He let us know that the spare tire was just what the truck came with and since it was technically a "used" truck (less than 500 miles which at the time we bought it they claimed was "shop use") we would have to settle for the tire. Such bs. ESPECIALLY SINCE THE TIRE IS NOT THE RIGHT LUG COUNT FOR THE TRUCK! it wouldn't even fit! My husband finally got a hold of a guy named Jeremy. Jeremy worked on our tire situation. meanwhile, my registration card came in the mail. Oh, ooops. it's for the van I TRADED IN for the TRUCK. Another complete idiot mess up. After yet another call to Jeremy, a new tire was driven out to us with a correct rim as well, we finally got our manual and spare key, and a new reg card for the vehicle I am actually the registered owner for is coming to me. Jeremy ROCKS and is the ONLY person worth speaking to or working with there. He should have his own dealership. I am obviously very dissapointed with my experience with MY Chevrolet and would never recommend them, but I do recommend his service which is outstanding. Must be hard when you work with a bunch of monkeys who don't take care of their customers once they get their commission! read more

Greatest place to buy a vehicle. However they lack when it comes to maintainance.Rolled in last Saturday for a battery issue. Was told that since I didn't have an appointment there was no guarantee that I could get a simple load test on the battery. Spend 10's of thousands of dollars to make this MY CHEVROLET dealer owner a rich man. Yet in having spent so much at his dealership. His maintainance department can't even do a simple battery test without an appointment. No wonder so many are spending on European and Asian vehicles. read more

I don't really write reviews on places but I had a very bad experience.I had my appointment at 2:15 to get a new key fob and get it programmed. It takes maybe an hour to do that I was there for almost 3 hours. They come and tell me that it wasn't working and couldn't program it. They said they need to diagnose my car to see why it didn't work and that it would be $175 just to see what's wrong. So I thought okay I'll just pay for the key fob. They end up charging me almost 200 dollars! So I go home and I'm trying to restart my car and both my old and new key fobs don't want to start my car. Wtf ! I paid 200 and now I can't even start my car. read more

In my history of car buying this has been by far the best experience with a car dealership. They were straight forward, fair, and I didn't have to call bull shit at all. Apparently I wanted to buy the hardest to find Jeep in existence and while Stevens Creek Jeep just wanted to waste my time, this place was awesome. After the first car they located was sold before they could get it, they took ownership in the matter and promised me they would make it right. When we determined that there were no more Jeeps with my specifications to be had in the state (and they realized that I wasn't going to change my mind) they actually drove up to Oregon to get one for me. Derek, Curt, Roy, and Jose went above and beyond in getting this done, especially since we were in a time crunch with the whole Chrysler going BK issue and ending any promotions. Finally, they actually gave me a reasonable offer on the trade in, versus the Stevens Creek people, whose offer was just insulting. I don't often give my opinion but I was impressed yesterday with my purchase. The dealer in my town had little selection. I looked north of me and the dealer had a 10K markup on everything and weren't even embarrassed about it. The deal I made with My Chevrolet was mostly over the phone and internet. Great experience! We had the pleasure of working with Ramiro over the course of a few weeks during our car purchasing process. We have been to SO many different dealerships and driven SO many cars and spoken with SO many salespeople and Ramiro really stood out to us. He was super knowledgeable about multiple vehicles we test drove with him, and willingly provided info and pointers, while always representing his dealership, and all of the dealerships owned by the same auto group, in the most professional way while providing a low pressure experience. He also made an effort to connect with us as people, and we talked about some things we all have in common (kids, dogs, etc.). We knew when we contacted Ramiro we would get a response quickly and it would be accurate- he never left us hanging. We found a car we liked and started the purchase process. Unfortunately we needed some time to think things over and the car sold right away because it was in demand. Ramiro then helped explain to us the ordering process, and how that would work for us. When GM put out a lot of constraints with orders, he broke that news, and what the constraints meant for us, gently and helped us figure out our next steps. Lucky for us, in just a few days we were able to find a car that worked out great for our family and was also a great deal, as promised! I was very pleased on the way I was treated when purchasing my new 2019 Blazer. The sales staff was outstanding to work with.

