Now they have an app that lets you order ahead and keep track of your rewards points in the form of fruits. Adding granola and other toppings just becomes extra calories, even though they are so good.. I'm not a big fan of their juice cleanses. I don't believe in them, and they are so expensive! I'm actually really upset with this location. I love getting fresh juices and I didn't know there was a location so close to my boyfriends place. So I was so excited to get a fresh juice while I wait for my togo order was ready at the restaurant near by. But unfortunately I didn't even get a juice because I got there around 1:20 and ordered my juice. But 30 minutes have passes and my juice wasn't even ready yet. My food was already done and ready and getting cold in my car and they haven't even finished my juice. I'm not sure why they didn't have 2 juicers going at the same time. But I went up and asked if my juice was ready and they said no, they're making it next. I'm not waiting an extra 5-10 minutes on top of 30 minutes for my juice. Every other location I've been to I've never had to wait more than 10 maybe 15 minutes max. Super disappointed with this location. And they didn't even apologize for the wait. read more

The toxin flush is my favorite juice from Nektar. If you're looking for a juice with some greens but something not too overwhelming give the toxin flush a try. Today was my first time at this location and I was pleasantly surprised given the reviews for this location. The seating was closed off due to COVID but they had spots on the floor to keep customers six feet apart and a max occupancy of 10 people. The staff greeted my as soon as I walked through the door and took my order immediately. I was in and out in about 8 minutes and really appreciated their effectiveness. If you need a refresher or are looking for a sweet healthy treat I would highly recommend coming to Nektar. read more

The acai bowl was pretty much like every other acai bowl place I have had, except I really liked how the acai base wasn't super frozen like a lot of other places make it. I've been to other nekter's before, but this by far is the best one!!! Others I've been to run like an assembly line with minimal customer service...very much get em in and get em out. This one is much different! Every single time I've been here the customer service is above and beyond!!! Everyone here is friendly, happy to discuss the menu, and are so nice!! Before coming to this location I preferred the mom and pop acai spots, but since coming to this Orange location I've changed my mind! I used to frequent Sustain Juicery in Chino Hills,but they are very hit or miss. I also love that it's a chain so there's a sense of quality control in the product. Everytime the presentation is pleasing to the eye. (I guess it's true what they say, that "we eat with our eyes"). It's amazing every time, unlike other places that seem to either blow me away or taste horrible. I usually get the Banana Berry Bowl without agave and greenie up, so I was excited to see the Acai Superfood Bowl. It is to die for and my new favorite. Great place for breakfast or healthy meals! They have fresh juices and great bowls ! They also have some vegan chips and other vegan options like ice cream ! I came here around noon and it was a little busy. It is also next to a 24 hour fitness so they are definitely get some foot traffic from there! The best Nektar Franchise ever! Sady made this amazing strawberry milkshake made with real fresh fruit, vanilla coconut ice cream and cashew milk. She indulged me with my request on this custom made drink to keep my diet. It is the best and healthiest yummy strawberry shake ever! Amanda was super helpful and helped my wife have a super yummy shake!! :) Both of them went above and beyond to make us happy. When I heard Orange was getting a Nekter, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning all over again. So I of course had to check it out for their grand opening festivities. $1 juices and smoothies and $3 for a 24 oz juice? Toxin Flush me! For the crowd, they handled it pretty well. Everyone except the cashier was super friendly. They forgot my order (literally the only person there who that happened to) but with that many orders and it being new, it's bound to happen. They had a cool photo booth setup and a truck and booth outside with munchies and info about their juice cleanses. The interior is cool. I always love to see how all the different Nekters are decorated. This one has a bunch of inspirational quotes on the wall. It's not a very big location. They had to work with the space they had so it's long and narrow but there's still a good amount of tables. The first time I came here there was only two customers before me and it still took 20 minutes to get my bowl. Disappointing experience here. I got the acai mango and expected chunks of mango and pineapple in the fruit bowl. There were none. If you read the menu, they don't say that there is mango or pineapple topping so that is my bad, but I definitely didn't get much of a mango or pineapple flavor from the acai bowl. It was very subtle. That said, I definitely do not think this was worth $9. While it was somewhat filling, it was just acai all the way through with a few banana slices. Not very impressive. Was trying out this juice place today! First I waited forever because the guy in front of me was acting like he was on a date with young lady who was working the cash register! Then I waited even longer while he continued to talk to all 4 workers behind the counter then I had to finally ask about my order and it hadn't even been started then when I get it I'm told they are out of the large cups! So I'm given 2 cups and I purchased a couple of to go juices so trying to hold everything to my car the juices spilt onto my sundress I right away put water on it and the carrot isn't coming out! Yes, another Nekter that's part of the chain of juice joints. This is one of the better ones I've been to. It's really clean and the staff was very nice. At some of the other locations the service is lacking and the staff seems like they do not want to be there. Not only do they not want to be there, they make sure you know they don't want to be there. Anyway, the products are pretty consistent with what I get at other locations.
