I received the worst french gel manicure here. Pedicure was ok. I was going on vacation and it as important to me to have a nice manicure. First of all she did not soak the current gel off properly and ground the surface of my nails too thin. The white tip of the french manicure began chipping by the end of the day and the pink looks unnatural The worst part though is three of my nails have split because they were ground too thin. The girl was not friendly and acted rushed. I believe my nails will take quite awhile to heal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON! read more

Very disappointed. I have been going here for months & months. Don't ever feel particularly welcomed, even though I believe myself to be nice & appreciative - and I tip a minimum of 20% in cash - per the salon's request. I made an appointment on Saturday to have my dip polish removed in order to let my nails "rest" for a couple of weeks. This was obviously not something anyone really wanted to do, but after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time, the technician started the work. She was so rough and my nails are damaged. She did cut them short, per my request. One of my nails is split down to the quick. My "bare" nails look awful and 3 nails are actually tender to the touch. The technician then gave me a quick lotion rub WITHOUT removing my rings, my watch, and my bracelet; covered them in lotion. I was not expecting a massage. (Please know I appreciated the brief massage but wish she had told me before smearing lotion all over my bejeweled hand and arm.) The cost was $29 plus the technician tapped the sign for the tip. I tipped $6 in cash, even though I was not happy. (My choice - no one forced me to tip.) I'm just very disappointed. Just one unimportant and disrespected customer. They have plenty of business so guess they don't need/want mine. read more

I moved back to NC from FLL with my airline to be close to my parents. My mom has been going to My Bella spa for the last 4 years. Our favorite thing to do is go get a mani and pedi together. The staff are sooo very kind to my mother, and they do awesome work. Chloe is wonderful with my mom and Mai does a wonderful job on my nails. Although my schedule varies from month to month, we always book our appointments well in advance to be sure we can get our appointment. All the employees are wonderful and I highly recommend them! I went to Bella Spa for the first time yesterday. When I walked in, the place was full of people working and customers getting their nails done. I was worried they were too busy but they took me and my daughter as walk ins with no complaint. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and they told me that they can do it no problem. First we got pedicures and it was great. The woman helping my daughter was so sweet and kind. But more than that, she took her time with her. In the past I've always felt that nail salons would rush through my daughters nails because she was a kid and just assumed no one would care. But Bella spa treated my daughter just like they treated me. Then I moved to the table to get my nails done. The woman helping me took her time to make sure that the color and every detail was perfect... and you know what? My nails are perfect! I have never had a better job done in my life! Update: I still LOVE this place! My nails have grown so much with sns. My nails never chip and even last as long as 5 weeks! Yesterday was my fourth visit and I was actually able to ask for a coffin shape. I figured I always do square so why not change it up a bit. The fact that these are actually my real nails too is awesome! Bryant, who I still go to, made sure the coffin nail shape came out perfect. He took his time to apply the powder and filing it down to make them look natural. I also come in and get my pedicures done here as well. They do a great job on that as well, making sure you leave satisfied. Everybody in there is amazing though. Now when I go in, they know me by name and we even have some good laughs. NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS PLACE DELETED MY FIRST REVIEW SO I WILL KEEP CHECKING AND REPOSTING THIS!! THE CORRECT THING TO DO IS TO MAKE IT RIGHT! I was pleased with my nail service from Mia, however when Chloe did my nails she used old powder that she sat in front of me and picked out pieces of it which SHOULD have been my first clue! However I like to give people the benefit of the doubt BUT the NEXT day one of my nails has a crack in the top layer that went though and the next day two more cracks then by day day three I had four large cracks and multiple tiny cracks! I called to let them know and they ask me to come back which I did and Mia looked and could see the cracks and ask me to have a seat. Chloe then proceeds to tell me to let her see that she will fix the cracks, THEN she acts like she can't see the cracks OR UNDERSTAND what I said which was I really wanted my set redone because they look horrible! Again she act like she couldn't understand which I KNEW SHE COULD, SO I LEFT WITH MY CRAPPY SNS NAILS and now I have to go PAY AGAIN FOR A SERVICE THAT MY BELLA SPA SHOULD HAVE REDONE! Under new management ! The massage chairs are wonderful. Some don't apply enough pressure but these do. They use a plastic liner on the pedi water bowls and also use sterilized tools- they are packaged and opened in front of you. They have a ton of SNS colors to choose from and do SNS the correct way - i.e. No gel top coat ‍ I still don't understand why some salons do that. Ask for Chloe or Mai. Mai works Sunday and Monday here. They always do a wonderful job. read more

Well, it looks nice inside.... But it went down hill from there... I came in for a gel mani pedi which I found out after the fact was $60 :-/. The dude who did my pedicure was okay until he started a loud conversation with another technician in their native tongue.... And continued it throughout the duration of my services. I deliberately arrived at 10am on a Wednesday to avoid the hustle and bustle only to listen to them and haven't idea what they were talking about. Perhaps if they were speaking English and was able to maybe partake in the conversation but not really. Then when he got to my hands the conversation continued and he was polishing over my cuticles! I called it to his attention and he looked annoyed. The worst part of all I thought was that I paid $70 for it all including the tip... But nope that wasn't the worst of it.... About 8PM that evening the hell polish peeled off of about 4 of my fingers.... I was pissed so much so that I couldn't go back to complain as I was too angry. I will never go back there again. I decided to give this place a try and brought along my 11 year old son-we loved it!! The pedicure chairs actually give a great massage. I was so surprised since most of the time I sit in a pedicure chair and wish there was more pressure with the rollers. So, this on top of a relaxing atmosphere and attentive staff made for a very pleasant visit. My pedicure and SNS are flawless. The pedicure was great as was the massage; it wasn't done in quick, rushed strokes where you barely even feel it. The staff conversed easily with me and my son. My son enjoyed his pedicure and the woman that did his was great with him. During my SNS they let him continue to sit in the pedicure chair and he was so comfortable he fell asleep. They offered to take a picture of him sleeping for me. The professionalism displayed by the nail technicians is mixed with a genuine, positive kindness. They made sure my nails were exactly how I wanted them. I truly felt pampered and I cannot wait to tell my friends and go back again. read more
