I don't get my nails done often, so I don't have a regular place that I can depend on. My friend has taken me here a few times in the past, so I decided to go on my own. It was 6:30pm and they closed at 7pm. I thought they would tell me they weren't taking any more clients, but they to me in. I'm not sure if that's an industry norm, but I appreciated it. They actually keep taking ppl until 7:10pm Didn't catch the name of the girls who helped me, but one did my pedicure, and another one did the manicure. I think they did a good job and everyone was really friendly. We had lots of laughs. Didn't upload a picture of my toes because I'm contemplating if I want to start selling them so I can afford to get my nails done on the regular. Can't be out here giving up pictures for free. I'd probably return. I might check out a few other salons first, just to compare.

This nail salon is just ok . Came in for a pedicure . They did an ok just and they price was a bit expensive for a not very nice salon and just ok work . I asked how much nail gel polish change they said it would be $20!! Wow very expensive. Will be going somewhere else next time

I apologize since I did not get any of the ladies names, but I called early in the morning and made an appointment for 4:30 pm. I arrived and immediately was attended, I went in for a gel x FS and gel pedicure, face wax and eye brows And they did amazing, I was in and out pretty fast. It was clean and calm made me feel like I can dose since I was in such good care! Will be retuning !

The nail shop i normally go to is closed and I was glad to find this place on yelp..i started to ask for Tracy but she was booked and busy..she advised that all the nail techs were her fam and to just try them atleast once When i looked at the nails of the grls at the other stations they looked bomb so i went for it and wasnt disappointed I forgot to get the name of the grl that worked on me but honestly i think Tracy really did train her fam well From what u could tell all the grls getting full sets were bomb read more

this place is amazing. the new owner, candy, was very kind and gave me a good deal. she was very friendly and made sure to ask everyone if they wanted water and how their day was going. she was great. the whole salon was very chill and relaxing. kayla did my nails and she did so good. she was paid close attention to detail and did exactly what i wanted based off a photo i showed her. she was nice and quick, and they came out perfect. very happy with the service here. even if it is a little bit out of the way for me i'll definitely be back for a fill. read more

I honestly hate that you have to give one star. I read some of the other reviews and just because someone does good work doesn't give them the right to treat you like shit. I went to get a manicure and a pedicure and everything was fine. When I got home I noticed that the color that I chose had sort of turned purple in some areas (I got a bright pink). I called them to let them know and Tracy told me to come back at 6 PM. I got there at 10 to 6, and I let her know I was there, and she told me just to wait a little bit. At about 6:35 PM I walked up to Tracy and I asked her how much longer it would be. She told me not to worry it would just be a few more minutes so I went and sat back down. Then when two of the nail techs were finished with their clients they sat down two more people to get their pedicure. At that point I said I'm sorry but you told me to wait for them to be done how come I can't be next. Tracy then got very upset and started literally yelling at me across the room telling me that now I need to wait for everybody to be done because they had appointments and once they're all done then she will help me.At this point I was very irritated, I asked her why would you tell me to be here at 6 PM and you told me do not be late because you're going to close soon, if I need to literally sit here and wait for every single person to be done. She really kept yelling at me that I need to wait and they had an appointment. I honestly feel that she was just upset because they messed up on my nails and she had to fix it. I asked her is it fine if she just give me the money that it would cost to do a color change and I'll just go somewhere else because I honestly can't wait that much longer, it had been about an hour at this point. I swear to you, this unstable nail tech lost her marbles and started yelling and screaming at me that she will not be giving me a refund she will fix my nails. I told her well when will you fix my nails I do not have all day, I drove all the way back over here from Anaheim for you to fix my nails, it's not my fault that your color is terrible and separated once it got on my nails. She then started yelling and doing whatever she was saying to her coworkers in a language that I don't understand so I got up and I told her that she was a rude bitch and I just walked out and went somewhere else. Please don't waste your time on this place. There are so many nail techs that do good work AND treat you correctly. I cannot even understand how she has clientele. I will never go back! read more

