at the cash register and said I'm not dealing with you right now. Not what I expected from a business that depends on patrons year round not just when we have our summer visitors. The customer is supposed to be first. We did not make a scene in his establishment. He need some some work on his customer first skills along with the waitress. This is a small community up here and the word spreads like wildfire when we are treated like crap . We have a choice of we're we spend our money and I won't be spending my money there any longer. I also will no longer suggest there restaurant to anyone. Me Zeke's Restaurant is a nice family friendly place to eat, only if you have patient children and willing to wait. Me and my family get there and are seated at an outside seating area, it was clean and shaded. We get our menus and drinks then order our food. I ordered a Caesar salad with a side of fried zucchini. One other person ordered a salad, and everyone else had burgers either with fries or onion rings. So we wait, and wait, and wait. I think we waited 30 minutes at the least for the burgers to come out. Then maybe another 15 for SALADS. You would think the salads would come out first, but they didn't. I got the fried zucchini but we were still missing the salad onion rings and this was a little weird because one of the burgers had onion rings on them. So we called a waitress over and asked where they were, her response was, oh we forgot them. 5 minutes later we have all of our food and finally start eating. The salad was huge by the way, way more than a serving size should be. I will say some of the food was worth the wait, the salad was ok but the onion rings and fried zucchini was very good. Amazing! Went in on 6/5 around 2 o'clock, had the Taco burger and then Lemon Basil pasta and it was wonderful! The taco burger was just the right amount of spicy and was surprisingly tasty. I ordered the fire fries with it and they were great! (It's similar to Cajun fries if you've ever had them somewhere else) The Lemon Basil Pasta was fresh and light yet filling. My husband ordered it with the shrimp add-on and loved it! He doesn't like pasta with tomato sauce so having a pasta choice that was marina sauce free and wasn't the normal Alfredo, was lovely! The servers were attentive although our particular server was a little quiet, I'm sure as she spends more time on the floor she will become more confident in her customer service skills. I really can't say enough about this place. The service was amazing. I believe our servers name was Gabriel. I had the chicken wrap with parmesan fries. My husband had the Rueben with the spicy fries. Both were amazing!!! You definitely have to try the fries!!! The margaritas were on point also!!!
