Awful. A friend of mine swears by this place, so I trusted her and went with her to get a full set and a pedi. The Place is small, older and a little run down, it looks as if they try to maintain it the best the can. The woman I had do my nails was tough to understand, and in an hurry. I asked for two tone giltter, which she did horribly thick and uneven. She left huge chunks of gel under my nails. I had 3 nails that were crooked and 1 that was beyond crooked. When I asked her to fix it, of course she blamed it on my nail, saying that my finger was crooked! She did some half ass job to file it down just making it look worse. They looked like this was the first set she had ever done. She cut one of my fingers which gave me the most insane pain every time it was touched. When it came time to pay, thats when I got the real shock, my shit-ass nails cost me $50.00. I can't ask for a hot oil massage without hearing that it will be and extra $5 charge. I figured that I would have been made aware of such a large extra cost. I felt the set of nails I recieved was not even worth $25.00. I also got a pedi, which was medicore. Nothing to write home about. My favorite part of the Pedi is the massage, I even paid for the extra Hot oil massage and it was poor. Like a small child rubbing my feet. The paint was noticeably uneven and chipped by the end of the week. Will definitely not be returning, not even if I was paid to be there. read more

I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here. If you are looking for good attentive service this isn't the place to go. I went there with my sister and daughter, we walked in and asked if they can do our nails since they only had two clients and they hesitated and really didn't want to but since we just wanted a color they said ok, another person came in and they sent her away because they were busy, they could have just told her how long, another woman came in and they were rude about doing her nails as well. The woman quickly got mine and my daughters done and that was that she didn't come back to check on my nails while drying I just paid and left. Neo Nails is by far the best nail place I've ever been to, I only go to Nicki who is very friendly, detailed and talented. The one thing that I appreciate is that she doesn't take photos of my nails so someone else won't have my design and I let her have full creative control I give her an idea and let her run with it and she always impresses me every time. I get pedicures by usually another manicurist and they do a great job as well clean and thorough. I work in the customer service industry and people are always complementing me on nails, Neo Nails and Nicki definitely have a loyal client for life. read more

Then when she was done gluing and filing I asked her again, and she said she would The owner assured me they would. Just went in for a BASIC manicure, nothing fancy, not even a nail polish and was completely disappointed!!!!! Only 1 other person was in the salon, nobody seemed willing to do the manicure. The women that did the manicure was unfriendly and did a POOR job. She didn't shape my nails. I had to ask her again to reshape them. The cuticles were OK. I have a love hate relationship with Neo Nails. I have been going on and off for the past 1.5 years. The Good: They are fast, appointment or no appointment they are fast!. Depending on who you get, their massages are GREAT! And i'm not talking about the extra $ ones, just a basic mani/pedi massages are sooo wonderful. Depending on who you get, your nails and designs will look wonderful. I usually go for designs on my toes and they look darling. I let them free hand it and suprize me and they always do! The Bad: I've had some shitty fake nails from them. I got Gel nails for a good 8 months ever two weeks. Some ladies there are horrible. They do really thick nails. The Ugly: Certain people there are just horrible. I will say they are not the regular ones but when I have had them the results are painful. They burn your skin with the tools because they don't change the files when doing underneath the nails. They don't give you everything that other customers get with the basics. I know, i've gone there for 1.5 years. As in they forget hot towles, massage, and lotion. Kind of a bummer when the girl next to you is getting pampered for the same price. I will say part of this treatment could be my fault. I am one of those people who will not demand that something be fixed. I don't want them shit talkin about me so I just keep my mouth shut, let it happen, and then regret it later. So, whey do I go back every now and again? Just had the worst pedicure in my life if you want a bad job come here.. I should have had my 4 yr old Goddaughter do it and it probably would have been a better job. Gave 1 star because there is no minus star.I came in with 2 of my friends and we all sat down at the same time, while they were getting thier pedi i was waiting 20 mins before mine technichan even came over. My feet felt like prunes. The nail tech who I think is the owner didnt do anything to my feet ans at the very end she just walked away. I was sitting for anoth 10 mins waiting for my feet to get painted and I aske out loud is someone going to paint my feet. The nail tech that was working on one of my friends said" once im done i with her I will paint yours". Once thatr was done another 5 mins she was about to start painting them and she noticed that one of my nails was craked I was so UPSET at this point because the FIRST nail tech should have noticed that..I was told If you wait I can fix it i was so upset I paid for the bad service and walked out with my nails being painted. read more

