    Pumpkin Curry with rice

Very tasty Thai food! The fact that everything here is vegan is a bonus for vegetarian people like me! But even if you're a meat eater, the food here is so flavorful and delicious, you'll be happy too. Today I orderd Pumpkin Tempura, Coconut Zucchini, Hawaiian Fried Rice and Pumpkin Curry. Everything arrived home safely packaged. Each item was so tasty and full of flavorful, we can't wait to try more items. You can choose your spice level and there are several choices for added protein such as tofu, soy curls, tempeh, golden fried cauliflower and veggies. I enjoyed the food from MungMee Vegan Thai very much and my carnivore roommate loved it too! Highly recommend!

Avocado Noodle Curry (VG) with fresh tofu

Same establishment as Meeboon Thai Cafe so the kitchen is not entirely vegan but the back page of the extensive menu is all vegan. Hole in the wall restaurant with a dozen or so tables tucked into a strip mall with a tiny and very busy parking lot. There is a sign on another establishment to park in the standard tv and appliance lot. Friendly attentive service and high quality tasty food. Menu looks (and two dishes taste) exactly like DeeDee Thai on Hawthorne so if you love that place and find yourself in Beaverton, get thee here! Avocado curry noodles were absolutely delicious and pack a kick so round down on spice level if you aren't sure.

Elephants is a bright, airy, and inviting space with yummy treats, meals, and fun gifts. As we're new to the area, we weren't sure where to find high-quality Italian deli meats. I love their focaccia, and we were delighted to find a small but mighty selection of imported Italian deli meats. Our favorites are the mortadella and hot coppa. On Sunday, my partner chose the staff pick of the day: Levoni salami- a must try! The deli folks are artisans! They slice and package the meats to perfection. It's like opening a gift when we get home to assemble our sandwiches. All of the peeps working at Elephants are friendly and knowledgeable. I got some pro tips on pairings when they cut the focaccia for me! We also picked up some macarons- chocolate, Earl Grey, and animal cracker flavors. I was silly-happy when they had Earl Grey macarons this time! Look forward to going there in the morning, trying a coffee drink and pastry, and enjoying the adorable patio. I had gelato at NW 22nd, so I know that pistachio flavor is molto bene. I look forward to enjoying some gelato at this location, too.

We wished there were more lettuce to wrap the salad in. It came with ground pork tossed in shallots. Very flavorful. We did need more lettuce for this. It came with three lettuce. The appetizers we ordered is Asian flies, which are deep fried lotus root served with side of sriracha sauce and sweet chili sauce. This was surprisingly very crispy and delightful. The flavors of the sauce adds more depth to the lotus root The second appetizer is the Thai Fish Cakes. This was fish cakes patties and it was delicious. Very flavorful. We definitely love the salad and appetizers Kamdee Value set is like a predetermined hot pot. It came with stewed beef, sliced pork, pork liver, meatballs, basil and some others. The broth was really rich. It came with sides of pork rinds and crispy wontons and three types of noodles: rice noodles, egg noodles and vermicelli. We find the ingredients very flavorful but broth was very rich. The noodles were very hard to pull apart. Don't know if it's too cold or needs more water. The crispy prawns in tamarind sauce was interesting. Batter was not crispy enough. The prawns were good. Green beans was neutral. This is in Beaverton Town Square. Right by Traders Joe. There are many other places to explore here. The restaurant is small. Only 10 tables that fit 4 people and 2 tables that fit two. One round table that fit 5. If there is a party, tables are needed to be rearranged to accommodate. Service was good. Came by a few times.
