Fried chicken dinner with three sides (cabbage not shown)
    Daviyion J.

Went here on a whim and boy was that the right call! Had the Fried chicken dinner ($13.50) which came with a whole half of a chicken and three sides. Also enjoyed a cup of kool-aid, because when in Rome . The chicken was delicious and juicy. Seasoned well and so big. The three sides I had were: Mac and Cheese, Yams, and Cabbage. They were all bomb! Added a slice of thick cut Yellow cake with chocolate icing to top off the meal and that was definitely the second best call I made of the day (after choosing to eat here originally, of course) The atmosphere inside reminds me of eating meals at my grandparents places for family gatherings/events and that was a perfect feel for this type of down home, soulfood cooking! Will return!

As there was only 7 people waiting. But it turned out they were ordering food for their businesses or similar because most orders were for 4-more sandwiches. Which explained the wait. Demographic was definitely us Senior citizens. Bathroom is tiny but clean. All in all a very pleasant experience. Any time I'm in the area I would definitely stop by again.

The roast beef is so tender, they give you a good portion on the roll and there's a nice flavor, leaves me salivating. It's been quite sometime since I had one, I finally had some time and stopped at this location. I regret to say I'm disappointed in myself because I was stopping for a roast beef and ended up making the mistake of being spontaneous and ordered the grilled BBQ prime rib sandwich. I'm sorry, I didn't like it. So, this sandwich costs $15.99 (comes with nothing extra), it was also on a roll, there was no BBQ sauce (I assumed there would be) but it was just dry, plain, devoid of much flavor, they topped it with provolone cheese, a couple pieces of peppers and some onions but it didn't hit the spot for me. The Costanzo roll was overbearing. I learned a valuable lesson today, "stick with what you love about the place!" So, I'll be back for that roast beef another day. The inside is reminiscent of the local 80's fast food joints of Buffalo, I would call it a little shack. You walk in, lean back, look up at the menu, order and walk around to pay and pick up your food. There is a small seating area, a few booths to sit a party of four. Pick up your food at the counter after they call your name. Nothing fancy, just a quick little spot to eat.

Eating out is so expensive and it's so hard to feel like your meal is worth the money these days. But Shake Shack... kind of genuinely hits for the price point? I can't stay away!

They even give out promotions, I got a free fry for spending 15.00 via the kiosk, which was easy to do as there burgers average about that price. Three burgers (doubles) with the free fry was 40.00 bucks. The smash burgers are very good, cooked perfect with great seasoning. The bun to burger ratio is off, the burgers are way bigger than the buns! I did get a bunless burger. The service was great the ladies behind the counter were working there butts off with a smile. The fires were delicious, crispy and seaosned, I love a good crinkle fry!!

I was warmly welcomed, observed a spotless store, and placed my order for a turkey-bacon sub. I was starving so I ordered the largest size, which turns out to be 16" long! That's way bigger than a Subway sub. This time I tried my sub on a rosemary infused roll, which was fresh out of the oven and totally delicious. They slice the turkey right in front of you and let you specify exactly what you want on your sub. The bacon was perfecty crispy. This time I would say my sub was perfect. Before Jersey Mike's got rid of the chicken salad sub , I got two of them from the other location on Delaware in Tonawanda and they were absolutely delicious. Either way their subs are way too expensive . For a giant, It's like $17 which is just ridiculous because it's really no bigger than any foot-long sub and they put just as much filling as the other restaurants do, so they're very overpriced for just a sub. I had placed the order last night, so I just went in and picked it up today. The girl let me know which bag was mine and then I took it , filled up my pop and left. When I got home, I noticed my sub was not very full. It was actually pretty empty and the whole thing was soggy . It had oil or dressing all over it. It was way too much. I was not happy with today's Sub at all. The cup of pop I got was written as "giant" and it was not a giant cup of pop. It was only the size of maybe a medium big gulp. I don't know what these people are basing a "GIANT" Sub and pop with, but they need to try again. I will not be ordering from them anymore.

ZamZam Burgers & Fried Chicken is one of those gems! On UberEats they usually have BOGOs on their three piece fried chicken and fries combo and their cheeseburgers...among other items. We've also tried the chicken rice bowls and the fried chicken subs. We've never been disappointed...they seem to put care into preparing the food. They've always followed our special requests and bonus for using sustainable packaging! My favorite are the cheeseburgers, the patty is thin but wide, which is how I like mine. They come with cheddar, mustard, ketchup, pickles and onions. You can tell the beef is fresh and hand formed, no frozen pucks here! The fried chicken and fries are also delicious. I sprinkle a little salt on the chicken, makes it perfect for me. Excellent value for delivery and we'll definitely be back. I hope you give them a try! Thank you for being awesome, ZamZam!!
