I paid $48 for this manicure. I asked for square shape and she filed the corners. Also she left them lumpy. Wouldn't recommend.

Bebe + Dustin did my mani-pedi. Didn't do anything special this time, just regular polish and manicure. Costs $70 not including tip. It is super cute inside and they made me feel comfortable to speak up with any requests I had. ps make sure to ask for prices anytime they upsell

I had an appointment at 9:30am when they opened and they didn't start on my feet until over 1-hour later (10:40am to be exact). Then when they finally started my pedicure they rushed through it and I didn't get the service I waited for. I kept asking these ladies when I would be serviced given I had an opening appointment and they kept pushing me off. Poor customer service.

This was my first time here. I got a full set and a VIP pedicure .Although the customer service was great, and the aesthetic is pretty I did not enjoy my pedicure. I paid almost $100 for a VIP pedicure and I'm not sure if the lady was new but she seemed to not know what to do at all. They kept having to instruct her. As well as myself. She cut my big toe nail and I was bleeding. With the VIP pedicure you receive a the 15 minutes massage she really didn't do it, she spent the whole time rubbing my legs and never once touched my actual foot. I was really hoping I would love this place. They did take off 10% however I feel like with my pedicure. I did not get my moneys worth . The total service plus tips I spent $200. But I mostly definitely will not be back .

I've been here several times. They do decent gel manicures which is why I've been back. I decided I wanted to try Gelx to see if that would last longer. They scheduled me with Leo. I wanted Trish but I was told she didn't do gelX. My appointment for my hands was 11:15 and my pedicure was scheduled with Trish at 12pm. They asked me if I was ok with waiting. I was totally fine with it. I get there and they seat me in the chair for pedicures. (The place isn't well lit and they don't use additional lighting when doing pedicures and manicures at the same time. So, I opted to be seated at the table where they do hands only. While I'm in the middle of getting my nails done, the receptionist comes over and tells me that Trish is ready now. It's 11:30 and I'm informing her that my appointment with Trish is at 12pm. I'm going to chalk the back and forth to lack of communication and language barrier. I advised her that I was ok with waiting. needless to say that I lost my appointment with Trish but agreed to come back at 3pm. While getting my nails done I'm advising her that they were too long. I wanted an active length. While filing, I asked her to stop filing down my nail bed as there was no reason for her to do so. It would've caused them to be raw and painful. I'm advising her the length of each hand is off. She checked and agreed. She seemed to be unhappy with my pointing things out and would then tell me to pick color. I also pointed out that the nails were lifted at the tip. This happens when the nail isn't all the attached at the tip. She told me that my nail will grow down which makes absolutely no sense. I asked her to clean up the excessive glue under my nail and she told me it was just powder. I've washed my hands over a couple dozen times since getting my nails done yesterday and it's still really bad. To add insult to injury, I received a call from who I presume is the manager (She refused to give me her name). She essentially told me not to come back as it appears that I'm unhappy with the services that were provided. WOW! She didn't ask me about my experience. Mind you I didn't make a complaint to the manager or owner as I usually don't. I tend to just make a mental note as to who is good at what and schedule accordingly. Don't come here if you want your nails done properly. They seem to have an issue with customers telling them how they want their nails shaped, the length and details like getting the hairs out the polish before it drys and filing the nail AFTER the gel drys. It breaks the seal and causes water and moisture to get through. Which causes the gel to lift a lot sooner than it should. FYI... I used to do nails in college. The lack of attention to detail and unhealthy practices like filing someone's nail bed down to its raw causes pain and a health risk when those chemicals are placed on top of a raw nail. I want my money back so that I can go somewhere and get my nails done properly. I paid $75 for this and to be told not to comeback is rude and unprofessional.

Tim did an incredibly impeccable gel mani for me, quite possibly in my top 3 ever in life! He was kind, patient and very professional! I'm picky with my nails and always nervous to try places when I'm traveling but he was top notch! Might have to fly into LAX just to see him!

I found this nail salon online. The service was quick, efficient, friendly, and good quality. I liked the decor of the interior salon, the comfy chairs, and background music. Beverages were offered. Payment was accepted via Apple Pay, cash or card and tipping via cash or Venmo. Parking lot is free. Good polish brand selection. Experience would be even better if online booking were available.

My gel nails looked fantastic and lasted through 10 days in Tokyo. However, I originally also wanted some cherry blossom designs . They told me I just need to show the nail tech what design I like. The nail tech does not speak English. I showed her the flower examples on my phone. She came back with a book of flower sticker designs. If I wanted stickers, I would buy that myself and stick it on. Minus a star for that.

I accidentally came to this location instead of their Torrance location that I made an appointment for and they were kind enough to still squeeze us in. Which I greatly appreciated! Everybody was very nice and they offered a free 5 minute shoulder massage with their services. We got there early and I didn't get enough time from when she put the colors down for me to look at to her getting started and asking what I wanted. The lady who did my nails did do a good job with getting all my dead skin off but did end cutting me and it burned pretty bad while she did my nails. Overall, Im still happy with the way they turned out. The store was clean and they offered refreshments which was nice. Everybody was positive and happy so it was still a good experience overall. I'll be sure to visit the Torrance location soon!

