First I made an appt and had to put a 45.00 deposit in case of cancel no problem. Then after reading a few reviews on these places I decided to let go of my deposit instead of possibly getting shoddy work. So I called to cancel and then was told they were going to have to charge me now for the cost of the work 329.00 plus tax. We took my 2004 Outback Subaru here and they scratched the whole passenger side while driving it. The scratch starts at the front tire and goes clear back passenger door. They have very limited space to park and were not careful at all with driving it. I will be reaching out again to confront them since this is unacceptable. So be careful if you go here. read more

We have used this business for a couple projects. They replaced my Subaru windshield a couple years ago. My husband and I also ordered our glass shower doors from this location 3ish years ago too when we did a remodel for our main bathroom. Product was top notch and installers were kind, quick, and clean. We had an issue with the edge separating from the fiber glass recently probably from the house settling. We were totally out of the warranty window and the manager Valerie was kind enough to send someone out to our home in Lake O to take a look. I expected a charge but when the gentleman saw the issue he fixed it within minutes at no cost. Love the service and definitely recommend this business for your glass projects. I will give the installer Benny credit for being on time, and the only reason I gave two stars opposed to one star. Benny was careless with his use of the power tool during the removal of the original windshield and broke a large plastic clip in the process. Instead of telling me and taking responsibility, he finished installing the windshield and tried to hide the fact. I only found it because he also damaged my plastic trim below the windshield and I happened to see it while taking photos for the Manager Tania. Naturally Tania gave me the runaround on taking any responsibility, but eventually said she would mail me a replacement clip. A week and a half later-nothing. Additionally, Benny either didn't care or was poorly trained on known issues for certain vehicles. My truck is a 2006 GM with the white paint known for adhesion and primer failures. Benny took zero precautions with his tape on the paint and despite my best efforts to remove it carefully, it peeled up a giant section of paint on one of the tape locations. In my experience MS Glass certainly does not train their employees adequately, nor do they stand behind the faulty work performed as a result of incompetency and I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I had to pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed and was not financially able to do this, so I went with another company. When I had to cancel my windshield repair I worked with Sam who was really fantastic. He was professional and kind throughout the process -- he was meticulous about ensuring he had the correct windshield for my car. When I had to cancel my windshield repair due to my insurance dilemma, he worked with me to ensure I was reimbursed my $50 deposit. I know this is difficult for a company to do and I greatly appreciate Sam's kindness. Had my windshield replaced here. First, one side of the trim fell off on the freeway because they broke the physical clips that hold it on, and just glued it back together. After having to argue with them about it, they finally agreed to replace it. Now my car has been leaking on the passenger side from the broken and improperly installed trim. This has caused the speaker on that side to go out. The wiring for the hybrid battery also goes from the front to the back of the car right where the leak is, and my battery keeps going out. It's a relatively new battery, so I think it's more likely an electrical issue from those wires getting wet from the leak. They're incredibly rude, and the response I got when I asked them to replace the piece that fell off shortly after they installed it makes me think it's highly unlikely that they would ever consider fixing the electrical issues they have now caused. I'm going to spend much more fixing all the problems they caused than I saved on the cheap windshield. Not worth it. Avoid at all costs. read more
