I was in town for a mini vacay. I had a jewel that fell off. I asked to take off 2 fingers with gems and redo them. Color didn't have to be the same because it was a multi colored set. They don't me they wouldn't know what to charge and everyone was busy. Mind you when I came in 2 were sitting and went to talk to another in the back. They were excited until they knew I didn't need a whole new set. Even though I sought them out as a good place with great review. Disappointed to say the least. read more

I gotta be real - they charge almost 50% more than the shops on nw 21st and the quality is no better. They charge to remove polish and to shorten your nails, so even a basic acrylic fill ends up being $75 or more Both times I went to Nail Lab they also hurt me with a drill. Just felt kinda careless. If I'm spending $75 on a manicure it should look great and I shouldn't leave with an injury. read more

We started going there my nana had to go back once because the quality of the service wasn't upstandards she still tipped up and beyond even the people that didn't do work she went back to have them redo it and the owner said she would have to pay again but then I said why would we have to pay again and she said she honors the work up to 2 weeks so we went back for service again keep in mind every time we've been there its like 160 for the nails and 85 for the feet each person plus designs plus tipping everybody so it runs well Over 400 dollars so she had Mike that unfortunately dosent have the experience for the high end amount that they're charging and my nails look like they were two months old and I just got them done yesterday me and my nana went back to ask them to repaint it and To fix my nana's nails that she just paid 160 for they had glue all over her cuticles and they had rough texture all over the nails to the touch they treated us poorly and said she Didnt see nothing wrong with our feet and nails and said we have to pay again at this point we were realizing it's all just a hustle and upsale there was another customer in there that got into our conversation was extremely rude and the owner that sits in the very first chair when you walk in on the left closes to the cashier desk my nana asked me what they were saying in their language and all I said was I don't know because they weren't speaking english and the owner said I was being racist when I wasn't when they were talking bad about us and laughing at us and the customer came outside and said she spoke their language and said racial slurs because we're black race and the customer was arguing with me and being really rude and the owner told me To not talk to her like that because she's older then me and I wasn't talking any type of way so she said she was gonna give us our money back so we waited and the lady Trish tried to push my nana Out the door like saying leave with her body language so we waited for her to come and she only brought us 25 dollars when she should've gave us and 10 of the 25 was a tip that my grandma gave her to buy her a coffee cause she's the owner and my grandma didn't even get Service from her my Grandma was just being nice so she told us to not come back and she took the money and said to not ever come back we've never felt so humiliated and sad and mentally stressed and emotionally damaged And my grandma said we both have disabilities and this is financial manipulation and they still treated us that way If I were you they speak in their language and talk bad about their customers bad service all the way around all of them pray on it . I have come to this establishment three times so far. The first time was almost disappointing as the nail tech told me that they could do the design I wanted only to find out that they couldn't. Somebody else came in an hour later and after my pedicure, they were able to do the nails that I wanted. They were great, but there was absolutely NO MANICURE DONE BEFORE THE NAIL FILL. There was airbrush paint on the side of my nails and dried glue globs on the backs of my nails. So I was somewhat satisfied after the first visit. The second visit I was in and out, however I do not like having my nails done while I'm having a pedicure done at the same time. It feels very rushed, especially when I was next to the wall and he can only work on one side and my arms had to reach over to get the other side done. It was very uncomfortable. This is the third time I am here and I am bringing my granddaughter to get her nails done for her birthday. I called today knowing it may be busy today asking if I could get an appointment at 5 PM. I get here and we have to wait until 540 to be seen. Now I value my time and it's a little upsetting if you are understaffed just to say no, we don't have anymore appointments for the day. It's ridiculous to have your customers wait around for almost an hour. I really wanted to like this place. But I just don't see myself coming back. I will not recommend this place and let them know my experience. There are many places that are just as good if not better and they have parking. The music is also kind of loud and weird. It'd be nice to maybe have something that didn't sound like it should be in a rave or a techno competition. read more

Got a last minute pedicure with Ann and Kim and they were so sweet and did an amazing job. Definitely recommend if you're in the area!

I have been here multiple times in the past and it has been my go-to salon for months now. However, I recently had a very discouraging experience and likely will not go back. I went in for my wedding nails and the person who did them was rude, condescending, cut me multiple times, and refused to fix my nails after telling her multiple times that they were too long. When I told her that I wanted them shortened, she stated that she would have to start over. She told me to "keep them for the wedding and come back later". I emphasized that the nails were FOR MY WEDDING, and she argued with me instead of offering further service. I had to go to a different salon right after to have them fixed. The other salon literally cut them and reshaped them. No starting over required. I paid $150 for nails I was unhappy with. I'm very sad to lose my favorite nail place, but this experience was unacceptable. ​ read more
