A friend of mine recommended David saying that he treats a customer's car as if it's his own. I found this to be very true! I visited Nasseri auto tech to check a creaking sound in the brakes that another mechanic wasn't able to figure out. When David heard the sound, he had some theories on what could be wrong but he didn't want to jump to a conclusion until he takes it apart. He called me a little later and told me that the drums need to be replaced. When I came to pick up the car, I was surprised to see that he polished the headlights and waxed the interior of the car without charging me an extra penny! David (I believe it's actually spelled Dawood, he's from Holland) is an extremely nice, honest, and helpful small shop owner who got disillusioned with the constant pressure to over-recommend service and part replacement to "keep up revenues" at the larger shops. I took my 2006 Honda Accord in for its 80,000 mile maintenance, along with replacing a shot tire. David was pragmatic, assessed what needed to be addressed (and what could wait for 10,000 more miles or so) and went above and beyond my expectations. I usually wait to write a review a couple of weeks after the service is completed. In February 6th, 2021, my car was fixed by Nasseri Auto Tech. I have a 2015 Maserati Ghibli which started to have some mechanical and electrical issues back in October, 2020. I made a mistake to take my car to a local mechanic who was not specialized in Maseratis. The local mechanic tried to fix it but after I received the car, new issues appeared and more money was coming out of my pocket. Then, I decided to look for a specialist in Maseratis and I found Nasseri Auto Tech. I called and talked to the owner David who gladly opened a spot from his busy schedule to check my car. David kept the car for about a week and after inspecting in detail all the issues that the car had, he provided a quote. David explained to me what was needed to be done in order for the car to run and what was the preventive maintenance such a brake pads and transmission fluid flush. I requested to David to start fixing what was needed in order for the car to run. When I picked up the car, David went over step by step what he fixed in the car. He was very professional explaining the consequences of why the cars start having issues and the way that we as owners need to do in order to prevent expensive repairs in the future. One thing that I really liked about David is that he never tried to pushed into fixing something that was not needed. He fixed what was needed and recommended additional repairs. I never felt pressure by him into fixing something that is not needed as opposed to other mechanics that I have visited. I've been bringing my car to Nasseri Auto Tech for few years now, and I'm very pleased with the service. Dawood is very knowledgeable about all cars (mine is Italian sports car), and he explains how things work and what needs to be done very clearly. I used to take my car to the dealership, but Dawood was able to find things that needed attention, where the dealership missed. In one instance, my car was always losing power and the battery dies every couple of days. The dealership was not able to find what was wrong, after several visits. It as very frustrating. After Dawood looked at it, he traced the issue to a leak that was affecting the alternator. Now, even after a week of not driving, the car starts beautifully. Well done David. read more

Called in at 8:00 am and got a quote for a smog check $65. Was a nice guy, came out to greet me, quick service. Completed the inspection and smog check in about 30 minutes. However, I found out that he outsources the smog check to Precision Tune Auto Care next door which currently has a coupon for a smog check for about $35.