First, everyone was very friendly, not one rude or curt person. The esthetics were underwhelming. The service was good. Refreshments are available to customers. I decided to try The Pina Colada Special. A mani-pedi that includes treatment for reducing inflammation,swelling and softens skin. This is a great special! My hands and and feet were treated, to an exfoliating synergetic scrub, cleansing soothing masks, hot relaxing oil, and hot towel wraps. Extremely relaxing! It's may be little expensive. Yet I must admit, my hands & feet are all polished and beautiful.

I've been this salon many times and I always leave content never happy. If you have nail inspo and show the techs they can never replicate it. My biggest turn off about this place is the prices. I paid around $90 for a new set of gel x manicure and came back 2 weeks later for a fill and they charged me $90. Found this gem while searching for nail salons in El Segundo. Got a gel pedi with Tim, who was courteous, conscientious and took his time with me. He did a phenomenal job. I got the deluxe upgrade (the most expensive one) because I hadn't had my toes done in months. My feet felt great but not sure I would splurge next time. The salon is beautiful inside and wasn't very crowded. I was thankful for that in light of covid. Also, the receptionist asked if I wanted a drink and he sprayed my seat area with Lysol before I sat down. I felt very safe and relaxed. I was really hoping to love this salon due to other reviews and photos. Maybe it was just bad luck but my nails came out crooked, a few of my cuticles cut, and just simply not what I wanted. The technician that did my nails was not very approachable which made it hard to redirect where she was going with my nails. For the price and the aesthetic of the salon I was hoping for a high quality job. Super bummed to leave this review but hopefully this help the next person coming here. read more

My experience wasn't great & was actually painful. The people are very nice and clean, but I did not like the way my nails turned out. The nails were bumpy, broke/cracked so easily, a sticker fell off not even a day later, and the polish on the edge of each of the nails ended up peeling off too. They also filed my skin so hard I was bleeding on three fingers. One finger was even infected for several days. They let me come back and offered to remove the stickers or the nails completely, but would not give me a refund. I chose to take the sticker off and keep the nails since I wasn't getting my money back, but no refund was given for the price difference without the sticker either. read more

The owner has replied to my review. Started with an apology for my experience but if you read his response (see below) it does not sound sorry it sound like he wants to make his point. There is no way for him to know the scope of what happened because he did not accept to speak with me he has the employees version. And no, I was told of this fee once my previous dip had been removed and left bare. Before would have been when I walked in asked for the service and how much my total would be. I can now see why the receptionist was not very helpful or accommodating. It always starts from the top. Customer service is not a priority! I've come since summer, referred my sister and friends due to their great technicians. However i cannot support a business who sneaks extra fees as they please. I've kept my length of nails for months,and they've done my nails, no problem or extra fee, today I'm told by the receptionist Kay, I'll have to pay an extra $5 Bc of my "extra length". It's not about the money, it's about the inconsistency. Why today and not others? The price sheet does not have varying pricing by inches or centimeters. She points me to enhancements, I did not add a nail tip, the enhancement is the dip powder I'm paying $50 for. She says she's doing what the owner wants , i say call the owner, she's goes on her cell phone, stands away in the corner so I cannot hear what she's saying and I ask to speak to the owner whom she named as Ray, she says he told me to tell you the same thing. I said let me speak to him she says he says he's too busy and can't. Really an owner of a business is too busy for a client? I find that hard to believe. Súper disappointed and cannot comfortably promote shady small business who does not seek to make customers happy. I cannot stand for secret hidden fees. I got my nails done for my birthday last week. The aesthetics in there are beautiful and the girls were nice but the work was shotty. I got the Nexgen dip powder and had them reshaped to oval. My real nails are all different lengths and I didn't even realize until I got home. Now a few days later two nails are chipped. Never going back. read more

I was pleased here, but then they made a scheduling error. I work seven days a week and don't have much time! Even though I made an appointment with a specific tech, you gave my spot and accommodated someone else with acrylics. Because only certain techs do acrylics, and I'm only a natural nail mani, you think you can move me, and I would be okay with it. I will not tolerate spending more money here. read more

I am not from here but I come to LA often and I needed to get a pedi short notice. I searched yelp and saw that this salon had 5 stars. I called before hand and was told they were closing in 30 minutes but had availability so we rushed over. This place is cute, clean, and up to Covid standards. My nail tech was Kaylee and she did an amazing job on my gel pedi. I always feel bad when I have to make people stay past their closing time but they were very accommodating and made us feel extremely welcome. Both my friend and I loved our pedicures and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

Hallelujah - back in business! This place is CLEAN and employs top notch safety standards. They also have the pedicure bowls that are stand alone where the water supply is separate from the bowl so you don't risk any bacteria back flow. This is a MUST for me. Another "must" for my pedicures is that the technician never cuts or files into my skin and tonight my feet left happy & fully intact so I'll certainly be back. They also take Venmo in case you forget cash for tip. Couldn't ask for a more convenient, clean, friendly, comfortable, lovely nail salon. Chairs are uncomfortable and prices are high for service given. Massage was short and they rush you out of the salon. With the manicure and pedicure at the same time, you feel rushed. Extra to remove gel and callus removal was inadequate. They want you to venmo or cash tip the workers. I usually tip more but the manicurist left mail smudges and pedicurist smudged polish by moving me too soon. Polish on bottom of toes which was not thoroughly cleaned off even though I pointed it out. Hard to get into and out of upolested chairs instead of massage chairs read more

