Definitely the place to go to for nail art ! I've never gotten my nails done all crazy or anything before, but for my vacation, I decided to do it. I did a lot of research on Yelp, and I'm really glad I found Nail Plus. I looked a lot at Wendi's instagram (nailspluslashes) for inspiration and was so excited ! I made an appointment to have Wendi do my nails, but when I got there for some reason she had someone else do them for me :( Its okay though because they did an amazing job ! I did gel nails (not acrylic) with 3d flowers on two fingers, bow charms on two fingers, and the rest had diamonds all over. It was a total of $45 !! I think that's a great price cause I see most nail art salons do it for $60+. My pedicure was $13, regular polish. They have A LOT of colors too. Both manicurists that worked on my nails were VERY thorough. They took their time and perfected each nail. One of them would see that my 3d flower wasn't perfect and she kept redoing them until they were without me even having to say anything ! They even use this glue that's almost like super glue on each diamond to ensure that nothing will fall off :) Wendi was really sweet too. I noticed she kept walking around and talking to each customer making completely sure that they were satisfied with their nails. The only thing that bummed me out about this place is that I kept asking the manicurist for her opinion on what would look best on my nails, and she would just smile and shrug. My friend and I decided to come here for our spontaneous girl's day. We made an appointment the day before for 1pm. When we arrived we specifically asked for Wendy to do our acrylic nails. We were first sent to get our pedis done. The person who did my pedicure was very gentle with me. My friend on the other hand, said her lady was very abrasive and caused her to bleed a bit but after we let her know, she wasn't so harsh. Now on to the manicure part. Wendy did my nails, and to save time her sister did my friend's. I got pink and white nails but with sparkly pink powder instead of normal pink powder and it turned out amazing. I was very happy with the outcome. My friend had a specific design she wanted that she had found off the internet and Wendy's sister did a phenomenal job with finding the right colors and made an almost exact replica of the design. Oh, I almost forgot to mention. I also got my brows waxed due to Wendy's recommendation. First off, let me tell you that I've had bad experiences with brow waxing and was traumatized. But Wendy did a really great job and I will be getting them done by her and only her from now on. Overall, my friend and I will definitely be coming back. So my friend kept talking about this place how Wendi does her best for every set and she proved it to me by IG and stuff. I came and got a pedicure by Cathy/Kathy(Nga). Pedicure: Pros: She did a very good job on cutting my cuticles and she worked deep down there where my dead skin and blisters hid under my big toenail. Cons: I did not see a sanitized blue bag that contains tools- I mean it's a must because it would give me an impression of clean tools and I won't be scared of being infected. As I was getting my pedicure, I saw the lady rinsed the tub. It would be nice if she spent her 5 mins just to scrub it to make sure it's clean. So I wonder if my tub is clean :( Move on to my full set. I did have acrylics on, but I wanted to get a new set because I wanted pointy nails !!!! I made an appointment with Wendi. While waiting for her, I got my pedicure. So she was ready for me when I was done with my nice feeeeet Wendi did a great job on my siletto nails. They were shaped perfectly. She seemed to be a little quiet when we started, but we had some convos later and I found Wendi was a nice and hilarious lady. I didn't know what designs I should do so I asked Wendi to try three different, I'm so glad she did not get mad but she was really patient and nice!!! I was very pleased with this kind of service. Overall, the service was good. It wasn't as clean as I expected and I hope that they will spend time scrubbing the tubs, sanitizing tools in order to make us as clients to feel safe. I used to get my nails done with Tracy at t&k and when Vicky did my nails it looked half ass and too thick. As I was in search of a new nail place, This one came up. And ever since Wendy did my nails I have started coming here more often! I can't stress enough how much of a difference both store give in terms of vibe. With others, I must admit that if you don't understand Viet, they will try to talk to you in a manner that may sound rude (I experienced this because I don't look asian, but they were astounded when I replied in Viet moments later) Leanne did a good job with my pedi, but after it dried I notice that the pinky toe wasn't up to par. The french pedi I had was crooked on some toes & a bit sloppy which really bothers me. I am a perfectionist so if it isn't perfect, it will bug me. It is pretty mediocre, in my opinion. *EDIT* I noticed they do not clean the spa chairs after customer use. What a turn off!! I saw a customer leave the chair and one of the girls told the waiting customer to sit on that exact chair! Diane did a good job with my gel mani. I forgot the color #, but it is mauvy brown. I got it shaped to almond. MOST of them are good, I would say 3 of the almond shaped was a bit crooked which does bother me as well. I see streaks of the top coat on some of my nails which isn't flat and smooth like the rest. Would I come back? I honestly don't know. Nails Plus is great! I never really did my nails on a regular basis, except for special occasions. I got my nails done here last month before a vacation and picked this place because of the good reviews and convenient location near where I live. I've been back several times since! I think I've found my new go-to place and understand the nail craze now! The ladies here are very sweet and nice. They've done an excellent job every time I've come. I also picked this place because of the convenient hours since they're open later than most salons and accept walk in's - both of these factors were a HUGE bonus for me as I get off work late at unpredictable times. I also love that they accept various forms of payment such as Venmo, ApplePay, and Zelle. I do try to tip in cash though. Parking is also plentiful. I've been seated very quickly every walk in I've done, but I try to go on the weekdays after work, so I'm not sure how busy it is here on the weekends. It is also decently priced. I was a client at Nails Plus for a little over 4 months but decided to start going to another nail salon mainly because of the inconsistency of this place. I've gotten my nails done by 3-4 of their nail techs and the only one I truly like and will maybe come back for is Linda. She is so easy to talk to and is so sweet. Not only that but she is super meticulous and careful when doing my full sets. My nails always come out the way I want them to when she's the one doing my manicures. As for the other techs (idk their names) but most of them always seem to be in a rush to do something else