I've been coming here for my pedicure for about 5 years now, and they never disappoint. This time I decided to get my nails done by Julie, and she was incredible! Took her time to make sure that's what I wanted. Defiantly will be going back to her!
Julie is the best, I've never left disappointed! She brings every inspo pic to life and somehow makes the design look even better than I imagined. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she always nails exactly what I ask for. If you want someone who truly cares about their work and delivers amazing results every time, she's the one! This salon is also spotless and peaceful, making every visit feel incredibly relaxing.
I've been getting my nails done here for about two years and have had some of the best manis. I had a brown set of gels done in December that lasted 4 weeks. I had one nail with that set that separated after a day and the salon re-did it for free. On Monday this week I had my first mani-pedi here. I had gels for both. One of my toe gels totally came off after a day, and my left thumb polish came off the same afternoon that I had the mani done. Since then, I had the gel on my left hand fixed (so I came back once on Wednesday, then Thursday (yesterday) two nails on the right hand both separated in the same corner. I just had those two nails re-done and asked for the right color, but it's a different color. It's just really strange and disappointing to have to get a mani fixed twice- seems like the prep wasn't great this time around and last time around. I'll be back one more time after this but it may be time for me to find a new salon.

I requested a fill and a pedi I came back to Julie who did my nails fast and exactly how I wanted them, I'm very picky with my nails dresser especially since I can do my own nails so it's not to find someone who does them just as good. Julie is also very kind as she took me in even though she had a long day and I came in 30 minutes before they closed. I appreciate her doing an amazing job despite how tired or long of a day she had. I'm always coming back to Julie. I got orange and black for my SF Giants! Ting was great at my pedicure too she was very thorough and I loved it. Thank you both, the place was calming and peaceful as well.
Tien did my acrylic overlay today and she did an amazing job!!!!! This will always be my go-to salon!
New review : Came here again and glad we did. Such a clean and neat establishment, especially in the week day mornings when it's not so busy. I love the soft music in the background and the kind people who work here.
Went for a fill, Julie did a phenomenal job! She gave me feedback between fill when to do a new set and took her time on my nails. Everyone here works so hard and they care about your service. Throughout service you are always asked if shape or color is ok or any adjustments needed. I have been going here for years and I don't mind driving 2 hours from my home to attend to my appointment when I am in town! Salon is clean and such a cozy vibe! Thank you Julie!
UPD: In less than 2 weeks, their gel came off and one of the nails broke. They ruined my nails. I am updating the photos. I would give --1 stars if I could. Just got back from this salon. Someone has to post this because it looks like there are a lot of friends & family reviews that people actually believe. Check out the photos. These are real, unfiltered shots of a walk-in service at Nails Heaven as of 02/04/25. I asked for a simple gel removal and reapplication. Easy, right? Well, for the tech, maybe. For me, not so much. First, she drilled off my old gel, along with the surface of my actual nails, leaving them flat and thin. Then she used some aggressive solution that made the remaining gel shrink before scraping it off with a metal tool. Now look at how the new gel was applied. A full 1mm from the cuticle, which means I'll have to come back in two weeks. Look at the shape and the size overall application of the gel. If this is your idea of a good gel work, this place is for you. By the way, it cost me $35, and the tech still had the audacity to ask about tips... Last time I came here (six months ago, for a pedicure), I had to walk back in from my car and ask them to fix the gel -- it was all over my toes. Clearly, nothing has changed. I've seen my fair share of both horrible and great nail salons. This one? Definitely more on the horrible side. I'll probably have to fix their gel myself at home sometime soon.
My friend and I went on a mani pedi date to get my nails done for my bachelorette party and her belated birthday celebration. We felt super pampered because there were two ladies working on our manicure and pedicure at the same time! :O I'm used to getting my manicure first at one area and then pedicure the next, but it does speed up the process to get both done at the same time. The ladies that worked on our nails were super sweet and friendly! They got to know us and we got to share our commonalities too. :) Lien did an excellent job on my nails! She NAILED it, and it looks better than my inspiration photo. Tien did my pedicure and she was nice and gentle. Jules did my friend's pedicure and she was very gentle and was very friendly also. They used a tool to remove callouses that reminded me of a shaver but it's gentle and probably more effective than what other places use. Ambience: Spacious and clean place without the chemical smell of nail salons. The ladies were super nice and welcoming. We got a stamp card so we may come back in the near future. The price is decent and you get a 5% discount for using cash.

