I love this place. I get the poutine with pulled pork tenderloin whenever I come here. Should I try other things when I visit? Probably, but the poutine is so good that I have no reason to switch it up. The serving size is enormous and delicious. They definitely do not skimp on the pork. The atmosphere is casual and laid back. Service is quick. Prices are excellent. There's no reason to go to a chain like Einstein's when you could be going to this place. The only negative is that I wish it were open later so that I could come here for dinner if needed. read more

Really cool little spot. When I lived in NY, there used to be a little bagel spot that sold bagels, sandwiches and 3 non-pretentious breakfast dishes. This is a more modern, Anthem version of that kind of place. The girl who usually works the front counter is very friendly and will help navigate you through the small menu. The menu is pretty straight forward. A few sandwiches, pancakes, French toast and some ways to modify those few things. First time here I got the breakfast sandwich that has the hash browns on the inside. I enjoyed it but the bagel and hash browns was way to much starch. If you get that go with a sliced bread instead of bagel. Also have had the avocado turkey grilled cheese which was AWESOME! This time around I went with a build your own breakfast sandwich with fried egg, bacon, pepper jack cheese on rye. While my wife got the strawberry Nutella pancakes (without the Nutella *shrugs in confusion*). My sandwich was delicious. I got it as a combo with fries since last time I tried the hash browns and home fries. My wife's pancakes were good too. Had the right bite a pancake should have while still feeling fluffy. Had a lot of vanilla in the batter which came through. One thing I'm not stoked on is it's a little pricey for what it is. To be fair the portions are massive. Which is why I don't count it against them, but I'd rather have the 2 massive pancakes I can finish and pay a little less. I'm the oldest of four boys and I can put down some food. Both times I came here I couldn't finish my plate. Overall a really good place my wife and I stop at when we are in the area. Grilled cheese turkey avocado is the best thing I've had there. read more

Okay where has this place been all of my life. We frequently visit Las Vegas. I Yelp different breakfast places walked in and walked right out because Im not satisfied with cleanliness of some restaurants. So needless to say I am a stickler to good food and clean establishments. Well let me tell you about this nice hidden secret in Henderson. Only 15 minutes away from the strip. This is a place that you must must must visit. Their menu has all types of goodies. A lot of Breakfast Brunch food. I had the Munch box ultimate. Egg whites with turkey bacon on croissant, I added fresh avocado. Of course you can choose how you want your eggs prepared and what type of meat. Options Galore.. We also had the dirty bird. Its humongous. The food is so tasty with every bite. The portions are awesome. The prices are great. The service is wonderful. The food was prepared in such a short time. I ordered a turkey avocado grilled cheese with fries for $10.81 (including tax). There is nothing special about this sandwich. You might as well go over to Smith's and buy bread, turkey, avocado, and pepper jack and make it yourself. The avocado was not cut well so it was just a big clump in the sandwich. And the fries were incredibly greasy, soggy, and not even salted. The only reason this isn't a one star is because the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Overall, the food isn't that great for the price you're paying but the service is good. read more

Even though Las Vegas is still following social distancing rules, they're still open! The cashier/employee was kind enough to even let me use their restroom. I know that may sound strange, but certain restaurants have told me, No. I understand where they're coming from, but I just needed to wash my hands and they wouldn't let me! But here at Munchbox, they seem so chill, but still clean!! It's little things like that, that give me hope for some normalcy again! Food: delicious and filling. It's like 3 hours later and I'm still full. (Usually, ya girl is hungry the next hour lol) Service: Kind and prompt. I wanted coffee instead of the fountain drink, and they gave me both! There are some benches with tables to sit outside. It's a shared common area with the other restaurants, so it was nice to be able to eat right next to the restaurant. Five starts for this little gem! I love brunch places cause it always gives you options on what to eat if you are too hungry to decide. At this place.. they have plenty of options! I ordered the veggie burger munch box with fruits. The veggie burger itself was very flavorful, it was a black bean patty with quinoa. It came with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and hummus to add more flavor. The burger itself was huge and didn't end up finishing the entire thing. My boyfriend got the Denver omelette with hash brown & toast. The omelette was good and wasn't oily compared to some diners. Staff is very friendly and accommodating to their customers even though it's not a sit down restaurant. Next time I will be back for breakfast and make my own breakfast sandwich! read more

I've had food delivered to work from this place twice this week, we all really really like it. The vegan power greens salad is beautiful and delicious, full of strawberries and avocado on mixed greens with a delightful fruity dressing. The build a breakfast sandwich (bagel, ham, fried egg and tomato) was also a big hit. I haven't been inside the store to report on service but the food is delicious! read more

