This is one of the better nail salons in the area hands down. The customer service is outstanding. You're greeted right away and all the employees do their best at making sure you're comfortable and satisfied with your stay. The prices are affordable and they do an exceptional job. I love gettin my pedicures here and having Tracy hook up my nails. Tracy does such a beautiful job on my nails. She's very attentive and takes her time which I'm grateful for. I discovered her specifically on yelp and thought to give her a try. I'm so glad I did because she listens to what I want, makes sure I'm satisfied every step of the way, and is extremely friendly. 0 stars if I could. THEY MADE ME CRY AND TOLD ME TO WIPE MY TEARS BEFORE THEIR NEXT APPOINTMENT CAME! Tracy was absolutely horrible. I knew exactly what I wanted which was a marble full set and showed it to her and we agreed on the price of $130. As soon as I sit in the chair, she attempts to upsell me. I wasn't convinced by her sales pitch, but she insisted that I try this "new technique" on only one of my nails just as a test to see if I liked it. She begins to start this "new technique" on almost ALL of my nails. After seeing what she was doing, I told her that I didn't like this "new technique." She started to become so irate that she began yelling at me and blaming me for making her do more work when she originally told me that she would just try it on one nail to see if I liked it. I was extremely uncomfortable and worried that I upset her. I apologized to her for making her job harder (when in reality, she made her own job harder by not keeping her word and test trying only one nail to see if I liked it.) After apologizing she gave me a stank look, was visibly upset and began to do a marble design on my nails, only this time she mixed the colors so much to where it turned brown. She asked, "How about this? Do you like it now?" I looked at her in silence and in shock. She then stated, "Never mind, I'm not doing your nails anymore." and began ripping off all my nails painfully. I asked her to stop because it hurt and she told me she wouldn't because she wasn't charging me. I then started to cry. She told me, "Wipe your eyes, because I have a customer coming soon for their appointment." I left her nail salon as soon as she let go of my hand. This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever encountered in a nail salon. I am absolutely disgusted and embarrassed at the same time. I wish I left sooner, but the "people pleaser" in me stayed to make sure she wasn't upset. Never coming back here again that's for sure, so I'm leaving a review so others are warned. read more

My first time at this nail shop. I called and asked if they accepted walkins. I arrived 20 minutes later and was greeted immediately after entering the salon. Everyone was polite. The nail shop is very clean. There is a large selection of colors. I needed a fill and a pedicure. The woman who did my nails was very attentive to detail and did everything that I asked for. My nails came out great! I truly love them. My reasoning for the 2 stars is the woman who did my pedicure cut two of my toes. My toes are so sore right now I can't wear closed in shoes comfortably. I'm just really uncomfortable and hope my toes full heal with any complications. I would consider this nail shop again. I would not allow the same woman to do my pedicure though. read more

I went in for a gel fill and gel pedicure,nothing special just a basic color and coffin shape. Also got my cuticles cleaned up. The total was $70. I usually pay around $55-60. I didn't mind paying the price,but it's been a week now and my toe nail polish is chipping and my acrylic nails are chipping as well. I'll honestly never go back. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I've came at least 3 times. Idk why I went the 2nd and 3rd time and giving them those chances. Theyre the rudest people I've ever met at a nail salon. ESPECIALLY TRACY! I came here because of her work I seen on Instagram and let me tell you... her work is great but she has an attitude, does not know how to speak to her clients and lastly all I came in for the last time was to get my broken nail fixed that SHE did! Her husband sent me to her I sat down and before Looking at my nails yells "show me picture of design" assuming I'm getting a full set then I tell her I have a broken nail and she gets upset and starts yelling at her husband across the room about why he sent me to her for a broken nail. So i had been going to them for years pre covid. No problems loved it. I decided I wanted to start going again. So I was a walk in and waited which was fine. I told 2 people what I wanted. No problem. I get my color of glitter powder. I am in the middle of my feet when I am told they don't do the powder on short nails. Hmmmm. What??? I can't do super long nails due to my work. That wanted to charge me 80 to do what I was asking. Then I start to get yelled at when I question why. Oh we never have done that. Yes you did. I have pictures as proof. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and never had been treated like that. And as for the covid precautions they were using windex and leather cleaner to wipe down all the chairs and work stations. I didn't see any actual disinfectant besides for the nail equipment. This nail shop uses MMA acrylic which was made illegal to use back in the 90s. Their products are cheap and very damaging to the nails and skin. anyone besides Tracy really dosent know what they are doing. The acrylic literally was embedded to my real nail. The service 5/5 Cleanliness 5/5 Came because I happened to be in the area and needed a pedicure. They have many loyal customers which says a lot about a place. They didn't offer me water but offered others a drink. Spa pedi starts at 17. I was under the impression it would be five dollars extra for a callus removal the woman told me seven when it was time to pay she definitely told me $5 when we were sitting. Regardless it was one of the best pedicures I've had all year long. The quality of work is reflected! Great place for the value they do. I left a happy customer and want to come try acrylics here. I was referred here, TRACY did my nails and I loved it! I told her I wanted to stick with yellow because it's my favorite color. She then did the whole set mixing yellow and designs. When I finally decided to look at them, the acrylic was messy and uneven, my real nails from the side was showing the ombré was terrible. This salon opened down the street from my house and decided to give it a try. I came in for a regular manicure and pedicure. Kobe did my manicure and she was great. I didn't catch the name of the girl who did my pedicure but if was good too. The salon is clean and all staff are friendly. I came in a second time for a gel manicure. Again I didn't catch the artist's name. I was seated right away when I came in. Soon after I sat down, a few more customers came in and I could tell the staff (which were only 4 women) were feeling a little overwhelmed. My artist started to hurry, but in the end the gel looked really good and liked it very much. My only complaint is the massage.... or practically lack thereof. She squirted some lotion and rubbed my arm/hand for about 45 seconds then moved on. I know she was rushing to get to the other customers but I would have appreciated a little nite attention here. The bottom line: prices are reasonable, services are good, but if you come during peak hours, you might have a fair wait. read more