This review is for Tracy... Although she does really nice designs and is good at shaping nails, she rushes through every appointment, is on the phone the entire time (literally will face time her boyfriend/husband for my entire appointment) and doesn't pay attention to little details. She never cleaned under my nails and never cut my cuticles. Every time I came in she insisted on removing my acrylics and putting on a new set, even though I get them done every 2-3 weeks. I knew I didn't need a new set every time, but she is very pushy and doesn't listen to her clients. The last time I came in was HORRIFIC and definitely the last time I will be coming here. She began by cutting my old acrylics down and then lifted them with another nail to pull them off - without soaking them or anything. When she did this, she did it very aggressively and it was incredibly painful. Three of my nails broke when she was removing them and they tore all the way down into my nail bed, so badly that they were bleeding. I sat there in shock while she proceeded to remove the rest of my nails and didn't even acknowledge that I was bleeding. SHE DIDN'T EVEN CLEAN THE BLOOD OFF BEFORE SHE PUT A NEW SET ON. And she literally glued the new nails onto my skin. I normally would have stopped her but being that I have to take graduation photos this week I couldn't leave the salon bloody stumps... Now I am concerned that I could get an infection being that she didn't clean the wounds. I didn't say anything at the time because she is very intimidating and not approachable at all. I called the salon the day after my appointment to complain and spoke to Tracy (she is the owner) and she told me that she wouldn't do anything for me if I didn't go into the salon so she could see them in person. I explained to her that there is nothing to see because she put nails on top of the wounds and she should know what happened because she is the one who did my nails just yesterday...??? She yelled over me the entire time so I could hardly get a word in and then ended up hanging up on me and nothing was resolved. I hate to write bad reviews so I gave them a chance to offer some sort of solution but that didn't happen so I want to warn other people so this doesn't happen to them. I do not suggest anyone comes here who wants to keep their nails in good condition in the long run. They might look nice the first few times but not after a few months of consistentaly removing acrylics in such an abrasive way. read more

Tracy is great! I was skeptical because she wanted to take off my nails and start over but IM GLAD SHE DID! I get so many compliments on my nails! They're so strong yet thin and gorgeous! So, my daughter did her researched and thought this was a great place to get her nails done. Boy, we were wrong! Not friendly at all! The gentleman that did her nails was so unfriendly and the lady that did my gel left lint all over my nails. Idk how she didn't see the lint but it was there. She was getting annoyed by me since I pointed it out a few times . Didn't matter to her because she dismissed it. 20 dollars down the drain. My nails look sloppy. Please don't come here to their outdoor opening. It's completely unsanitary. I don't want to be mean but I can't believe they're operating this way. Tools aren't sanitized I saw her just splash alcohol on them. $65 for a trash job Besides it being unsanitary the quality for a basic gel pedicure and gel manicure is so poor. I noticed they're specialty is long blinged out sets lol. If you're in to that this is what I'd come for. Don't bother with gel pedicures they did such a bad job it's embarrassing how you could mess something up that's so simple Won't be back ever read more

Really bad customer service. I asked for short and coffin didn't get one or the other. The gel and powder are not the same price and they charge if you want your nails shaped. I've never heard of nails shops charging you to shape your nails. They guy that did mine hurt me and didn't even acknowledge it. He left my nails in weird shape. I will take my business else where because for $55 I got crappy nails. What I got was not worth it read more

If I could give this place a 0 I would. They posted on Instagram they were opening 07/24/20 at 9:30 I showed up at 9:15AM and was the 5th person to write my name down, they said to wait in our car and they would give us a call. It's now 12:03pm and I went to ask how long it was for my turn. The lady told me she scheduled me for tomorrow which MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL. What was the point of posting that on social media first come first serve if they started doing other people who didn't write their name on the list. On top of that they post they will be open at 9:30AM and decided to start setting up outside at 9:40. The most unorganized and unprofessional nail salon I've ever been to!!!!!! read more

Love this salon. I live in bellflower and I'm so happy I switched to this nail shop. Their prices are great and Julie always does an awesome job on my gel mani. I always bring my 2 year old daughter with me and they are so welcoming and friendly. My daughter loves Tina, Julie's daughter. If you are looking for a nail shop in the area, give them a try. I'm extremely disappointed with overall the customer experience both Tracy and the people that work here have provided us. I have been coming to This location for years and that's even before Tracy became the new owner of this particular place. During my last couple of visits I had the worst service ever not to mention the way that she is prejudice towards my mother. I'm very loyal to every location I visit but going forward this location is dead to me and my family. Tracy has the worst customer service ever. No acknowledgement towards her old clients and her overall lack of customer service deserves not even one star. read more