I will never go to this place again. I've gone a few times and I've had mixed feelings but this one just really was too much. It was my first time getting my nails done and over eight weeks since the birth of my son so I was overly excited. I called ahead to get reservations and they said they had time to accommodate myself and my sisters. When I get there I wanted shellac manicure and pedicure. They insisted that they didn't have time to do them both at once but they were able to accommodate 5 other guests after me. My sister and I were getting the same shellac manicure and I was done and half the time that she was. This is because the girl who was working on my nails rushed through it, skipped my massage, discouraged me from the designs that I wanted and she clip my nails supershort so that I couldn't even get tips if I wanted to. The cherry on top of this is that when it came to pay the bill I got charged five dollars more than my sister which they couldn't really seem to give us a valid explanation as to why. Their eyebrow waxing done by Ailie is top notch, pedicures are always done to perfection, and my fills are fantastic. I've been going to Neo Nails for 5 Years! KELLY is AMAZING!!! She cant fix any nail and make it look like a brand new nail/set. She works MAGIC! Shes so sweet and always talks to me and genuinely cares. I'm very picky about my eyebrows and the owner is FANTASTIC! i wouldn't trust anyone else with my eyebrows. Love this nail salon. Been here twice to get my nails done. And both times i havent been disappointed, my manicurist is awesome. She did a very excellent job on the designs for my nails. I havent gone back recently, decided to give my real nails a break and let them grow out and give my wallet a break as getting nails can get quite costly around winter (nails tend to grow faster). But hopefully after this season ends i can start getting them done again. read more

I was a faithful customer for 2 years. Every 3-4 weeks I would get my pedi & mani and always tipped $5.00. One Saturday morning (9:30 - second customer) I walked in and asked for a pedi & mani service. They sat me down to get my pedicure started towards the middle of the service, the establishment started getting busy. So the owner and the person who was doing my pedi kept looking at me and speaking in their language. I finally got irritated and asked what is the matter. The owner asked me if I can come back later to get my mani - because I didn't make an appointment and they were short handed. I was furious! So I told the manager "Sure, I will come back if you give me a discount"; she then laughs at me and says "What time do you want to come back?" So the dumb person I am, I come back for my mani and never did she give me a discount. Like I mentioned before, I was a customer for 2 years and this is how I was treated. I went in to get my upper lip and eyebrows waxed. They didn't do a good job on my brows, AT ALL. They didn't even make them proportional. The lady in the end, thought it was ok and didn't ensure and do a thorough job to make them as proportional as possible. I have to now fill them in to make them look ok. Either wax them properly or starting providing a threading service so that you can give your customers a better hair removal experience. read more

I've always enjoyed my experience at Neo's and my polish still looks great weeks after my services. They use OPI nailpolish and it's helpful that they've simplified their color selection into a binder with about 70 color choices. The price is decent and the environment is very clean and quite friendly. I would highly recommend this nail salon! read more

I love going to Amy to get my fills. I never fully rely on nail salons to be sanitary but I bring my own pedicure equipment and always ask Amy to wash the bowl for me just in case it was not cleaned after the last customer. I think that everyone should follow this practice regardless of where they get their pedicures. I get French so the lack of available nail colors does not bother me so much. Don't let her wax anything on your face..she can't see and she made me go crying to my friend because I only had half a left eyebrow and ripped off raw red eyebrow skin for 3 days!! Apparently they have remodeled and the chairs are clean but "the owner" is too distracted with only she may know with what. The experience here is a hit or miss. First visit in October 2011: I got service with a smile! The nail technicians who helped me accommodated me for a manicure even when they were less than a hour away from closing. I was the last customer and didn't leave until about 8:15pm. They had lots of Shellac colors to choose from and the flower designs they gave me was amazing. I usually like my flower designs big (almost covering the finger) and with different colors. Most places I've gone to usually just use white paint. The hand massage was also long and relaxing-- this was much needed after a long day of typing. Second visit in December 2011: I was pressured into getting a more expensive pedicure ($25 &up) rather than the basic one I usually get ($20). I should have just said that I didn't have enough money. The flower design was really basic-- all white and silver glitter. It was really small and in the top left hand corner of my toe. Was not impressed at all. For the Shellac, I chose "June Bride"-- this color was really light and thought it would give a pinkish and glitter tone to the nail. It was just silver glitter that looked like confetti. I asked to change it and was given an annoyed look. I was honest and told her that I thought it would turn out pink just like in the sample photo. The girl who did my nails applied another color over and it was not smooth because of glitter underneath. I got fed up and asked if she could apply the INK brand gel polish that I brought from home. The tech told me that she thinks the color would not be compatible with her dryer just because it wasn't a Gelac brand. I told her that I understood and painted my nails. I then requested if she could apply the "June bride" gelac polish over my brand of nail polish just to give it some sparkle for the New Year. She warned me that if I didn't like it that she would not re-do my nails. I knew she meant well but she didn't have to speak in a mean tone. It was akward when it came time to pay for the services since I sensed there was disappointment when I didn't tip. I paid $55 total for the basic pedicure (which I had to emphasize that this was what I wanted), two designs, and a shellac manicure. In the end, I wish I had gone to Valley Nail Care or Nail Pros because I could have gotten better customer service and flower designs. read more
