If you see any bad comments here don't listen. All I can say is I'm a foodie and I know food. Also, the food is amazing here and so fresh. We had vegan and meat options and everything was perfect. Ten stars if I could give. The pancakes will have you crying because they are so good we had the blueberry buttermilk they also have GF. The soy chorizo and egg whites with corn tortillas was a hit. Hats off to the chefs. They got mad Ratatouille skills. It's hard to make soy chorizo taste this amazing. But I want to incorporate more vegan food as I dislike animal abuse. Lastly, the coffee and chai tea was perfect. Everything tasted so dang good. I'm only staying out here for three days and this is my second time here. Glad I found this little gem. read more

I got so lucky here. I had just left a check up at my doctors and I wanted to do some work until I had another appointment in the area. I started with some matcha tea, unsweetened, which works very well for me. I found the milk was just enough sweetness. Then it was so easy to get a robust, healthy, tasty meal to which I also added a side of black beans. I wrapped some of these up in my tortilla to eat with the meal. As we were coming into lunch, the place really filled up though someone could still come in and sit immediately in the back patio area where they allow dogs if they didn't want to wait. I noticed they have another location that is closer to me in Carlsbad that I will try as well. I always wish I could find a place that serves healthy food that doesn't feel like punishment and this is the place. I don't think everything's healthy so if that word scares you, I'm sure you will also be welcome. This is one of my new favorites. read more

Very laid-back and happy to accommodate. I love that they have the front patio, but the back patio that they've just opened is so cute and charming. The last time I stopped in, I brought my laptop and got quite a bit of work done while I had brunch. It was a very pleasant Experience. First, the service and ambiance were nice. I and another couple were the only ones there for breakfast and it was about 7:30am. Second, the waiter took my order quickly and he was thoroughly knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered regular buttermilk pancakes, two eggs, two slices of crispy bacon, and coffee. Waiter mentioned the pancakes are amazing.. Note, I always ordered simple things when I'm trying out a new place because it should hard to screw up the simple things, right? Since there were only 3 people in the restaurant, I expected to get my food piping hot...it was lukewarm . Then I cut into my pancakes ‍, it was like cutting into rubber and they were chewy too. This is about ordering a drink that costs $8.62, paying with $10 cash, being handed a single dollar bill like end of story, saying to the cashier "But my change is $1.38.", her giving me a nothingbehindtheeyes stare for a few seconds then pulling out a literal bowl of pennies and lamely starting to dig through them and saying "Well I can try to find some change in here for you. Do you want it in pennies." as if I'm petty and silly to want my correct change back. I said, "No thanks. I just think it's such a strange practice to not give people their due change back and then not address it until you're asked about it and then offer it in pennies." My chagaccino was alright but did not taste at all like it has the two espresso shots they claimed it had and I will never return to this location in order to ensure I never have to deal with such a rude and vapid staff person again. read more

I've been to naked cafe a few times and always have a wonderful experience there. They are very adaptive to your order modifications and so kind about it. Their menu is not too overwhelming large with absolutely delicious items, and great drinks as well! The feel always feels fresh and leaves me energized :) Today I did my first delivery order for a lazy Sunday morning. I ordered the coconut mango pancakes, the emerald earth bowl with vegan sausage and the sunshine latte with oat milk. Drink came still warm and immediately made me feel comforted and relax like a good morning tea latte should do. The emerald earth bowl is incredible, the rosemary potatoes are killer and I love how all the flavors mix well together. Came hot as if I was in the restaurant itself! The coconut pancakes were awesome too! Came with maple syrup and a berry compote! Not overly sweet, super yummy and the coconut flakes and mango were definitely in the pancakes! DRINKS Moroccan Mint Green Tea Latte - If you enjoy fresh real tea, you would enjoy this. It was heavy with the green tea flavor but you could tell it was fresh. FOOD Homemade Carrot & Zucchini Bread - I am a huge fan of zucchini bread so I had to try this. It was delicious with a lot of flavor. You could not even taste the veggies. Breakfast Quesadilla (Added egg and avocado) - Wow, this was phenomenal. The gooey cheese held the tortilla together nicely. The tortilla was slightly crispy which I love! I am not a fan of soggy quesadillas so I love that this one held together well. I love the addition of the avocados as it gave it the creamy texture. The bacon gave it the savory side. Breakfast Burrito - I kind of built my own with egg whites, spinach, and bacon. I originally added avocado but they forgot it. However, this was very well made.