I got my toes done by JENNY !!! She did her best job ! I didn't expect to much until I saw my toes! I totally love that She's so friendly helpful! She helped me a lot during the process and definitely I will come back and recommend to all my friends also my family to come here! They also have a gold pedicure treatment (you will be treated as princess and king)!!! You also can choose your own moisturizer mask and scrub !!! Highly recommend read more

I made an appointment online and was seen right away. Tine did my nails and she was so sweet! Julie was very helpful too! I didn't realize I got gel and I normally get acrylic. Julie was more than accommodating to fix my nails. They are very clean and have so many colors to choose from! I will be heading back soon, as I'd like to get a pedicure! read more

This is a very high quality salon. Not only did my nail tech, Tien, do a fantastic job on my French tips, but she also gave me water and stayed 15 minutes after closing instead of rushing to finish at 6. They also have a 10% discount right now for their grand opening. If you're looking for a nail salon in this area, look no further. read more
Really awesome place! I did a full set with design for around 65$ and currently, because they're new, it's 10% off as a grand opening. The place is super peaceful. They have great pedicures and manicures, my partner's fingers and toes look super clean. Pro tip: I suggest you call for any appointments and what you want to do because their website isn't quite updated all the way. read more

While getting my pedicure and the nail lady was cutting my cuticles I kept flinching and saying ouch due to feeling pain when she would cut it and hoped she would take it easy. When she put alcohol it confirmed the cuts. Instant pain and burning sensation on multiple toes. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and was worried of infections and asked for Neosporin, they didn't have it and kept trying to give me other products I wasn't familiar with. I intended to get both manicure and pedicure but due to the fear of getting cut again I said "No thank you" read more

The only good thing about my nails was the color. This probably hands down the worst manicure i've ever gotten. The whole process was rushed and my dip manicure was $55 because cutting the cuticle was an additional $10???? My dip mwas poorly done, it was thick and clumpy and it wasn't even filed down! read more

I must say I finally found best salon in Bay Area!! Katie is awesome she take every detail carefully unlike other Vietnamese salon she take her time to paint my nails. I had bed experience with other salon which had 5stars in San Jose so I select that salon for my wedding nail and he was rude! He keep telling me to relax my finger which I thought what I been doing but keep saying "you making my job harder" which made me so uncomfortable and kinda scary too. After that I was skeptical of other salon after researching yelp I give myself to try this new place. And I'm glad I did cat eye with acrylic nails for bridesmaid look matching with blush color dress the way she did shape, design, and service is 5/5. Thank you Katie read more

My gf always come to get nails done by Julie. Now I'm glad she had her own shop. She is very details with her nails, she always value her customers and do to perfect standard to met the customers needs. She very kinds and sweet. If any one wondering where to get their nails done. New nail salon and it's top notch! Since Covid it's truly hard to find a great nail salon anymore that isn't extremely overpriced and for not that great services. Nails Haven is immaculate! The service is superior and the results are just as great! Julie did my full set of acrylics and as you can see in the photo they're perfection. I got the $45 (can't remember the name of the exact pedi) by Bella and it was so relaxing! Cleaned my cuticles, scrubbed my feet/legs, had an AMAZING massage and paraffin wax. I highly recommend making an appointment! They're amazing about honoring appointments over walk ins. Thanks Julie and Bella can't wait to be back! read more

