I came here a while back before my Yelping days and I had a date with me and we did not have a good experience so I had avoided this place, however I had a $12 off coupon that was set to expire so I thought I'd give it another shot. The place was relatively empty on the Wednesday night so I got seated and served quickly, and my sushi came out fast. They wouldn't change the channel from the random basketball game to the Rockies game which was super weird considering I was the only one watching the TV at the sushi bar. And their one TV got dropped or something, there was a 24" thick red line going down the left side which was distracting. The salmon sashimi was okay, the eel was actually better and larger than average. I had two of their "no rice" rolls, so you get more fish and less filler, which I like. The Angel roll was kind of a swing and a miss, but the Las Vegas roll was absolutely on point. The presentation of the sushi and rolls was awesome. They garnished and orange, a cucumber and made the little kiddy pool for the spicy mayo and eel sauce - very cool. It's not high end stuff and it appears they have inconsistent service, but if you come at lunch or have a coupon the value is there. read more

So So EXPERIENCE. Not bad but not great either. The food was average and the overall ambience was nothing to brag about. We did the hibachi thinking that it would be a lot of fun and tasty as well. The hibachi chef was really nice and gave it a great effort. Unfortunately, we could tell that the hibachi chef needed to get to other tables. The portions were a little smaller than the typical hibachi and it appeared to me that everything was being used a little bit sparingly. We were given rice in a very small bowl that was not large enough to compliment the meal. Spending around $30 per plate for hibachi, I would typically expect a fairly decent experience. Service as always is excellent! Of this chain this location is one of my favorites. The chefs are always hilarious and the food is perfection. The sushi selection is my favorite part. California rolls are fantastic as well as their spider roll and their tempura asparagus roll which is my absolute favorite roll. Their shrimp and veggie tempura plate is also another family must each time we go. Of course their hibachi is no joke. Steak and shrimp are among our favorites but the chicken is great too. Came here on a Saturday evening and had a great experience. My kids had those Japanese sodas they just loved and hubby and I went for sake which was amazing. My daughter got yellow-fish sushi and California rolls and devoured them. We also did the hibachi (steak and scallops). I've never had better scallops than here. The service was great, food was delicious and the cooking show was awesome. It was my daughters 11th bday and they played a song in the restarant and everyone sang and gave her a special dessert. I usually eat here alot but past visit and today visit on Valentines Day Dinner really made me not wanna dine at any mt fuji ever again due to their illegal practices of forcing 20 percent tips on the bill then telling you that you have to tip on top of that due to Covid. Seems like Covid is only excuse to illegally attack customers. Food was somewhat good but every server and cook are rushing tables but waitress was hawking at our bill while we were looking it over. Last time we ate here one of servers told us they are getting paid under minimum wage so they have to force 20 percent tips on the bill. Tell me how any of this is not illegal!!! Let's start off by letting you all know that Hibachi is my absolutely hands down favorite food. Since I moved here from Georgia I have been trying to find someone that I can eat at-least twice a week. I tried One other hibachi place in Denver and they didn't have yum yum or shrimp sauce so I didn't care for it too much. After researching I saw that this place offered yum yum so I was so excited to try it out. Once I arrived I was seating and the staff hands down is friendly. I was offered a drink, she took my order, the restaurant was clean. So far so good for me. The cook came out very friendly dude. Definitely engaged with the crowd and all for giving a good show which was excellent. It was when I received my rice which was the first thing one our plates that my happiness fell down. The rice was really overcooked! It taste horrible and was very crunchy. It was another two parties at the table with me and they we're also talking about the rice. Besides the rice everything else hAd good flavor. My only other concern was portions. I barely received any food. So after this not the greatest experience I still decided to go back and give it another shot. This time I was the only one at the table and I received so much food! If you're a kid, the show is great. If you're an adult, you recognize that the person at the hibachi grill is trying to impress the surgeon and ignoring you and your family in hopes of a bigger tip. The portions are small and not a lot of attention is given to getting the order correct. I guess you're supposed to be happy you got a show and ignore that you're vegetable stir fry turned into a mushroom stir fry because one of the surgeon's friends didn't want their mushrooms. We went to Mt. Fuji for their hibachi with a large group of people to have a little change of pace for dinner. We started with a round of mai tai's which are pretty good and if you like a sweeter/fruitier drink then you should definitely order one of those when you dine here. I ordered the half steak and half shrimp hibachi combo. The food here is good, but not amazing, but that it is good for the price you are paying. You also get a very large portion of food so you will most likely have leftovers if you dine here. Our hibachi chef was actually very entertaining and definitely made the meal worth our while. So if you decide to dine here, I would make sure to do it with a larger group of people as it makes the meal more engaging overall. Unfortunately, we did not get to try any of the appetizers or sushi so can not comment on that, but next time I dine here I would definitely like to explore more of their menu. But this place is a fun experience with pretty good food so if you are in the area with friends you should check it out. read more