and aren't very careful or thorough. Sometimes afterwards, I would notice like little hairs stuck underneath the polish or little indents/bubbles. I've gotten a pedicure here twice and both times, they felt rushed. They didn't cut my cuticles or anything. The way the staff operates is pretty unprofessional, too. I've sat next to one of their workers who put her feet on the chair next to me while she was watching youtube videos.. & they're always talking to each other from across the room really loudly especially when they're with clients. Wendi is really nice and I wish I had asked for her when I came in to do my nails but I rather go someone else now. The store itself is also very outdated and old from the looks of the chairs and towels. Also, my BIGGEST gripe with this place is that the pricing is never the same even if I get the same treatment every time whether it be a for a full set or fill. Sometimes I would be charged $22 for my fills and other times I would be charged $25... when I literally GET THE SAME EXACT THING DONE. This has happened on multiple occasions but I didn't want to be a pain by asking. Hailey (or Huong) is my go-to!!! The way she coffin shaped my nails was the best by far because it wasn't too edgey but looked natural. Where do I begin?! I have been going to another nail salon for about 8 months or more put up with the painful job etc! THinking there wasn't a place out there for me, I looked up yelp salons and came across nails plus! I reviewed the other posts and decided to try them out with my grandma. We walked in and were greeted right away and they looked slow, so that was a plus for me. Wendy spoke great English and made me feel very comfortable! I sat down and worked with Vicky and as she did my nails it's like she could read my mind!! She knew exactly what I wanted and didn't hurt me at all!! Her job was flawless and the fact that she checked my nails like twenty times to makes sure they looked perfect, was so refreshing! I didn't have to ask her to fix anything! Lily does an amazing job with my mom and is Always patient with us. I always love the accent designs I get done on my nails. I have been coming here around October 2014 and have only gone to LINDA. She does such an amazing job. I always wait for her or make an appointment. She's . Linda has done any shape I have asked her. I also show her some pictures of shapes and colors and even ask her to pick what she likes because there are so many nice colors and designs it's hard to decide sometimes. My friend always goes to WENDY and she also does beautiful work. Literally EVERYONE there is super nice and the atmosphere is awesome! I have seen others do nails and see the outcome they are all amazing! If you take care of your nails properly they can stay on for 3-5 weeks or even more. Mine last very long. Tried this place for the first time last Thursday. Got a pedi, mani, lip and eyebrow wax. Let me tell you this. Horrible wait time and service. There were a couple ladies just sitting down and talking to one another while I waited in the pedi chair. 45 minutes passed by and I got serviced. The lady kept pressuring me to get a gel pedi for a good 10 minutes and I finally gave in. ONE week exactly and the polish is already coming off. She said getting the gel polish would last a couple weeks. After the gel pedi I got my manicure, just a regular one this time. The next day the top coat polish is coming off like slime. It felt like tacky glue was put on my nails. Went to get my lip and eyebrow wax. It was a different lady who attended me. Waxed my lip and eyebrows quick, since she took a small break from working on someone else's nails, and when she said she was done she never offered me a mirror to look at the waxing done to approve and make sure I liked it. I felt like I was being rushed out. It wasn't until the next day I noticed the top coat nail polish coming off, BUT I also noticed my lip and eyebrows hadn't been fully waxed!! I had lot and lots of hair that I myself needed to pluck and shave off to get the clean look I was looking for. I paid for a service to be done correctly. And they were still chasing after me to tip the girls. Yes it's common courtesy to tip but when you feel like a service isn't done right and you're being rushed you kind of just don't want to. But I did it anyways. You can also feel them talking about you when all they do is stare and talk to their coworkers. This spa day for me to relax was a joke. Never coming again. read more

2 days ago was my first time here because my other favorite nail salon (Nail Expo) was closed that day. I appreciate that even though they closed at 5 they kept the store open til almost 7 to accommodate more customers! Which is nice because they didn't turn down customers coming in late! The place is pretty cleaned compared to other nail salons I've been too and the massaging chairs look new which is a plus! Wendy did my round white French acrylic tip manicure and I love it! It came out so perfect, ultra thin which I liked and didn't have to ask for! It looked smooth and natural! I loved the fact that she spoke great English and made conversation! She cleaned the excess acrylic under my nails and even asked again if I wanted my nails shorter (due to work) which I loved because she did what I asked for without hesitation! She took her time and did an amazing job! I appreciate she didn't try too hard to suggest sell which could be a little annoying! A solicitor happened to come into the store as well and Wendy handled it pretty well and asked her to leave politely. My friend got gel nails, and loved her color and gel nails! I got white gel on my toes and nails, just something simple because I was in a wedding that weekend. The lady that did my toes did a good job, the lady that did my nails well....she didn't do horrible but she cut me a couple times and also I felt like she didn't fully cover my nail with the polish....she left the sides unpolished so I didn't care too much for that. Also I just felt like they weren't very social at all. I was very quiet and uncomfortable because of it. About a week ago I went back to try the eyelash extensions. They lady that did my toes did my extensions....once again I can't remember her name but she did a good job for the most part. They started coming off about 8 days later so I took them off but I would get them again, just need to take care of them better on my end probably. Decided to get my nails done with my two friends, and we decided to go here since one of our friends go here all the time. When we got there, the place was packed!! We waited for about 10 minutes and we were seated onto the massage chairs. I got a full set with gel. I had a lady doing nails, and another doing my feet. Talk about luxury. Kidding. They look like they are hard workers. It was first time doing this and the lady doing nails talked to me about how it's done as she was working on my nails. It took two hours to be with the mani and pedi. My total came out to be $43, but I used my card and they charged me an extra dollar. Tip $6, so thank total spent there was $50.
