    Half chicken dinner!!!
    M. Lynn G.

Came here for my daughters reception after her wedding. We were 30 people there. They had valet parking for us. The food was great. Started off with appetizers, then 3 dinner options to choose from. Chicken, ribs, or tri-tip. Which you could cone combine with the sides. The portion are big enough to share. Service was great. Everyone one that was working was on top of it. I highly recommend to any celebration with a large group or just to go have a meal.

Came here a few days ago. It was not busy, so we were seated right away. Our server was good; we were given a complimentary corn bread that didn't taste like corn bread, and to add insult to the corn bread, they microwaved it. I asked if we could have another and to please warm it up in the oven. Nope, it was nuked. We ordered Short Ribs, with corn and mashed potatoes, and a half brick of onion rings. The Ribs were barely lukewarm, when so many restaurant a make their ribs in advance; at least heat up the darn meat. Skip the onion rings and corn bread. For being a Rib restaurant in Naples in LB, I feel it fell short of a good rib restaurant. The place is nice and big, and accommodating large groups of people. Parking in an adjacent parking lot. They have a full bar and a nice place to sit at if there's room.

Well... eff me and stick a rib in my arse. Love this place and have been coming here for years and years. From take out to dine in, always exceptional. The zucchini is off the wall crazy good and pretty much everything else is just as delicious. Even the salad options. (I prefer no blue cheese myself). Cornbread / appetizer bread and butter rocks! Only negative is parking cuz your options are walking a mile or valet... but that's just me. Excellent service every time we've been!!!

3 1/2 stars. Arrived just before noon on a beautiful Sunday, After a three mile walk along the beach and Belmont Shores. We opted for take-out of our food for the park nearby. I proceeded to the takeout window to place my order for baby back ribs and beef rib lunches and chose sides of baked beans, cole slaw, rice pilaf, and potato salad. When we unpacked our food which was packed nicely in one box, I discovered they gave us two lunches of beef ribs, and no baby back ribs as requested. In addition, there was no utensils or plates, but I was fortunate another person at the park was kind enough to supply me a few disposable forks. As for the food everything was decent with the exception of the dry corn bread, and the beef ribs really didn't have any smoke bbq flavor. I learned a valuable lesson from here, never assume your order will be correct and I'll check my takeout orders before departing in the future.

Did an online order. This was so good. Dude, Naples, good ribs. Especially since it was online order.

Great Happy Hour! We met another couple to enjoy some food and drinks. Naples Ribs offers Happy Hour Monday thru Friday 4-6pm in the bar. Lots of seating in the bar. Tables with comfy booths along with stools at the bar. They off $2 off drinks; $3 off appetizers; and $4 dollars off baskets (sliders). We all enjoyed our draft beers. Personally I loved my hazy IPA and had two, rare for me! We ordered a full loaf of onion rings, the best, along with baskets of sausage bites, tri-tip and brisket sliders. Great BBQ sauce! Food was great and very filling! Lots of options for appetizers too! You can also order off the full dinner menu. Service was excellent, as always! Elmer was our server. Very nice and helpful. He checked on us several times including right before Happy Hour ended. That's great service.

Came here on a busy day and overall it was a good experience, with a couple of downsides. First thing: parking is rough. It's a busy area and the setup makes it easy to miss the turn. If you pass it, you basically have to loop around for a while to get back, so give yourself extra time. Once we got inside, the staff was very friendly. We had a reservation and got seated quickly with almost no wait. Our food came out fast, especially considering how packed it was, and most of it was really good. The cornbread was amazing and honestly one of the highlights of the meal. The only miss for us was the mac & cheese. It just didn't taste great compared to everything else on the table. Service-wise: the hostess was great, but our waiter was pretty bland and didn't check in much. Not sure if it was because they were slammed or if that's just the vibe, but it stood out. Still, solid food overall and I'd come back, just prepared for the parking and hoping for a more attentive server next time.

Had reservations for Saturday Dec 20 2025. Decided to go to this place prior to the Christmas boat show parade at Naples Islands. We were greeted and seated. Waters were served. Ordered a 5 Piece Beef Rib, Brisket, corn, macaroni, mash, and baked potato. Received some cornbread with some butter, the cornbread was moist which was very enjoyable. Received our food after, everything was excellent. The beef ribs was very juicy! All was good. Overall this is my go to spot for Ribs! You get what you pay for. Quality meats and quality beverages. Our waiter Caviehan did an exceptional job. He accommodated our needs. Clean restaurant , very busy! Best Ribs by the beach!! Parking can be difficult to find in this area.

I'm surprised by the mixed reviews about this place. I read both the good and the bad, and it seems many people had issues with their gift cards which I know they're also available at a discounted price at Costco in Signal Hill. As for my own experience, I had a really enjoyable time and thought the food was FANTASTIC. The restaurant has a rustic feel where natural lighting do not pass. As for the food, I ordered the HALF RIBS AND PRIME RIB COMBO PLATE, and it was a true FEAST. The ribs were tender and juicy, while the prime rib was cooked perfectly. The cornbread served beforehand paired nicely with the butter provided. I couldn't believe how huge the serving was complete with a large baked potato, coleslaw, corn, and plenty of protein. The service was also solid. Even though we arrived about 30 minutes late for our reservation, we were seated within 20 minutes of arriving.

