If I'm being honest, I had NO IDEA this location was here. I was at an event at Poppy and Pot and needing a little caffeine boost. Across the street was this perfectly placed, local coffee heaven. It's like the universe knew I needed coffee and delivered... or the owners just picked a great location in a really fun neighborhood. I loved the vibe of the store after walking in, there's art on the wall and a fun "Curtis Park" mural to celebrate the neighborhood. The menu was easy to ready and they had a list of specialty drink offerings that caught my eye. I ended up ordering the Pistachio White Mocha, Iced ($6.75) and then I looked around while I waited. It's definitely cozy and bright and I could see the locals in the neighborhood LOVING this spot. It's also close to Popy & Pot, The Summer Moon Yoga studio, Hop Garden and Moonshine and Co. as well as right down the street from Gunther's and Pangaea. There's so much going on in this area! My drink was amazing, the pistachio flavor came through without the espresso being overpowered or being too sweet. I wish I could get another one today, it was so tasty. The staff were also friendly, but they seemed busy! The drinks were ready quickly though and I while this was my first time at this location it won't be my last.

I really don't like to give anything less than 3 stars, but unfortunately, that was our experience with the coffee the day we went. Usually a coffee spot is pretty fast. This one took literally almost 20 minutes for us to get our drink. And it was not even that busy. So if you're in a hurry, I'd pass on this spot. I decided to try their Keith Richards. It's a coffee drink with coke haha. I thought it was interesting, and indeed it was, so I'll leave it at that haha. I forgot what my wife got, but she was disappointed it wasn't like their other location. I'm not sure if the barista that day was new or something? She was by herself and was moving a bit slow compared to their other location. So maybe in training? I had high hopes for this location because it's near a very popular ice cream spot, but yah, I don't think we'll be making a trip out to this Naked Coffee location.

The iced mocha here is my jam. Very minimal milk usage, which I much prefer. Dark chocolate taste strongly amplified by the smooth taste of the coffee brew, yum yum. The only thing that I'm not a huge fan of is that the drink has a little grit to it because there are actual chocolate shavings in it lol. Kinda distracting during each sip not gonna lie (I feel like the barista could've just used chocolate syrup), but I can look past it because of the overall drink taste! Even the drip coffee tasted of quality; not watered down or overly bitter. Oatmeal raisin cookie was scrumptiously soft. Standard apple turnover but, hey, would still satisfy a general apple pie craving. Very chill and friendly baristas here. Dig the interior decor with the knick-knacks and wall-mounted paintings (which are purchasable). Not sure why this coffee shop is flying under the radar (maybe more people just visit the other Naked Coffee locations.....?) but as a first timer of trying Naked Coffee I'm quite pleased!

So so cute inside. Art from local artists available for purchase. Service was polite and friendly. Blueberry crumble latte is yummy, I would eat the topping on its own!

Love the vibrant colors and decorations all around this coffee shop! Parking in this area is not easy but it's worth the struggle since it's such a cute neighborhood to walk. Plus it's a fun small strip to spend a couple of hours at. House Drip is good! Plenty of space and seats for patrons to enjoy. The sunshine through the windows makes the space more enjoyable and serene. The speakers are inconsistent so music is a bit scratchy. Service was quick and attentive. Saw lots of baked goodies available. Will come back to try some more!!

Ordered from Doordash! Needed a morning caffeine boost. Wanted to try some local places since we're just visiting for the weekend. I ordered an oat latte and a parfait. Both were very good! Nothing extremely outstanding but it was exactly what i needed for an early chilly morning! Would love to try their other drinks in the future!!

Cute and cozy little area in Curtis park. The parking was pretty easy to find around Naked Coffee in this area so we had a convenient time arriving to the place. The service was very friendly and helped me with any recommendations and questions that I had for them when ordering and I got their Keith Richard's drink which was a first time for me. I've never heard of this type of coffee but I'm glad I tried it at least once haha. Overall a nice place to study, meet with others over a drink, and a cozy area for coffee and drinks.

I'm a fan of the other Naked Coffee locations so I wanted to check out the new Curtis Park spot. It's located off Franklin blvd, near Gunthers. Parking was easy on an early Sunday morning but I can imagine it could get pretty crowded, but still better than the downtown location for sure! The staff were very nice but it took surprisingly long for our drinks to come out, considering there was a couple waiting for drinks already before we even came in, and one person who ordered ahead of us. It was 15 mins just for our two drinks so I can't imagine how long the wait would be if it was super busy. Not sure if it's because they're new, but I did notice it was just one barista and the other person was just the cashier perhaps, so maybe they're still training. I've had the Toast and Jam latte before at the downtown location and this one was just as good. Perfect sweetness and love it iced with the oat milk! Very creamy and you can still taste both the coffee and the berry flavor. It didn't have the cool ombré effect with the purple like the other ones I've had but still tasted the same. If I'm in the area I would definitely come back to this one over the downtown location because it feels like a brighter and bigger interior space, and parking isn't metered.

