Mulligans! What an Awesome place, Great Views of the Golf course, Amazing Waitresses and the food here is always Delicious!! Lori, Ken, Lynn are Amazing, Friendly and always gives the BEST warm greetings and takes good care of there patrons. My fiancé and l come here a couple of times a week. Never a bad experience. Went here for Sunday brunch with Mom, and we were NOT impressed. The Good: The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is nice. Great views out the big windows. It's super convenient for Sun City residents, and being on the golf course is a nice touch. The food is completely mediocre, I would say not even as good as Denny's or IHOP. The kids got the pancakes, not as good as I make at home, mom got the eggs benedict. Again nothing great. The bacon was good, nice and crisp and very beefy. Prices were kind of high, especially considering the low quality of the food. Breakfast plates were between $8 and $10. If you live in Sun City and don't feel like spending the extra 10 minutes to go somewhere decent, I guess it's okay. The ONLY thing that keeps this place going is lack of competition. If you have some time, I'd skip this place and find something better. Sorry Mulligan's. read more

Older lady hostess who has been there forever is rude and dismissive every time. We take large groups of seniors in (of course) from a local assisted living and she always ruins our meal. If it weren't for the residents wanting to eat there, I would never, EVER darken their doorway on my own. I am sure the owners have heard what a total B she is but she must be married to one of them!! read more

Great food; great fun. Go on a night when they have live music on the patio. These are local musicians from Sun City and the area; but man are they good! And now the patio is entirely enclosed, with overhead heaters throughout to keep the patio very comfortable even on a brisk winter night. I recommend the lasagna. Little shocked when I went here with family, the service was slow and continued to forget things such as drinks or to even check to see if we needed anything and that was a bit odd considering they really were not busy. The food though, now that was disappointing to say it nicely, no seasoning what so ever. I would assume they buy their biscuits and used packaged gravy, and the migas was just awful, almost no serrano peppers, onions or tomatoes and seasoning again was nowhere to be found. read more

Decided to try this place out for breakfast. We didn't have to wait for a table. Waitress arrived quickly to take our order. Our waitress was a woman of few words and was bordering on being abrupt. Menu looks good with a lot of items to choose from. Prices are low. My wife ordered bacon and egg tacos. They looked and tasted great. Only $2.50 each. I ordered a veggie omelet. This is where things went a little bit off track. The menu describes an omelet made with Eggs, Spinach, peppers, onions, and cheese. Mine did not contain any spinach and the eggs were a little bit runny. I also ordered wheat toast which never arrived. My coffee was refilled promptly, but our waters ran out and were never refilled. Once we finished our meal, we sat for about ten minutes before our table was cleared by a bus person. Still no guest check. We waited another fifteen minutes before the waitress returned with a guest check. I stopped her from running away and handed her my credit card to pay. I've had worse meals for more money but I've also had much better meals for the same money. In summary, slow service, mediocre to good food depending upon what you order, low prices. So if you want a cheap meal, this is your place. If you want quality service and great food, or if you are on a sclook elsewhere. Update: A couple of months later and we decided to try it out again. Seated immediately. Drink order taken immediately. The waiter, Ken stopped by shortly afterward and took our breakfast order. He was polite and friendly. The food was served up hot and quickly. Pancakes were delicious. Bacon hot but not greasy. Eggs were perfect! Ken cleaned up our table and brought the guest check quickly without hesitating to collect my payment either. This visit was a 180 degree different from the last visit. Upgraded the rating to four stars. Go check it out. read more

Let's start with management whoever manages this place needs to be fired. No one overseas the waitresses and when you do talk to a manager they could care less. I ordered my dinner and my wife ordered her dinner here comes the entrées never got my salad before my meal, the waitress said she would bring it. I told her just take it off the bill. I like to eat my salad before I get my entrée. A seasoned waitress would know that you bring the salad before the meal. Long story short no one ever came back to our table. I had to ask another waitress to refill our drinks. I had to stop another waitress to ask for more napkins we talked to a so-called supervisor before we left and she told us next time you come in if I'm working I will give you a discount totally unprofessional it's time for the owner to wake up before it's to late . PS the food is actually pretty good it's just sad they can't get the customers service in order read more

Neil's has done a great job of turning around this restaurant site. Food is good, salads, burgers and daily specials all are reasonably priced and high in quality. The staff tries hard to meet all expectations. View is perfect and dining on the patio rocks. Try the shrimp basket! read more

The staff at Mulligan's enabled us to have a party for long time resident who is moving to Dallas. We had 6 days to pull it together due to the short notice our friend was given for her apartment availability. We were on the patio since there was another party booked inside. First time I had a great lunch & service. The stuffed avocado plate. 2nd time I brought a friend & was celebrating her accomplishment. She had Cobb salad & liked it. I had pork tacos - ugh. Smashed beans, dry rice, and dry tough pork. What happened ? Not enough wait staff, long duration between drinks, meals and check. However they did give my friend free dessert of key lime cheesecake. Many people expect there to be no kinks when a restaurant first opens. It takes time to see what customers want and what is going over or not. This is a great place to go. The food is good and the waitress exceptional. The price for food is below of what you might find at other places. The acustics are great in that you don't have the loud noises you get at other places with peoples loud talking. I really liked the Mulligans waffles. Served 7-11am. read more

My husband and I had breakfast at Mulligan's Sun City this morning and I give them an A+++. We were immediately greeted by a very kind lady as soon as we walked in. Our server was at our table as soon as we were seated. Our food was excellent as well as the service and price. For our first visit we were totally impressed by everything in this restaurant. We will sing their praises and return soon. Excellent place to have a wonderful meal and service. BTW, the same owner has Wriggleys Pub in Sun City and we love that place, too. read more
