I really like this nail salon- so why did I give it a 3 star rating? I'll tell you. I've been coming here for almost two years now and the service is just really subpar. As a "regular" you'd think that I would get better service. I've had to wait after making appointments, the manager has been snarky with me on more than one occasion and if I'm honest they are a bit pricey for their services. The last couple of times my eye brows were done poorly they were waxed so thin by the manager after I specified TWICE that I only wanted them "cleaned up", I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment and the manicurist cut my nail cuticle. Did I mention they ask top dollar for their services? Yup, it's true. I'd definitely consider going somewhere else if you want stellar service. This is just not the place for that. read more

Tracy took over this place and it is even better than before. Not only does she do a great job, her work is clean and you can tell she's passionate about what she does. I struggle with picking out colors and always want something fun and edgy and she's so creative and a natural for picking out colors and which glitter or different color goes on each different nail. Decided to give this place a try however it didn't work out as I expected. I came out looking like my hands were toe nails! I paid $45 for my nails to look like toe nails should've left when the others did as well. Never again am I coming here too pricey and not worth it! I stumbled upon Tracy on IG and was able to make a same day appointment. I am very picky about the way I get my nails done since I am a professional hand model and Tracy lives up to my standards! I just moved out here and it took me months to trust somebody enough to do my nails. Tracy uses real products from not polish so I know what's going on my nails. I get my nails XL and usually let her do whatever she wants with my set after I choose my colors. I got a pedicure here with gel polish from just polish, the sister line to her acrylic system, so I was able to color match everything. Retention with her sets are 3-4 weeks. I recently moved bellflower so I was in search for a new nail place, after trying this place out a few times I must say that I won't be back. Of the four or five times that I have gone, I've always had a mediocre job done on my nails. I usually go in for a gel manicure and they always seem to use way too much product and they leave my nails bubbly, ew. Not only that but the product never last a full two weeks, by the end of the first week it starts lifting and chipping away, even when I use the OPI brand, which is not at all the case when I've gone to other salons in different areas. I really tried to like this place, but it just isn't for me. read more

I told the girl at the front that I was going and coming right back. When I got back she let someone take my place. Ok. I waited again and was surprised at how nice my nails turned out (although the woman doing my nails never said a word to me). I just went today and was told it would be a 20 min wait. The place in a small town center / plaza. Inside it was nice and clean. It's good average size. There is coffee, tea and water next to the waiting area. There are magazines there too while you wait. What I really liked about the place is they carry Essie, OPI, and ORLY nail polish. However, not a huge selection but enough. The ladies there are nice.... However, it's only three of them. I went on a Thursday and it wasn't packed but I waited 30 mins for a pedicure. People kept coming in and each time they would tell them they would have to wait 30 - 40 mins. I had Carol. She was great. I had an ingrown (sorry TMI) but she knew exactly how to take care of it and took her time. My friend had Linda, (we believe that's her name). Anywho my friend was very satisfied with her acrylics. My only complaint is... They are understaffed. I think if they had more people on board this place would be a bit busier. Overall, I had a great experience. This has been the first nail spa that I was satisfied. read more

If I could give no stars I would've. First I made a review when the situation occurred last year and I've noticed that it is gone. Anywho they had a raffle box for a free pamper day and I won. I received a text saying o could come anytime and get whatever I want. Before I even went to the nail shop I called them and asked if I could redeem my free service and also what will I be able to get. I also wanted to confirm that the service would be free and I was told it was. I was also told I could come in right now and get whatever I want. So before I even sat in the chair I showed them the text message and asked IS IT FREE the lady said yes. I then asked WHAT CAN I GET the lady said whatever you want. Something was telling me don't do too much so I just got a gel mani pedi. So fast forward to time for me to leave. I say thank you and head out. I am immediately stopped and asked to pay. The door was locked and the police was called. So I notice the box where you enter to win a free service was still there! I grabbed the box and asked them what is this then and they immediately acted like they didn't know what they had siting at their front desk. So I calmly waited for the police to come with the raffle box in hand while they continued to talk sh!t in their language and English. The police office arrived I showed him my call log, the text message, the raffle box, and told him to check the cameras to look at me showing them the text before I even sat down. So he lets me go and tells them I do not have to pay them. He showed them the raffle box and asked them what is this. They told the police they don't know lmfao. The police officer then said "so you guys do business with people you don't know?" Then all of a sudden the lady says well let me call the number on the box to see. Lmfao please don't go here they run a full sh!t show and scam people for their money. When I was there there was a young girl there and she was asking them how much this would cost she was told one price by one lady and then minutes later she was told a higher price by another lady...cute nails but sh!t service! read more

This review is solely for Peter! I love this guy! My manicures and pedicures are ALWAYS on point. I went through 3 ladies here and not they aren't polite because they are but they rush through and make a lot of mistakes or do crappy work. I travel A LOT for work and his gel manicures last a solid 3 weeks, no chipping, no peeling. I also take good care of my hands which adds to their longevity. He takes his time and never rushes me. I usually go on a Tuesday because the shop is empty and its nice and quiet. If he ever left so would my business. I always book my appointment in advanced and never have a problem with waiting. read more

I write this as I continue to wait for the nail tech to finish doing a girl's nails who came in AFTER me and the nail tech who did my pedicure moved on to another person. I came in for a pedicure and a polish change on my nails. My pedicure was not the best. The cuticle removal was barely there and my tech was running around setting other people up instead of working on me. The massage was quite pitiful. This is the last time I come here. I have an appointment in an hour and would leave if it wasn't too late to go somewhere else to get my nails done.