It was an okay experience. My girlfriend and I ordered hot and iced mochas, but we could barely taste the chocolate; it seemed watered down. I specifically asked for my drink to be served in a mug because I enjoy that as part of the experience. Unfortunately, her iced drink was chunky and tasted unpleasant. Maybe the barista was new...

I've only had Naked Coffee once but when I found out there was a location in Curtis Park, I had to come check it out! I stopped by on a Monday around 10:30am and it was super easy to find a parking spot right in the front of the cafe. I'm sure on the weekends or when they first open it'll be harder to find a parking spot. The interior was cute and colorful! They actually had more seating than I thought they would have. I also really loved all the different tiles they had all around the cashier/coffee stand. The cashier that day was nice and sweet but she may have been new since she didn't seem to know too much about the menu/coffees along with flavorings they provided. However, the barista overheard our questions and quickly jumped in to help us out. She was really nice as well and more informative. We ordered their tres leches latte, hot mocha, and cheese danish. Their tres leches latte definitely sounds a lot sweeter than it is! Don't get me wrong, it is sweet but not as sweet as you'd think, I loved the latte and would give it a 5/5! My aunt ordered their mocha and said it was really good as well, she did wish for it to be hotter (she ordered extra hot but didn't seem extra hot), 4/5 The cheese danish was good as well! I personally don't like too much filling in my danish so it was perfect for me but if you like a lot of filling, it may not be for you, 4/5 I'd definitely come back and try their other drinks they have to offer!

I've tried this place many times through Door Dash, but this is the first time I tried it in person. Honestly parking could be easy or difficult. If you get lucky, you can get parking right in front. I was greet right away by the barista and I ordered my favorite drink. Toast and Jam is definitely a top 5 coffee drink of mine, and to finally try it in a mug with the latte art completed the experience. The drink was very good and I enjoyed every sip. The shop itself is very comfy looking. Nice place to read a book or get some studying done.

    Iced americano
    Jonah W.

Confused by the poor reviews - I really enjoyed my experience at Naked and would definitely go back. I went around 10am on a weekday, ordered an iced americano, and worked until 1pm. The coffee was strong and smooth, and the barista was fast, friendly, and conversed with customers throughout the day. The Wi-Fi was reliable and there were plenty of outlets. Ample seating, including a really cute nook with a couch and cushy chairs. The one thing I can't speak to is the food, which I didn't try. But everything else was an easy 5/5 to me.

Another thing I appreciated was how spacious it was. There were plenty of tables and room to spread out, which was perfect since I came with my kiddo. Their menu isnt overwhelming and only has a few selections, theres good pastries to try out as well. Coffee was alright and the pastries were ok, overall I guess I was just more distracted by the business's set pieces. In any case, check the place out, parking can be a pain if it gets busy, typical downtown sac. Issues.

I really don't like anything too sweet (like SOME nasty big-chain places we all know *cough* Starbucks *cough*). I really just get iced vanilla lattes wherever I go. That being said, Donovan recommended the Bikini Bottom latte, which I already had my eye on, so I chose that! My daughter ordered a strawberry lemonade, and I also got a lemon blueberry muffin and a chocolate chip cookie. Listen.... Everything we got was AMAHZING No exaggeration. The strawberry lemonade was OUT OF THIS WORLD! So fresh and delicious, and in this nasty summer heat it was just what she needed! My coffee was honestly weirdly indescribable. I loved it so much! It was very unique and absolutely fantastic! My hubby is not a coffee drinker and even he tried to snag a second swig but I had already finished it! Obviously the muffin and cookie were horrible! JUST KIDDING! They were mouth-wateringly delicious, duh! The muffin was so sponge-y and moist (get over the word hahaha, it's the best way to describe it ), and bursting with flavor! Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the cookie because my older daughter devoured it when we got home. But she assured me it was "goated". If you haven't been here yet, PLEASE check it out! They support the LGBTQ+ community and they are a genuinely fantastic company that's doing their part to lower their carbon footprint with organic products and eco-friendly practices. And their products are cheaper than big chain companies and BETTER!!!

It came in a fully compostable sippy cup, i was very impressed. The Mocha was really good. Coffee was smooth and the Mocha was perfectly balanced. I would definitely stop by again. Give this place a try if you're in the area!

The people are always so quick and efficient. The place is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. It is very cutesy inside and you can tell there is a sense of life and community there which I am very fond of. There are lots of tables and cute picturesque lighting so if you want a nice place to get work done this is the perfect spot!! I wish I was able to come here more often but every time I do, it alwaysssss hits! Def one of my favorite sac spots

Dillon (if my memory is correct) was the one that ran our session...they were dooopppee. The interior is modern, relaxed and open. They have rooms you could rent (by the hour) and their coffee is pretty freakin good, especially if you prefer dark roasts like I do (the farmers blend is really good). Yes, coffee prices are fancy coffee prices. There is variety here and the coffee actually has distinctive tastes. If I am back in the area, and in the mood to have some caffeine, I will stop by. Check em out!