I walked in for the first time ever and I specifically asked for my toe nails to be cut and filed and also let them know I had two ingrown toe nails. She said fine she sat me down and the assistance was rt next to her the whole time. After the mail teck cut my nails I mentioned that she doesn't do ingrown nails. I was upset and said that's the first thing I told the receptionist and assistant when I walked in! The lady came and told me that she did hear me and would tell her. She was adamant that I never said that. She basically called me a liar several times! Then the assistant the young man went and told her that I had said it and she REFUSED to apologize!! Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I trusted the front desk staff to guide me, and was quoted $80 for Gel-X, builder gel removal, and French tip. At my appointment on Friday 7/18, I was unexpectedly charged $110! I was told the card on file couldn't be used for the service--only for late fees or no-shows--which made no sense. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

I originally booked for gelX and I was assured over the phone they are good. She stared removing my old set and without asking started cutting my nails down to the nub. I didn't notice since I was looking at my phone until she started to cut one so short the clippers were cutting into my skin. I have naturally long nails and like gelX because I can keep my natural nails without damage. Next she used the drill to take off my old set. This thins your nails and is supposed to be scraped off after an acetone soak. They didn't have all the nail shapes for gelX and wanted me to have her just shape it by hand which defeats the purpose of gelX which is a perfect shape not dependent on the nail tech to get it right. She couldn't understand me and at that point I decided to go somewhere else. I asked for a basic manicure instead. This took 2 hours. 2 hours for a removal and basic manicure and when I finally thought I got out of there the polish smudged after waiting 15 mins under a cold fan. Also the mani massage is a water like lotion with rubber gloves. I wouldn't have written the review but since they did not even enquire or apologize I figured I'd communicate through the review while waiting for my nails to dry a second time. It's empty in here yet they don't seem to care about having customers. Also lots of debris left under my nails. Basic mani 2 hours An hour later and my nail smudged again. Old nail polish. I went it to get gel builder for the first time and a pedicure They were very confusing from the start saying that it lasts 4wks but then later that I would need to come back in 2 weeks to get a fill. The nail tech kept filing my nails narrower and narrower until the nails looked crazy and unnatural despite me telling her I wanted the shape to be almond but more on the round toward the tip. She argued with me about it being too narrow before finally haphazardly adding some builder gel on the sides to most of my nails and then refiling them to more of the shape i wanted I could tell then that the nails were structurally right and as expected it has been less than 5 days since I got them done and the gel she added is breaking off My cuticles also look a wreck and the underside of the nails are a mess and digging into my finger because she didn't drill the extra gel out even though I asked her to several times. I was paying so much attention to what was going on with my nails that I didn't pay attention to my pedicure much but now that I'm home it's also so messy and there is polish all over my toe and up on the sides of my nails There is also no apex to my finger nails and the gel is just flat on top Really ridiculous considering they charged $95 for the nails and $30 for the pedicure Definitely will never go back again read more

I visited this salon on 1/16/25 to have my builder gel removed, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The nail technician who assisted me either lacked proper training in using the electric file or didn't take enough care, as he applied excessive pressure that caused discomfort throughout the process. In addition to the electric file, he used a regular file, which ended up damaging my natural nails--leaving them thin, brittle, and prone to bending. To make matters worse, my nails were not shaped or filed evenly. Despite the poor service, I still paid and tipped, as I understand this is their livelihood. I also recognize that this experience reflects the work of one technician and not the entire salon. However, if you decide to visit, please be cautious and ensure you're in good hands. I started coming to this nail salon because it's a 2 minute drive from my office. The first thing I noticed it that all of their tools are sanitized using an autoclave (I'm a nurse and this is what we use to sanitize our tools) - that's itself is 5 stars. Best service ever. after being dissatisfied/ disappointmentEd with prior nail shops who rush to finish my nails just to get the next customer. Today I choose well. NaiLax is it for me I loved the deco, the unique spa foot bowls, gold faucets and the comfy chairs. That's not all, the service I received was far more than expected. I just got off the phone with the receptionist to book an appt and he had the audacity to tell me that I couldn't bring my 3 month old baby to my appt because they got "quite a few noise complaints" my last visit! What the hell! I'm shook! I asked if they had a no baby policy, he said no, but due to the complaints I couldn't bring her! These people can go to hell and kiss my ASSS on their way there! I had such a relaxing time! The atmosphere was serene, with no loud chatter disrupting the peace. Everything was so well-organized, and the complimentary drinks were a lovely touch. This business is really up to date with Covid guidelines. They only services every other chair. They will ask u to take hand sanitizer before starting the service . I got an laxurious pedicure and it was amazing ! The staff gave a best massage on my feet ! I will be coming back when i am in south bay! read more
