Read on their website they can help with install on certain products which would save me from labor charges if I went to a dealership or car shop I'm sure. Came in & was greeted by Josue. I told him the situation that I was looking to buy a new battery & was wondering if my car was a one they could install the new one into. I would of done it myself like in the past but I've since bought a new car and this one was not a simple un-screw & swap, you would need tools that I simply didn't have. Josue went outside to check and went back inside to double check with his coworker Paola. Paola looked up my car's information & confirmed they could do it. Paola gave Josue a lot of advice on how to go about it & also gave him some tools to do it. Josue looked up several batteries that would best fit my car & answered any questions I had. Josue was able to install my new battery after purchase and took him maybe around 10-15 mins, not too bad & Im sure it would of took me hours. Josue & Paola were very courteous, knowledgeable & very happy to help me with everything from the purchase to the install. Really went above and beyond! Will def come back here in the future! The interior seems to be roughly the same size as the old location, but the biggest difference is their parts warehouse space has probably tripled from what they had before. So, basically if they don't have it, it probably doesn't exist. Store is clean and well-stocked, employees were fine, and they have their own large parking lot. Area is still hoody and full of LOE®, so lock ya car.

They were exactly how I bought them. I had not layed one finger on them. This guy was full of it. It didn't take very long to see I was dealing with a dishonest person who was lying to me, and to himself. If you're shopping car parts, do yourself a big favor and avoid this place. They mostly distribute to other places so the retail is not their main business, yet the sales person who helped me was far better than retail salespeople. Not only that, after I bought it he offered to help me install it! I said I would try it out myself but he then helped me check it out and through his exhaustive testing we found out my right turn signal was also burned out! So he helped me buy that and install it, and test it again. All within the 15 minutes they were about to close. Most salespeople would be trying like hell to avoid you and go home. Actually, that's…read morenot exactly how it went for me this morning, but I started driving on my way to work and heard a really weird sound coming from my tire which prompted me to pull over at the nearest gas station to check it to see if it needed air. Then low & behold I found that beast stuck in my wheel and of course being me, I kind of freaked out because I wasn't in my normal neighborhood and I have no idea what was around me as far as a tire repair place. A complete stranger who spoke only Spanish happened to notice my expression upon the discovery in my tire which I'm sure was pretty self-explanatory. Pretty sure I let out something profane as well & not quietly either. He came over to me and thank goodness I was able to understand everything he told me and recommended this place to me, which was relatively close by. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by a very friendly man that spoke good enough English and direct me where to pull in my tire after he said they do repairs there. This is how easy it was. I didn't even have to get out of my car. He came over with the Jack and was able to get the tire off, passed my tire to one of his coworkers who immediately disappeared into the shop and I kid you not, within 10 minutes tops he was back with my tire looking brand spanking new. I didn't even have to get out of the car to pay, that's how awesome this place is! As a woman, in general I think that over all we are a little bit leery of going into any place that has to do with cars because so many times we see all too often that women get ripped off in the industry. This place is definitely not one of those! I felt secure, comfortable, it was absolutely convenient, and they were the quickest most professional guys ever!