Baby back ribs were good and tender. Delicious barbecue sauce that's perfect flavor and not too salty. The prime rib brings down the rating. Prime rib was meh and not med. rare even on try 2 but I should've known to stay with ribs. Nice ambience and friendly service. I do recommend their ribs

Valet parking is available for $7, which isn't unreasonable, but I'm not a fan of being required to use it. I chose to look for street parking instead--no easy task on a Saturday night. After circling a bit, I managed to find a spot not too far away on a nearby one-way street. I made reservations through OpenTable and was seated almost immediately, which was a nice start. The service, however, was inconsistent. At times the servers were attentive and present, but after our food arrived, it became difficult to flag someone down--especially when I wanted extra BBQ sauce and au jus. For my meal, I ordered the Prime Rib and Baby Back Ribs, served with French fries, coleslaw, and a small corn on the cob. The Prime Rib was average--nothing particularly memorable--but the au jus and creamy horseradish did help elevate the flavor. The ribs were much better: tender and flavorful, though the BBQ sauce wasn't quite my style (still enjoyable, just not a standout). The fries were hot and crispy, and the coleslaw was a pleasant surprise--fresh, tangy, and well-balanced. The corn was juicy and nicely buttered, rounding out the plate. Their corn bread, although nothing to rave about, was complimentary which was a nice touch. The menu is extensive and has several other items I'm curious to try, so despite a few hiccups, I'll definitely be back.

Here you can actually taste the ingredients they describe and somehow work really well together. And it's not just one or two drinks that feel unique and interesting it's basically their whole menu. Most recent time we went was when they had a guest bartender (Polo Chang). Some of the best cocktails I've had recently. I'm a huge fan of tea in cocktail his menu was amazing. We got way more drinks than we usually do that night because each one was better than the last. Only thing tho I really wish they kept their old menu. The drawings were beautiful and it had so much character while very easily communicating how each drink will look and taste. It went so well with the overall vibe of the place. But I may just be nitpicking because I have hard time reading the new dark menu in the dim light lolol I honestly would come here wayyyy more often if it wasn't for the very limited parking. Even with reservation it feels like never a guarantee we will make it there because we may or may not be able to find parking. If you are lucky to be nearby highly recommend uber.

We sat at the bar, and I expected to receive service from the bartender, but he didn't acknowledge us for the entire night. Instead, our server took our order. After a while, she informed us that the crispy rice we ordered was sold out. She mentioned that the bartender was supposed to let us know, but he never did. What made the experience more uncomfortable was that the bartender seemed to be giving most of his attention to the Caucasian customers on the other side of the bar. We were the only Asian customers there, and unfortunately, this left us feeling like we were being treated differently because of our race. The good food and drinks helped compensate for the poor service, so we decided not to let it ruin our evening. However, things got even more disappointing at the end. After I paid, I noticed that I had been charged for the crispy rice even though we never received it. When our server tried to address the issue, the bartender appeared to ignore both her and us, so we eventually left. I hope management sees this review and reaches out to me to address the overcharge and the overall experience. Overall, although the food and drinks were good, the service and the way we were treated left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

So this is a review that's been a *long* time coming (I've just been chronically overwhelmed for an…read moreequally long time.) I haven't been here often, but I *was* here right around when they opened, wherein I determined that the food ranged from quality but a bit overpriced, to just overpriced, a feeling I would still hold, generally speaking. Great vibe, solid service, but maybe a little pretentiously priced (and/or it's just stupid expensive to run a restaurant in this area, granted.) And with *super* pretentiously-priced cocktails, for how relatively simple they mostly are (if I'm gonna spend $18+ plus tip on a drink, I expect Baby Gee-level cocktails.) They also had an impressive wall of craft beer on tap, but also a bit pricey, especially compared to places not on 2nd street, so there was never a particular *draw*. But then I never actually finished reviewing it, because I'm super behind. Anyway, then also not particularly recently, they launched a happy hour, which at the time, especially for this particular part of Long Beach, was pretty stupidly good, with $5 decent sized smashburgers (6 with cheese, 10 with cheese and also fries), as well as $5 craft beer, pretty much all of them, including the fancy, exciting stuff (exciting if you're a nerd like me, the barrel aged stuff, for instance). They also had one specific half hour at the time, which I'd like to immortalize as a super fun idea, where one specific cheap but craft beer was some stupid price, I think like a dollar, but since they had a whole wall of rotating craft beer, a *different* specific cheap craft beer any given day. That's not relevant at all to my current review, but it was fun. Anyway, I still didn't write a review like a year ago when I took advantage of that happy hour, though I did take advantage of it a solid couple of times. Skip forward again to just a few weeks ago, I happened to be attending an event in the general area again, an event that was going to involve more alcohol than food and for which having a happy-hour-timed dinner in the area was going to be useful, so I figured I'd check out whether the happy hour was still there, and it was. At least as of a few weeks ago, the happy hour (3-6 weekdays) was still a thing, and it had gone up a whopping 55 cents per item. Ends up being effectively ~$17 plus tip for a quality smashburger, quality fries and a craft beer, though they didn't have as *many* of the fancy (barrel-aged or equivalent) stuff as they had the first time, they did still have some, and it was still $5.55 for any beer on draft they had. So happy hour wise, that's a pretty good price for this part of the country, I'd say. Obviously only since the burgers and fries *are* also absolutely quality burgers and fries. Not quite as wonderful as my gold standard smashburger at The Stache, perhaps, but still a great smashburger. My opinion on spending almost 20 bucks for what is effectively still just an old fashioned, hasn't changed, though. :p

That said, the place itself is really nice and cozy, which makes for a pleasant atmosphere. One thing that was frustrating was the wait. We waited around 30 minutes even though there were plenty of vacant tables. I'm not really sure why it took that long. During our meal, the waitresses kept coming over asking how the food was, if we needed anything, or if we wanted a new plate.
