Wanting a bean and cheese burrito today, I stopped at the mall and decided to try the Nevada Taco Grill inside the mall's food court. The lady behind the counter was nice and took my order. I ordered a wet bean and cheese burrito meal which came with a drink. It didn't take long to receive my order. I brought it to the table and opened the box. I was surprised that the burrito was a decent size. It looked yummy. I eat bean and cheese burritos often and this one was pretty good. Just as good if not better than Roberto's wet bean burritos. There was plenty of enchilada sauce in there. I was satisfied. The next time I'm in the mall and want something to eat, I'm going to Nevada Taco Grill. I might try their rolled tacos next time. The cashier was totally not interested, just stood there and stared at us. Never said hello. Or can I take your order...just stared. My husband ordered a beef taco and I ordered a fish taco. Still no acknowledgement of any kind!. She did ask cash or charge and pointed at the credit card machine. My husbands card does not do tap, so he struggled with the machine ...no help from the cashier. I finally helped him never even got a thank you, or your order will be ready shortly. When the order came out, both tacos were stuffed in one container...still no words from the lady, my husband had to open the container to see what was going on. Don't go here! Not a good experience. Guac looked like it was from yesterday...brown. They overcharged for my rolled tacos. Sign said $9.99 and charged me $10.40. The rolled tacos were cold inside. Clearly from the freezer and not heated enough. The combo plate comes with a drink but when we ordered one they charged $3.90. When I asked, she said it comes with a medium drink, but you have to pay full price for a large drink. It would've been nice if she had told me at the time. A lazy Saturday, perfect for food delivery. I pulled out my trusty phone appendage and ordered Nevada Taco Grill. Quick delivery in spite of our snowy weather. Ordered an adobada burrito for my son and quesabirria for myself. The quesabirria (beef) was a bit bland for my taste, but good enough to earn the 4 stars I gave them. I did have some of the adobado (pork) burrito and that was tasty. Just a hop, skip, and a jump from South Reno in the Meadowood Mall,, but for those lazy days,, you can get Yelp ordering and delivery. read more

Me and my girlfriend ate here. I had the Abodaba Plate number 14 and an order of street tacos and she had the taco salad and an order of street tacos. They forgot one order of tacos so we split the tacos each having one. Both of their salsa's tasted the same and they tasted bad like a plastic taste. The rice had a similar plastic taste. A few hours later we both felt sick and I threw up and had serious diarrhea for the next day and a half. My girlfriend had it worse than I did. Thank god for pepto bismol. I will probably never eat here again unless I want to get the shits and throw up and have plastic tasting salsa and rice. I think it would be cool to see Gordon Ramsay check the cleanliness of this place. I said I was going to try this place again and tonight we had a chance. Ordered a bacon wrap street dog and two Adobada tacos. The street dog was great; I absolutely loved it! The Adobada tasted good but the meat was slightly dryer than I like it but adding the green chile salsa and a hint of lime did wonders. We will definitely need to come back and try some of the other items on the menu. read more

Horrible food, wonderful service the food was not plentiful. The chicken was overcooked turned it into leather. Who puts bell peppers in burritos uncooked bell peppers at that the refried beans I believe they came out of a can and was smashed but gritty, the rice was bland nothing about the experience of eating at this place would make me go back again. Quick get in my tummy, love the carne asada fries, wish they were a bit more consistent with the preparation. Sometimes I get a lot of meat, sometimes not so much, other times they forget the pico. Huge, huge portion. I only eat 1/2. So either share it or prepare to safe some. read more

Great food and very friendly staff! This is the place to go if you want delicious Mexican food.

The food was decent but the service was terrible. We ordered some carne asada fries and some Tacitos and an agua de jamica to company the meal. While we were paying an older man working the register was getting a drink ready and pouring horchata we noticed so we told him nicely that we ordered the jamica and not the horchata and he kept repeating "I didn't hear that" "I didn't hear that" multiple times. He then threw the horchata to the sink and started pouring the jamica that we ordered. Once that was done he placed the drink on the counter so rudely and left to the back room. He was very rude and should not be disrespectful to people, he needs to get some customer service classes or something. We were shook after that experience with that guy, he shouldn't work with people if he's going to be triggered over HIS mistake. read more