We've been wanting to try this place for a while - it's always busy & the pictures on the windows look so appetizing! But we were sadly kind of disappointed with our selection. Positives: The people working here are friendly, even though they were busy the food came out after 20-25 minutes, reasonably priced food, lots of side options, chill music, & I like that they had Las Vegas weekly magazines for you to take or look at. Cons: The tables are pretty limited inside however they do have outdoor seating as well so we took a table outside (kinda hot today), the senior grilled cheese we ordered wasn't melted all the way, & the BLT was kind of basic (nothing beats Hash House's BLT!). The food was just decent but not amazing. We're going to try this place again at a different time & we're going to order some of their signature dishes to see if it makes a difference in the food quality. The name first of all, made me giggle. The food was good and the menu was larger than I expected. There's a lot of options, healthier and savory. While I enjoyed the food, I was a little annoyed by the employee who just stood there tapping something on the counter over and over while I looked at the menu. I was the only one in there, I wasn't greeted, nor was I asked if I had any questions on the menu which is a pretty standard question. My food was prepared fast. I may try again. read more

My coworker and I tried this place for the first time yesterday. We wanted something new for lunch and this place was close by. I don't know we've never been here before because we're always in this shopping plaza. Anyway, it's next door to Baskin Robbins & Subway. I decided to try the Turkey Avocado Grilled Cheese combo which came with fries & a drink. My coworker ordered the chk club combo. Both sandwiches were sooo good! I definitely want to come back and try other items on the menu. Their pancake options look enticing. Although the sandwiches were good the fries were okay so I don't know if paying almost $12 for the combo is worth it but I'll still be back. read more

Munch Box is truly a Hole in the Wall Restaurant in the northwest corner of the Smith's Shopping Center on Eastern. It is easy to miss even if you know that it is in that shopping center because of the odd location. But if you are looking for a quality, inexpensive quick lunch this is certainly a place to go. Their signature dish is the poutine. This is a dish made of french fries, beef gravy and cheese curds. We added pork tenderloin for another three and a half dollars. Definitely a worthwhile addition. It is a huge portion so unless you are really hungry , come with someone to share the dish with. I also ordered the turkey avocado grilled cheese sandwich. Also absolutely delicious. This is a great choice for a non-chain restaurant for a quick delicious inexpensive lunch. read more

Just happened to be out in Hendo on a Sunday running some errands when the thought of brunch came a calling. Not sure what to do or where to go....I fired up the yelp app to see what options were available in the area. Munch Box......hmmmmmm......what is this? Located in the southeast corner of Horizon Ridge & Eastern, we decided to find out. Upon arrival, I observed that Munch Box was very busy and consisted of tight quarters. I started to trip out but after a couple of deep breathes coupled with some curiosity....I calmed down, accepted that this was a happening place and checked out the menu. It was then that the "Munch Box Poutine Burger" caught my eye and was ordered. Everyone working here appeared to be in good spirits and kept everything moving along as bodies left and more bodies arrived. My burger contained cheese, egg, gravy coated fries with cheese curds and bacon. These ingredients make for an amazing combination. Be sure to check in on the yelp app to receive a free drink. I was looking through Yelp to find a new place to try and Munch Box caught my interest! Customer service - Amazing! The entire staff was very friendly, especially the woman with the short blue hair on cashier. Food - The Tijuana breakfast sandwich I ordered was ok, probably won't order it again. I also got the poutine and I'm definitely going back for that! It was super yummy!! The only downside is that the place is pretty small so there isn't very many seats. Also the menu is pretty big and it would of been helpful for them to explain it a little more to us. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and I recommend you to give it a try! read more

Our favorite neighborhood breakfast spot! It's cozy and comforting! The staff is amazing and so welcoming, we love visiting them! But honestly the food is Amazing!! We usually get a veggie wrap on a croissant and add philly steak meat to it! The French fries remind me of the kind my mom used to make for me. After reading all the 5 star reviews I called to place a to go order. I ordered a chicken and avocado wrap and a power greens salad and asked for chicken to be added. I arrived about 15 minutes later and still had to wait a good 10 minutes for my order to be ready. The chicken wrap was good but I didn't care for the mushrooms in it. I like mushrooms but it just didn't seem to pair well with the other flavors. The power greens salad was a nice mix of greens, a couple slices of avocado, cherry tomatoes, alfalfa sprouts and walnuts. The chicken (which was $3.50 extra) was served on the side in a separate container. Maybe the breakfast is better, but I thought Munch Box was very average. Can't see myself rushing back here anytime soon. read more

I really like Munchbox. It's always quick and delicious and the people there are friendly. So it is probably a good idea for the menu to mention that it is in there. In any case, I tried to order it sans the cheese but I guess it is pre mixed into the mash or something. They cant make it with no cheese. :( Lastly, and most depressingly, they took the shrimp appetizer off of the happy hour menu! This was a real kick-in-the-dick for me. I have probably came to BLVD Grille at least 10 times in the last year specifically because the happy hour $5 shrimp appetizer was so outstanding. I am genuinely depressed that they took it off the happy hour menu. I haven't tried the steaks yet, I want to, but most days, I'm just looking for some shrimp, a side of fries and a drink. I haven't given up on this place yet, but I feel like I'm losing my favorite menu items one by one.