I eat here probably 5x a month. It's perfect for a quick snack or huge meal. The sushi is ALWAYS fresh and rarely falls apart! Whenever I order hibachi, I always have enough for 2 more meals after. I wish I could give this place NO STARS. I broke down one night and took my kids because they had been BEGGING to go watch the guy "flip food around". I had a coupon that allowed for 25% off your total check, so I figured it was better now than never. We arrived early for dinner (like 5pm) and there was maybe 4 people in the whole joint. We were the very first to be seated at a hibachi grill. The kids were excited, but after being seated we were not waited on at all for like 15 mins! Which in kid time is FOREVER! Seriously, it was probably 90 degrees in the place, no air-conditioning and they only had the one side door propped open maybe 5 inches. I really, really needed something to drink and the kids were getting impatient. I sent my oldest son to go get a waitress whom finally took our drink order and food order since we had so much time to sit and figure it out! Our chef came out and he was fine, the food was pretty good. My kids got the kids' plate and it was so much food that my two girls were able to share one. The soup was not very good and none of the kids would touch it. After our food was put on the plate and the chef left, we again were ditched. No refills on drinks, no dishes cleared, no to-go boxes brought. I finally sent my son again to find someone so we could get the heck out of there. There was no excuse for no service, by this time there were two other hibachi grills around us being served. We were just being ignored. The girl brought our check, I gave her my coupon and then waited 15 mins for her to bring back my credit card and receipt so we could leave. When she did come back, she hadn't taken the 25% off and I asked her about it. She said another girl was bringing it to me. ???? HUH!? WTF? It turns out that she brought me a gift certificate for MY NEXT VISIT with the $18.59 credit toward my next meal!! WHAT!? I asked her what the hell was this?? At this point I had already decided we would NOT be going back and now I am forced to in order to get my discount?? I was pissed. I asked to speak to the manager and explained to her that the coupon DOES NOT state that it's toward a future meal. That's false advertising! She basically told me in her very broken 'engrish' that those are the rules and I had to accept it or not. I left there so damned angry and told her that I would make sure that everyone knew how shitty their establishment is. I have not used my certificate and I feel that in good faith, I cannot. I basically wasted 2 hours and $85.00 on dinner that night. Chalked up to a learning experience. :-( My friends swear that the one in Castle Rock is WAY BETTER. The bus boy had way better manners than her and wish he could have been our waiter. The sushi was "meh" and the tonkatsu I ordered was equally "meh." I know nothing at all about their sushi, but I would be unlikely to try it as I can not see that they have sufficient numbers of clientele to maintain a large and varied fresh fish selection, and I am a sushi snob. Do not expect great food. Do not even expect good food. And for Heaven's sake, do not expect Japanese food. Mt. Fuji is all about the show performed by your cook as he prepares your food. For that show, you will pay a pretty penny, and have mediocre food. I read where others have had spotty service. I have been there three times (lots of kids' birthday parties to attend) and have always found their service to be quite good. If you are looking for a fun place to take a child for a birthday party, look no further. It sure beats that pizza place with a rat mascot. Ordered delivery at work. They did an outstanding job with a large delivery order. We all called in separately added our own orders to the order, were charged for just our own portion. When it was delivered, each order was separated in bags for each person and each receipt on each bag. I got Spicy Tuna, Sweet Potato Tempura, and Seasweed Salad. (total was 17$) The spicy tuna was OK. The Sweet Potato Tempura was amazing. Probably one of the best sweet potato rolls I've ever had. The seaweed salad was also good. It's worth noting the rolls did not have cucumber or avocado in them. I've noticed this seems to be a common addition to both sweet potato and spicy tuna in Colorado. Either way I was pretty pleased. Overpriced and less food than what you pay for. When we got there there were two other couples there for the first time. The one guy kept getting upset because the waitress could not speak English. The Hibachi chef knocked over one ladies drink trying to do his tricks with his cooking utensils. Overall I will never come here again. I've been here a couple times. We came for my boyfriend's mothers birthday and had hibachi. I really love the the hibachi. We split the chicken and shrimp, and ordered some sushi. The hibachi is about $20-$25 a person. Pretty pricey for a group event! It's great to come here even if you don't eat at the hibachi bar. The sushi is also very good. One of the downsides to this restaurant is they only have Pepsi. Also the girls who bring the drinks are constantly asking if you need a refill. Not always a good thing, eh? My boyfriend also took me here on a date night a few months ago. We each got our own plate this time, and it was pretty pricey! But amazing none-the-less. It was a great date night idea. I was traveling through Parker on the way to Elizabeth and noticed this restaurant on Lincoln, just west of Parker Road (near Lowe's). I stopped just before 3pm and was able to enjoy one of their box lunches. For $8, I had miso soup, salmon teriyaki, four pieces of California roll, salad with a yummy dressing, rice, and two crab wontons with cream cheese. A lot of food! The salmon was gently sauced so I could actually taste the fish. The California roll however was fairly tasteless so I'm glad I didn't go for a sushi lunch. The wait staff was attentive without being pains in the rear and overall it was a very nice lunch experience! I recommend this restaurant if you're in the neighborhood but I wouldn't make a special trip. read more

Service, spot on, two wait staff checking in on us constantly. Ugh! I hate to give a bad review but the meal I had here was gross. I ordered ShuMai and it tasted antiseptic. Also ordered the Shrimp Tempura which was okay but the breaded oysters were the worst. I took one bite and could not eat anything else. People around me were ordering Sushi so Perhaps that's the trick. I've eaten here many times, in fact this was the first place I ate Sushi in Parker, and I've liked it every time since. The fish has always been good and we've always had fine service. We go on weekday nights usually because we have a 2 year old, but they've always gotten us in right away.
