Oz is our "go to" for fantastic food. We've been going here since they opened (I'd guess a couple…read morehundred visits) and we've never been disappointed. The people that work at Oz are top notch and the owners (Chris and Shawn) are often there making sure the quality remains high. When they built Oz, they paid attention to the small details. Sound baffles, good televisions, innovative taps, lights, sound... it all just makes for a great ambiance that is comfortable and feels like home. They have great outdoor seating and a playground and games for kids. Our favorites are the Oz burger, the crispy chicken tacos, shrimp tacos, Brussels sprouts and the happy hour pretzel and queso. The skinny margarita is great and my wife mixes the cucumber and lavender cocktails. The ability to pour your own and get creative is fun. Highly recommend you give it a try.

You check in with your credit card, then enjoy self‑serve access to an endless tap wall of wine, craft beer, and pre-made cocktails. Food is ordered at the same counter. We arrived Friday at 6 PM to crazy busy back‑to‑school event, so things were beyond chaotic. We heeded the sign by the entrance that said "Wait to be seated," but after a few minutes we learned you just head to the counter to order food and secure a table. Even with the rush, the young staff and owners were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. You swipe your smart card by your selection and are charged by the ounce. There are small tasting glasses and big boy mugs. I was tempted to pour myself a 16 ounce Old Fashioned but those days are long gone, LOL! Our burgers and protein salads came out quickly and were solid 4‑star meals. They did forget my granddaughter's order, but fries kept her happy until her nuggets arrived. The tap wall has some great local options from Meanwhile, Pinthouse, and Infamous breweries. I struck out twice with all‑foam pours, but a friendly server fixed both without hesitation. There are also some cocktail options including a Paloma, and the Old Fashion. Outside, the playscape and open field are perfect for kids to burn off energy. My granddaughter had me running up and down the slide more times than I can count. Overall, OZ is solid with good food, great service, and a kid friendly venue.

If you didn't burn the roof of your mouth, you did it wrong. Go back and get another one. It's pretty much how I remember it. Hot, juicy, apple pie. Crispy on the outside and lava hot inside. Don't wait, get yours today. I did go through the drive thru, because you have to order on a kiosk inside and I'm too old for that crap.

They clearly aren't on top of changing the soda syrup or checking the fry quality. Worse, right before closing, the workers turn rude and dismissive like you're bothering them for existing. If you're gonna act that way when it's time to close, just shut down and stop taking orders--don't get mad that you messed up the order, refuse to fix it, and hand out old fries you're about to throw away anyway instead of making fresh ones. I don't know if the lower managers can't keep up with the crew or if they're part of the problem, but the store manager needs to step in and fix this mess. If it keeps happening, I'm calling the 1-800 corporate number to report it. Food was edible at best, but the attitude and quality shortcuts killed any chance of coming back. Avoid this location if you can.

If you do want the cherry and chocolate dipped cone, you can pay $1.00 extra. But today you can get a totally free cone. No app needed, no sign up for anything. Just walk up and ask for a small ice cream cone. It's that simple The parking lot was full on the side and in front. Drive thru had about 3 cars. I parked in the back of the restaurant. I was second in line for the cashier to place my order. So it wasn't too busy inside. Some people were standing around waiting for their order. There was only 1 cashier in the dinning area. And only 1 person running the food and ice cream cones out. The dinning area tables were empty. Guess everyone was taking their cones to go. Looked really clean as I passed through to exit out the front door. After I got my cone I walked back to my car where I sat and enjoyed my creamy, vanilla flavored ice cream. It was a nice treat to end my long day.