I recently had the most dreadful experience at Munch Box, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that something was amiss. The owner's * Short guy with some gray hair) demeanor was shockingly rude and mean-spirited, making me question why they would choose to be in the hospitality industry at all. To make matters worse, as I eagerly awaited my food, I discovered a long hair nestled within my meal. It was a stomach-turning sight that instantly shattered any remaining confidence I had in the establishment. How could such a basic level of hygiene and quality control be overlooked? It was beyond unacceptable. The service was equally abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated. Not once did anyone apologize or attempt to rectify the situation. It was as if they simply didn't care about their customers' experiences. Leaving Munch Box that day, I was not only dissatisfied but also disgusted. This was, without a doubt, the worst dining experience I have ever had. I strongly caution others against wasting their time and money at this establishment. My meal was yuck! is that wrong? maybe I should of had there pancakes, seems it's the only good item there I guess.(the advertisement says that) this meal wasn't very impressive. sandwich had tough meat and was really sloppy. buns were hard and over cooked, something tasted odd, maybe sour? The cooks used the same runber gloves over and over again to touch food than go in back and not change gloves. The french fries tasted as though they had been sitting in old grease or refried several times, Our friends and a neighbor said the food was ok, and my golf buddy said it was alright too but a tad over priced. I live in the area and i have been reluctant to try this place. Not only did I pay 38.00 (plus tip) for 3 sandwiches and a order of onion rings. I received 3 large ring and two half broken ones,I'm the order. During the ordering process I SPECIFICALLY told the cashier place certain ingredients in and not toast my bread. ( not rocket science) she did offer an extra beverage and a bag of chips. I realize now she must of known I'd be disappointed with this meal. So unfortunate. We eat out 4 times a week...just for dinner, so we won't be returning . I called to let her know how disappointed I was to NOT have what I ordered and paid for, she was RUDE and dismissive. BEWARE DIRTY RESTAURANT!!!! The employees are not wearing masks and they didn't change their gloves the entire time while they're cooking or grabbing something else, talk about germs and cross contamination! This place is filthy the vents are covered with dust it looks like it hasn't cleaned in years! They have one table with bunch of take out containers. On Saturday around noon, I arrived and was advised to expect a wait of 45 minutes to an hour, which proved to be accurate. The tables are crowded together, making it difficult to get in and out of your place. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. She responded with a "when can we come back here?!" (See pic) I ordered the Hawaiian breakfast. Two eggs scrambled, Portuguese sausage, spam, a scoop of white rice, a scoop of macaroni salad, pineapple ring w/strawberry (see pic). Hawaiian style food is imitated....and rarely duplicated outside of Hawaii. For example, the best way to cook Portuguese sausage is to grill it on a gas grill like Liliha Bakery does!! The sausage is seared (not burnt, not dry) but sweating, with juicy flavors and beautiful black charred strips!!! OMG! My mouth is watering thinking about this!! This location opened just outside of Green Valley Ranch just last year, and I decided to invite my friend over here instead of our usual late evening burger stop. I tried the Classic Burger ($9.99). It was pretty solid, with a decent thick patty, hefty bun, some lettuce and tomato, and a burger sauce. It wasn't that exciting compared to some of the other popular burger chains though, and it was giving lots of California vibes in the sense that there wasn't a lot of fattiness. I did get it with a combo (+$4.99) though. The onion rings were crispy and mostly were bite-through-able, and they went alright with the ranch. I do think a 1:2 or 1:3 ketchup:ranch mixture might be the play, but I didn't investigate thoroughly yet. I also tried my friend's fries, which were okay but not that memorable either. My rating was really not gonna be awesome except for my drink (also included in the aforementioned combo). It was my take on an Arnold Palmer, a roughly 1:1 mix of their unsweetened tea and their lemonade. I later found out that the tea is a passion fruit tea, which is why I was getting fruity/tropical vibes that aren't usually part of this tea. And the sweetness ended up so addictively ideal that I could hardly stop drinking the thing. I will be back to Ruby's when I really crave that Arnold Palmer, and hopefully I'll figure out what to do to find a better entree on their menu. Maybe my friend's chili cheese dog could be a good starting point.
