This place sucks! I ordered a salad add some bacon take out. It came with olives, ok I'll just take it out. But the bacon was raw! Ah, where to start, I'm originally from Texas and I used to eat at Mr. Jim's growing up. I was extremely excited to find one near my house. They didn't disappoint, it was almost identical to how I remembered it as a kid. This place is awesome and the customer service is great, I've ordered from them countless times but one time in particular my order was wrong and when I called in to report it, this young kid answers explaining he was the manager on duty and really went above and beyond to make sure I walked away satisfied which is sadly rare now a days. The kid starts striking up a conversation trying to build rapport and he was incredibly down to earth. After a few minutes I found out he's the owners kid. And he was talking about his goals and the passion for continuing the family business, it was really wholesome to hear. If you're the owners, you have a son to be proud of there. I'm not going to lie to you folks, I'm a bit biased of my history with Mr. Jim's; it's like a little piece of home. Their pizza is really good quality and taste amazing. A lot of the other pizza chains have really fallen off in the past decade or two in my opinion, sure you have those gimmicky pizza shops and the fufu ones, but pizza isn't meant to be all fancy and eccentric with it. The pizza sauce had a deep rich taste that I would say more savory than sweet like some other places. It taste like they use good quality ingredients, you taste quality meat and cheeses. Then again, you can't really go wrong with cheese am I right? The crust also is nice and airy but it also has a good thickness to it. They have several butter or sauce options for glazing the crust with. Bottom line is they have good food and it's family owned and operated. Give them a chance to earn your business. read more

I placed my order at 4:19pm. And did not receive my food until after 6:15pm. I called the store and they told me my food was already on the road to my house. I literally live right across the street and the pizza did not come for another 30 minutes. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. When I called the store it was almost like they did not care how long the pizza took to get here. I'm not expecting a 10-15 min delivery but over two hours is ridiculous. I picked the 8 piece wings (mix of BBQ & Spicy) Mr Jim's personal size pizza w|white sauce & garlic butter crust & a small deluxe pepperoni with garlic Parmesan crust. I personally prefer a naked fried chicken wing with sauce on the side. These wings were baked but, I liked the spicy flavor. Just enough kick. Good size & cooked great. I didn't like the bbq flavor wings, i felt they were a bit bland & lacked that dIstinct flavor. mr Jim's personal pizza with white sauce was good. Nice ratio of sauce to topping. The pepperoni pizza was topped well! A lot of Cheese & pepperoni. The freshness of the pizza is really really good. I've been to this place more than 20 times, and I'm really picky about food. Thought I'd try something new tonight ordered the double pepperoni with extra cheese wasn't horrible but can't say that it had a double pepperoni nor extra cheese on it and asked for sauce the pizza was fairly dry but I'm in to giving people second chances so I will give them one more shot we'll see how they do next time kind of disappointing tonight read more

Mr Jim's is hands-down our favorite place to order pizza takeout or delivery. Every pizza we have ordered is excellent! My personal favorite is the Chicken Premiere. I always order it w a butter garlic crust. YUMMMM! I also love the Mr Spinach. My kids always request the Sticky Fingers pizza and the Meat Eaters pizza. I have a couple kiddos who are gluten intolerant and I have to say that Mr Jim's has the best GF pizza crust. Not only is it the best pizza place in the neighborhood, but I love that the franchise is locally owned. And the owners are seriously the nicest people around. My favorite thing here is the chicken premier or the pepperoni deluxe. The crust they use is what makes their pies so good. As far as the food goes, I'm very satisfied. Customer service is also really good and ive never had a problem with getting my food on time etc. It's ran like a well managed pizzeria with well cooked food.