So I called on Monday because my Tahoe has been having a slow start, at first I thought it might be the starter or the battery but I'm no mechanic. I called and asked for the service department and a women answered(can't remember her name). Well she had the worse customer service. I told her my problem and just asked if the starter would be covered in my warranty and without asking who I am she said the warranty is only 30,000 or 3 years and with an attitude already. Then I say well I payed for an extended warranty. She replies well then you need to just bring it in so we can check the vin. She was rude and it sounded like she was in a hurry. Well yesterday I got a recall letter and now I'm afraid to call back. Do I have to take it back to MY Chevrolet or can I take it to another dealership. I should have figured it out when I first got my Tahoe and I wanted black Bow Ties and they actually returned it like this smh. read more

On Saturday my service advisor was Eddie and he called me as soon as it was ready (I dropped it off and told them I wasn't in any sort of hurry to get it back because I had errands I would be running). The prices are a bit high (it cost $60 to have them replace my wiper blades) but it's something that I hate doing myself and is worth the fee to me! read more

I brought my vehicle as a drop off oil service with Richard Sanchez in the morning. I did not get a call all day. I show up at the shop around 4PM and asked him if my vehicle was ready. He told me that we could not get to it today. I then asked him why didn't he call me earlier to let me know that he was not going to be able to service my vehicle. He did not have an answer. 3/6 update--my spouse has spoken with management at My Chevy. The fuel injector was replaced Monday 3/2 and we picked the vehicle up that evening. As of Thursday 3/5 the check engine light is once again flashing and the vehicle slow to accelerate. So once again we have to take the vehicle back to the dealer. Also the side mirrors are bad on this vehicle. They are supposed to fold in when the vehicle is parked but due to a bad component in the mirrors, they don't fold in. So that is yet another problem that has to be fixed. Really starting to regret buying this vehicle.... read more

I took my Corvette in for a problem with my driver door not opening. They said it would be $165 just to diagnose the problem, but with that since the tech would already be there the repair time should be minimal, maybe a half hour. I had a 9:40 appointment and was there at 9:20. By the promised time of 1:30 I had not heard from them so I called. Was told the tech had not seen the car so a new promise time of 4:00 was given. By 4:30 still had not heard back, so I drove there. I was told the problem was the door latch and quoted $700 to repair, now get this $302 for the part... I found it on line for under $200. Then another $165 for the repair since the tech had already closed the panel, and the original $165 for the diagnostic! That's ridiculous. I took my car back without the repair, these guys are a rip off and honestly I don't trust them! I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone.... read more

Inept and unprofessional. Ordered an integrated cargo liner for the third row and back cargo area. I originally ordered the part online but ordered the wrong part, that was on me. Service rep ordered the "right part". Came back when part came in. Waited 1.5 hours for install. They laid an all-weather mat down over my WeatherTech mat. Took them 1.5 hours for that....seriously. Asked why it took so long to put a mat in (even though it was the wrong item) and I was told that there were so many other people there. Then why make appointments?!? The lack of knowledge by both the service department and the service representative is mind-blowing and the customer service is horrendous. Took 25 minutes for a refund. Manager just sat in his office while I complained, didn't bother to come address the situation. Deserves less than one star. read more

You should be able to trust Big name service centers especially with there own brand, well this is not the case with My Chevrolet in Salinas. Original estimate was 199 to repair my A/C. They call me back saying it was going to be $300 more for a $20 A/C switch that my daughter could replace in 5 minutes flat!!!! And to top it off, the A/C switch wasn't the issue . It was working fine. Took it to a different repair shop nd all it needed was more refrigerant. Not in to shops that guess to fix the problems ... Obscene prices, not honest and incompetent workers!!! I arrived, Hector gave me difficult time as to the appointment for 10:00. He kept asking if it was in my name. Of course it is, I received an email confirmation regarding the appointment. The overpriced bill for $85 is outrages for the service or lack thereof. Once I left the dealership, I observed my engine compartment smoking and smelling like oil. I went to my daughters house for half an hour and when I was leaving, she noticed a big puddle (spot) of new oil underneath my car. Horrible! I cannot believe you charge $49.99 just for the service and an additional $35 for oil and filter to receive this horrible oil change experience! I went back immediately and they took care of it but still, for the amount you charge, this is completely unacceptable. Jiffy Lube or any of those other oil changing places will probably be a better option and at a very reasonable price. read more