I'm extremely upset and dissatisfied with TRACY's customer service and attitude towards admitting that someone mistakenly gave me an appointment with her at 10 am today. I called yesterday to make the appointment and again this morning around 9:30 am to confirm my appointment and make sure that she was there. Whoever answered the phone said "yes come in" basically lying that she was there. I show up,she's not there and after I had waited for Tracy 30 MINUTES she tells me that I don't have an appointment AND TO COME BACK LATER! Who says that? I'm busy and can't come back later that's why I made an appointment at 10!!!! After going though all the trouble: wasting my time, and gas driving 10 miles. I believe the least the manager/owner can do is give me a discount. I said that to her and she laughed and said "we don't do discounts." I understand mistakes happen and that there was a clear miscommunication between THEM so offering an apology and some type of discount is the least they could offer me, however, they did quite the opposite!! Their scheduling and customer service are extremely disorganized, and they seem to have little regard for the customer experience. The salon routinely overbooks technicians and assigns walk-in clients to technicians who already have upcoming appointments. Despite making appointments every time I've visited, I've regularly been forced to wait 15-30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, even though I make a point of arriving early as a courtesy. My most recent experience was the final straw. I scheduled both a lash lift and an acrylic fill. When I called, the receptionist told me my lash appointment would be at 5:00 PM and my nail appointment at 6:00 PM. However, the text confirmation I received only listed a 6:00 PM appointment. On previous visits, I had been told by the front desk that appointments are not considered booked without a text confirmation, so I reasonably assumed the salon had adjusted my schedule and moved the lash appointment. When I arrived at 6:00 PM, the receptionist informed me that the text confirmation was incorrect, my lash appointment had actually been at 5:00 PM, and I had missed it. No apology was offered, nor did anyone attempt to rebook the service. I then asked if I could still proceed with my 6:00 PM nail appointment, only to be told that my nail technician would not be available for another hour. The receptionist blamed the delay on my technician's timing, which was both inappropriate and inaccurate. I've worked with the same technician for two years, and she has always been professional, efficient, and respectful of her appointment schedule. It was clear that the salon had double-booked over my appointment. Their only solution was for me to return at 7:00 PM, which was not possible given my schedule. This experience was incredibly frustrating because I genuinely love the work of the nail technicians. However, I can no longer tolerate the level of disorganization, poor communication, and lack of accountability from management. As a result, I will not be returning, and I can no longer recommend this salon to others. The business needs to get control of its scheduling and customer volume before more loyal customers have similar experiences.

The nail shop is very clean. There is a large selection of colors. I needed a fill and a pedicure. The woman who did my nails was very attentive to detail and did everything that I asked for. My nails came out great! I truly love them. My reasoning for the 2 stars is the woman who did my pedicure cut two of my toes. My toes are so sore right now I can't wear closed in shoes comfortably. I'm just really uncomfortable and hope my toes full heal with any complications. I would consider this nail shop again. I would not allow the same woman to do my pedicure though. read more

My daughter brought me here just recently to get a pedicure for my birthday. We had been driving around looking for places that weren't crowded and we stumbled upon this place. From the outside it doesn't look like much but inside they had good music playing and nice aromas wafting through. It took about 10 minutes to get set up. The ladies were very nice. They chatted with us a little bit and were very gentle. I have had back surgeries and my nerves are delicate so my pedicurist was extra gentle. We had a great time and they didn't make us feel rushed at all. I really liked it here and will definitely be going back. The added bonus is they are just 2 blocks away from my house. read more

This was my first time at Nail Spa Palace, but I have been following Tracy for 5 years. That is why I drove 1 hour to see her today. She is a wonderful person and the only one that truly knows how to give me a proper pedicure. I have a problem where I get ingrown toe nails and she knows how to remove them. I haven't had to go to the Doctors office to remove ingrowns in the 5 years I have known her. She also stays very current in what is trending in nail art. She is meticulous when she does your nails and she makes sure you love it or she will redo it for you until you think it's perfect. read more

I have been going there for a while and it has always been ok but this last time was really disappointing. The nail teck that i helped me did probably the worst job ever. Hurt every finger and did my nails really huge in width. All the nails looked uneven and different shapes when i asked for a natural coffin shape. The lady even left ridges and bubbles on my gel. It was a horrible experience the owner saw it the kind of work and she had the audacity to ask for tip for the nail tech. That last visit was horrible. Never coming here again. read more