I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try because of their 5 star reviews, and it definitely held up my expectations. The salon has a very calming aesthetic and Julie was very kind. First time here and I am really happy with my nails! I had taken a long break from acrylics so I went with a shorter set. My nail tech was Nina and she was really friendly and attentive. I couldn't decide which color and she helped me pick options based on the color I had in mind. She also made sure I was happy with the length and shape. Very nice clean relaxing ambiance. I was highly satisfied with my results! I am pretty picky when it comes to my nails and Nina did an amazing job in making me feel comfortable with letting her know how I felt through the process. I changed my mind on the color a couple times as I'm pretty indecisive and I'm not one moment did she make me feel bad for it. I was the last one in the salon after closing and they didn't make me feel rushed at all, instead they kept insuring that I was 100% satisfied before heading home. I would have never thought I would be doing a review on a nail salon, but in retrospect, I should have started to use these services years ago! NAILS HAVEN is fantastic! A female co-worker of mine I needed to speak with during the work day suggested that I could meet her after work at a new nail salon that she wanted to try out. So, being a good sport and needing to get updates before my status meeting, I met her at NAILS HAVEN. It is located almost right next to the Safeway in the shopping center at Stevens Creek Blvd and Lawrence Expressway. Easy to find and tons of parking. She went in and she marveled at how clean and new the store was and how well stocked it was with all the latest in nail polish and more. (I was clueless.) She spoke with her nail technician, Kim, who understood what she was looking for, a deep professional experience for manicure, a full set of nails, and a pedicure. To say it nicely, this co-worker is not easily pleased and I was stunned that she got along so well with her technician. Everyone was so friendly! I figured since I was there, I would get a manicure. I thought it would just be nail clipping and filing it smooth, but I was so wrong. It was an incredible experience that I recommend to anyone. The steps that they performed were amazing and I had to take pictures all the way through. My technician, Katie, showed her experience as she trimmed my nails and then let me soak my fingers in a warm solution to soften my cuticles and then trim the cuticles. I had no idea that they could be trimmed and after soaking and trimming, my fingernails looked great. Oh, but then there was more. Katie got a couple of hot black rocks with lotion on it and proceeded to smooth the warm lotion over my hands and forearm, then use the warm rocks to massage my hand and forearm. No, I'm serious, I'm not making this up! Then Katie got a plastic bag of warm paraffin and wrapped it around my hand. It felt great and I could feel my pores begin to open. After it cooled, she peeled away the wax and used a buffing pad to smooth the surface of my fingernails. I never knew they could be that smooth! My hand looked and felt great when she was done. Take a look at the pics that I posted! My friend was getting the same treatment on her hands as another technician worked on her feet. I have to be honest, I don't think I have ever seen her so happy as she complimented her technician Kim, who was working on her. What was even more amazing, is that the Store Manager, Julie, came by to everyone after the work was completed and asked how the services were and checked the quality of the work of her technicians. Wow! I was impressed with everyone's strong sense of Customer Service and working to make things perfect. Oh yes, my friend was very happy with the service that she got and said she will be back in a few weeks. I was stunned. She's not easy to please and her standards are high when it comes to her nails and her hair. I learned that NAILS HAVEN had only opened a few days ago and it was clear that the store was refurbished and had a great fresh and clean look with brand new chairs, tables and fixtures. Even all the supplies that they had were new on the shelf. And they were very healthy / Covid-19 conscious. I was impressed. Want to go to the cleanest and most immaculate nail salon in Silicon Valley? I think this was the place. I couldn't help but take a few photos. Business is already brisk and the women customers seemed amazed and happy with all the services offered and what they requested. I was impressed from the moment I walked in when I was asked if I wanted a hot or cold beverage. What really surprised me is that even as packed as they were, they were running a Grand Opening Promotion. This week it was 30% off services, plus 30% off the next 4 times I visited. In a few weeks they said they would reduce the discount further. My suggestion, go there now - get that 30% that day and 30% off services on your next 4 visits. An amazing deal. I'll be back for another manicure soon. Maybe even a pedicure! I love this place! read more

I walked in for a pedicure without an appointment. No wait- chose my color and sat down right away for my pedi. The salon was very clean, ventilated and well lit. Relaxing music played softly to set the ambiance. The chairs were beyond comfortable and had great massage features. Tues was my technician-- she was great. Amazing attention to detail 10/10. We went in for 2 pedicures (one gel) and one manicure. All deluxe. Everyone was friendly and the place is brand new. The chairs are comfortable but didn't feel like I got a good solid massage out of it. Perhaps my back needed a worn down thinly padded chair. They removed my gel with an electric tool bit (no soak) and it was a bit uncomfortable/rubbed my cuticles raw. They didn't have consistency on how they did pedicures - it looked like the woman next to us got a better callus treatment. They rubbed it on and let it soak. With ours, they just put it straight on the scrubber. The 10 minute massage was awful. She started the timer then did all her prep work. So it was actually more like 7.5-8min. It would have been fine if the quality of work was good but it was not worth the extra money for a deluxe pedicure. Additionally, there was no gap to cooling down the wax before they put it on. Almost burned me! They accept card and don't do any weird stuff regarding cash or % of up charge for card like other salons. I think overall they have potential. read more

Made appointment to get my full set done and came a little late but everyone were very nice to me, felt so welcome and comfortable here. 5 stars for customer services and their professional technic. Are the sanding bands. Nail instruments disinfected after every customer with barbicide? Are the nail files brand new for every customer or are they disinfected & reused? When a new customer arrives do you open the tools that are disinfected?