I had the worst experience here. Honestly this place is very unorganized, and the only thing they have going for them is Tracy. She is the only one that can do the nails the best but it is still so expensive!! Why was my ombré $70 and when I go somewhere around my city it's only $25?!! Also my nails are in so much pain. The man who did my nails was super aggressive and caused my fingers to bleed. When he saw me wince he didn't even say sorry and blamed it on me by saying "YOU MOVE TOO MUCH!" I literally was not moving and he continued to file my nails while they were bleeding and didn't want to clean them or ask if I was okay. I went two weeks ago on a Saturday at 1pm and they told me they were closing early due to the heat I was okay came back on Monday and asked for just many so put my number and this was 2:45 I don't get a call till 4:50 I ignore the call I go back on Tuesday at 2:15 put my number down. At 4:15 I asked how many people ahead of me I see the list and notice people that were ahead of me had been crossed out so manager says you are next. I see the client is done with the lady I get my nails done and wait to be called and no someone else goes ahead of me. Keep in mind I been there since 2:15 and it's now 4:45. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is only one person in the shop that you can schedule an appointment with (Tracy) to see anyone else you have to walk in at any time. This is not good for COVID-19 restrictions. My appt was canceled the day of (which was my birthday) because I missed the phone call 4 hours prior to the appt time. I work nights so I sleep during the day. Knowing I had an appointment during the afternoon, I made sure to get rest right away that morning. Customer service goes a long way, and appt cancellations are very inconvenient. Wish I had a better experience. read more

The nail artist Kobie did an awesome job with my nails!!! She was friendly and knew what she was doing!!! I will definitely be coming back to this place to get my nails done. To be honest, my style of nail design was her first attempt and I think she did a great job. At first I was hesitant because there was no matte black nail polish at the nail spa and that was the style I was looking for. But Kobie did her thing and my nails turned out great I was definitely satisfied with my customer service and end result of my nails The nail spa accepts cash and credit/debit card but fair warning, there is a $1 charge for using a card which was perfectly fine with me. Oh and in terms of the credit/debit cards, they only accept Visa and MasterCard at this location, no Discover or American Express!!! Found my new nail spot !! Bellflower was in need of a good updated nail salon. I guess it's fairly new being open only 6 wks.id never found any good ones around Bellflower I've always gotten my nails done in cerritos nail spa which I can't complain because it's nice but it gets pricey. So this was my first time coming here and upon entering the salon I was immediately greeted by the owner, who at first I thought was the owners son because he looked so young. Hiy is his name and he was very attentive and inviting. He wasn't too pushy or rushing me to pick a color, like most places do. I got full set acrylic and pedi. My manicurist name is Kobe. Omg she's awesome. Easy , fun to talk to. Plus she's young and had cute nails herself. After having such a hard choice of design, I finally showed her a pic of what I wanted and she did it . It came out better than I expected. I never really go crazy with designs but after seeing her nails it made me want to go wild especially for my bday this coming weekend. Went here based on yelp reviews. This place does not open on time and is overrated. They also don't know how to do designs or say they can't unless it's gel. The pedicure was fast but on point as to the massage and cleaning. The nails were not covering all my real Nails from the sides and the acrylic was left chunky under some nails. Gel color was not even and I didn't like that they don't clean the nails before applying acrylic even though I said I would pay extra to have them clean my nails and do a trim. read more

Came to this place because..my usual spot that was Lotus Nail in Huntington Park. Their shopping center burned down. Their prices and work was a 5 *. I got a gel mani and a pedicure and paid $26!!( not including tip). So the prices are great! The service was wonderful!! The girls were very friendly and not at all pushy.
