Parking is a bit tricky in this part of town, but if you can manage it you're in for a spicy nacho treat. The interior was pristine, ordering was a breeze, and food came out super quick for a to-go in person order. Nacho items have a "regular" and "Hella sized" options (see helpful sizing trays below menu display). For the heck of it we went with the Phife Hella sized and it was one 'hella'-loaded nacho platter (we got ours with pico de gallo on the side, not pictured). With a name like this, you have to be at least a little bit curious to try them out, right? I've come here more than a handful of times, and have always been impressed with their nachos. I mean, nachos are sorta hard to mess up, right? The thing that sets them apart from other places though are all the different toppings that they pile on mountain high on top of your chips. My absolute favorite topping is the habanero relish, which has really great flavor that is not just one dimensional "hot" but surprisingly complex with sweet and savory notes. If you've never had the nachos here, you need to get them. On this visit, I tried the enCHOrito. It's pretty much a wet burrito with their nacho fillings. This was "alright". The red sauce on the top of the burrito. Exceeded my expectations but I felt that the burrito could've been stuffed a little bit better and the ratio of tortilla to fillings was off. Visiting Monterey for the weekend I decided to try this place out with my boyfriend. I was happy to see that this place stays open late. It wasn't too busy when we visited and there was plenty of tables to sit and eat at. My boyfriend got the nachos and enjoyed the cheese sauce. The portion size was decent but he'll probably get the nachos with all the meats next time. I loved my burrito bowl! A good amount of meat and a good ratio of rice and beans. I was a frequent late night guest of Nacho Bizness's previous location and was worried that a new, bigger spot with expanded hours would dilute their product (and their meme game). Nacho fast. The new location hasn't skipped a beat. In fact, it is better due to its proximity to more late night spots and indoor seating. On our way out of Monterey we decided to stop here at Nacho Biz. Glad we did! We were the only people in the restaurant when we got there but it got busy and was getting busier after we sat down. I wasn't going to order for myself just because I have a strict diet but these guys made sure I was taken care of. I will say that the flavor of the meat was 5/5 and would be excellent on tacos. There was just something lacking from the nachos itself.
