    Hummus Prism Roll

Nature, as they say, heals itself. After numerous devastating loses during the COVID19 pandemic, Nancy's Sky Garden makes a triumphant return to Austin proper! Now their second location, the menu remains consistent with their original emphasis on simplicity and quality. We can talk about all the things that it's not (gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free) but I prefer to focus on what it IS. Namely, fresh, flavorful, balanced, wholesome, and satisfying. You can get vegan options with tofu, oil-free if you so desire, and anything else to fit your nutritional needs. There are meat/fish options for omnivores as well. There's a touch of macrobiotic sensibilities, with plates built around the basics of a starch, vegetable, protein, and fruit, but unlike Casa de Luz, you can mix and match with many difference choices, rather than having one set meal per day. I particularly love the "prism rolls," AKA jumbo rice paper rolls, stuffed with hummus and avocado. They're surprisingly substantial, and a good bargain for lunch. They have a bunch of BOGO specials on Uber Eats right now if you want to get it delivered!

Expertly cooked sweet potato Carrots, tofu w/ yummy teriyaki sauce, plus more than I was allowed to say. ;--)

It's *SO* nice to have "really" healthy food close to home. Plant based (vegan) foods cure & prevent SO many diseases people are afflicted w/ right now. Nancy's Sky Garden is there to help you achieve your health goals.......;--) The ambiance is also very relaxing. N S G "always" scores a 10 out of 10 in my book "every" time !! ALSO their portions are "huge".

    Prism roll, lentil soup.

Tech ridge lacks healthy food options. Glad Nancy sky garden opened up in the area. Been a fan of their location near lakeline.

I got beans with rice and the veggie of the day, also got a shiner bock beer for 5 bucks. total with tip was ~33 i think i gave 5bucks tip the fish gumbo was really good. i also really like the beans with rice. it has a slightly different flavor profile but also very good. i think this place is a hidden gem.... good portions, decent price, and easy parking, had to figure out another P for a triple P. i think this was better than when I got rip off on bourbon street, yrs back. that was straight up super expensive double charge the tourist stuff...

We tried to go to happy hour with my partner's parents, but that was only available in the bar area. Given they have some health problems to consider, we could not move over and hover over teeny tables to have dinner so had to handle full price. At full price, I'd give it a solid 3.5. Bumped to a 4 because this is hard to find around here. We got: - shrimp yoli (if you only order one dish, get one with this SAUCE. It's to die for. The shrimp had too much seasoning that it was a little choke worthy and I NEVER complain about flavor. Just lighten up a little!) - escargot (the butter was broken.. so it was kinda rough) -catfish gumbo (solid portion) -redfish add lump crab (while we enjoyed this, it was pricy for what it was) -shrimp and crawfish pasta (good) -orange crème brûlée (light.. not my fav crème brûlée ever but fun to try) - chocolate cake brownie with ice cream

The restaurant was spotless, and even the restroom was exceptionally clean, which says a lot about the pride they take in their establishment. The food was absolutely worth every penny. I highly recommend the Badass Bacon and eggs, it was delicious! My daughter ordered the Smoked Turkey on a Pretzel, and she loved every bite. We both took it to go but was happy and impressed with our meals. If you're looking for great food, excellent service, and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend giving Phoebe's Diner a try. We can't wait to come back! The pictures belong to Phoebe's Diner but we sadly take our own. We will next time.

The migas were more like a veggie omelette. Again good but not what we wanted. The masa balls were a bit undercooked, at least for our tastes. We also had Phoebe's Benedict. We asked for over hard eggs and they came out crispy. The ham was almost as thick as the bread. The ambiance was a little ruined for us when we were sat right next to another table just a foot away from us. That's ok if it was crowded but there were plenty of open tables and staff. The service was good. The food came out fast. Just not quite what we like.

The sugar options were only 100%, 50% or 0% so I got 50%. I found it to be a little bit too unsweet so I wish there was a 70% option. The Boba pearls I felt could be more chewy, but the drink had good flavor. We ordered from a kiosk, so the staff didn't really greet or interact with us and I feel that could've been improved. I'll probably come again to try other drinks since it's close to me.

Bold that or something (not just us either, other ppl did the same thing but just walked out again) We ended up just ordering and the boba itself was just okay. The service was really odd. I was kind of excited because it seemed to be pretty authentic boba, but after looking at the menu and asking questions I realized it was just a facade. The swirl milks are just strawberry milk. The boba is also just so so. When I asked if I could have my drink hot, the cashier replied with "yes the boba is in a warmer". I didn't have the energy to explain so I just accepted it. However on the upside the space is pretty nice to study. They were so empty the entire time I was there. There wasn't a single table that was occupied for the 4+ hours I was there.