When I pulled up to MY Chevrolet in my rental car after having just had a ROTTEN experience at the San Jose Auto Mall, I had little hope of finding a car I could settle for, much less a car I really wanted. All that changed when Sales Rep. Ifrael Edesa walked up to me and shook my hand, LISTENED carefully to what I wanted, and MADE IT HAPPEN. Ifrael and Jeremy the Sales Manager SEARCHED HARD online/on the phone and found my car! They did not balk at hiring a driver to bring it from several hours away. They gave me a discount and got me a price that was very fair (and under the maximum I told them I could pay -- all the cash I had to put toward a car). When the car showed up with road oil on it, the MY detail department worked wonders making the exterior pristine. Dealing with the obviously bright and well-informed (both about law and finance) finance guy, Adrian, made a tedious chore a pleasant time of patient and careful explanation and friendly conversation. MY even returned my rental car for me. :) When I had a question the day after I drove my car home, Ifrael answered (!) his phone and got the answer for me within half an hour. I bought a brand new 2017 chevy tahoe gave me the best service. After i bought it they treated me like i was nothing. The carpet kept coming up 3 differnt times was not and still is not alligned right. The check engine light turned on the 2nd month, they had it for 12 days to tell me it wasnt on. The Salinas Chevy didnt even run a diagnosis on the truck when i bought the warranty. Basically said I was lieing so I had to go threw general motors. To top it off they lost my keys so i had to wait 30 minutes for them to find them when i picked up my truck. VERY BAD SERVICE ! read more

They were still charging the high price and in return I was getting ripped off. My wife and I went to several Chevy and GMC dealerships to purchase a new Tahoe or Yukon on Labor Day weekend. It was very discouraging and tiring because most try to railroad you into a deal you don't want or try to sell you the vehicle at more than market value. It was late in the day and our final stop was here. I kick myself in the rear end for not going there first. It would have saved us a ton of time and headaches. Our salesman, Antonio, is a very polite and respectful guy. He didn't try to pressure us at all. He answered our questions honestly and patiently. He showed us all the vehicles we wanted to see and we were able to comfortably compare and contrast options and colors. Negotiating the final price was a 2 way street. Lazy as hell. I have a Volt and I plugged it in to charge the car. Older man in service doesn't understand Customer Service. Lady manager/ assistant was very professional and helpful. They need a lot more people like you. They stated originaly, that I have to move it in font of their door to do the paperwork. Really? How lazy are these people. I called a couple weeks in advance for the appointment to give these people a second chance. I told the lady on the phone that I had a Volt and all the warranty things that have gone wrong. She still allowed me to set an appointment on the weekend. Now I'm told the Volt guy only works Monday-Friday. Why in the hell do sell Volts if they can't be serviced on the weekend. Do they not realize the educated working people are the ones who buy these cars. I know now who to never come back to again. PLEASE Think if CS matters before coming to THESE PEOPLE. They can service and fix the smog producing SUVs on the weekends yet can't fix the environmentally friendly vehicles. They don't serve our green if they don't truly care about the green movement. I even had to plug my car on the Nissan version of their property. Their Chevy charger never seems to be available. read more

I'm originally from here, but now live in San Diego where I'm stationed at. Since I came to visit my parents I decided to check out a car that I saw online. The car was good but the service was awful. I'm in no rush into buying a car but if the price was right then I was willing to buy one. However, after showing the sales person similar cars at a cheaper price in hopes that they will price match I try to see if I can at least get a military discount. Service Advisor, Mr. Richard Sanchez, failed to inform me of a GM recall when I brought my 2016 Chevrolet Spark for maintenance service on 23 Sep 2017. I wouldn't have known of the GM recall (Neck tension exceeded the FMVSS208/CMVSS 208 performance limit MY2016-17 Chevrolet Spark) if it weren't for notification from OnStar on 25 Sep 2017. Taking the extra steps, I contacted Victoria Day on 28 Sep 2017, to order the parts and then contact me to schedule an appointment once the parts arrived. It was the duty and responsibility of the Service Advisor, Mr. Richard Sanchez, to inform me of any recalls on the vehicle, which he did not and it is for this reason I will avoid him for future customer service. read more

Bought a new 2013 Silverado 1500 4x4 on Sunday. Service was great, they searched all over California for the truck I wanted, remained patient when I changed my mind from a 2500 to a 1500 and gave me a great deal. They gave me a great price for my trade in. Took the truck back yesterday to get my bed liner installed and the red alert flashing third light. The woman at the service counter was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She also provided me with updates frequently and the tech working on my truck was working extremely slowly. I just might have to purchase my next truck from these guys! read more
