2-2-2019...3p.m. Neveria Colima is cleverly easy to get to thru the huge opening from Taquriea Camino Real...You can't help but to peek in and see what they have while in the restaurant. Went in and picked 4 ramdon scoops and was on my way. Not bad...not bad at all...I will be back...

I cannot believe that I never realized this was here. It is located in the strip mall that houses the Big 5, Party City, and Rasputin Records across from Walmart so do not confuse it with the Neveria at the Little Guadalajara which I initially did. With case after case of different flavors ranging from tropical fruit like guava, passionfruit and soursop to creamy concoctions like Ferrero Rocher and peanut butter cup to Mexican favorites like horchata, de aguas, and de leches, you are bound to find a flavor or two or three that you want to try. With it just a 5 minute drive away, I am looking forward to warmer weather so I can try some more flavors or even the Mangonada.

Small-batch, made in store ice cream - what more could you ask for? 1. I'm so impressed. There were like 7 reviews when I first bookmarked this place but 5 stars! I love that these are small-batch ice creams and every flavor is available everyday. 2. They have so many flavors that I want to try (incl. Ferrero Rocher, Rompope, and Cajeta). I've tried the strawberry and mamey and they don't taste artificial at all. I'm not usually a strawberry fan either, but Neveria Colima won me over. 3. Prices are not bad at all and they pack each scoop. There are a bunch of other treats available too. 4. Located next door and connected to Taqueria Camino Real, which can be a good and bad thing since dessert is literally right there.

Worth the wait! First time trying a mangonada and I absolutely adored it. Abundant amount of mango chunks inside a slush, with bits of tamarind--making it a perfect sweet treat :) Recommend the large for 2 people!

Delicious mangonadas! It was especially good and refreshing on this hot summer day. I liked that it was not too tart! And it was very sweet as mangos are in season. It was not busy when I got there. They are also have ice cream and fruit salad to order from. Hey are also connected to a taqueria, which I have yet to try. Definitely will come back to try other stuff.

Neveria Colima ( 3 scoops left ) vs a local competitor (right) 3 scoops. Big difference and same price point ....
    Rod R.

Was decent tasting but with so many Neveria's popping up along the 880 corridor the serving size just wasn't the same as other spots. Three scoops fit into a small plastic cup (i have a picture comparing their 3 scoops to a local competitor). They are connected and owned by the Taqueria next door. The service was friendly.

The ice cream here is absolutely phenomenal. And the cones are yummy too! I usually get a giant mangonada for myself and take a few bites of whatever my kiddos get. They get something new all the time and they've all been really good. I love creamy fresh ice cream- and they offer a huge variety of flavors too.

I love it. Very expensive but clean on the inside. Drink hard to slip bc of everything inside but it's good for dippin. Ice cream rich n smooth. Paid $13.25 for everything.

This is an amazing ice cream place ! I've been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks. They have a ton of flavors ranging from limón, Ferrero Rocher, Gansito, elote, nuez, and many many more delicious flavors. I recommend this place to anyone looking for real good ice cream.

Best mangoniada in the bay. Yummm!!!

Not only are the pastries some of the prettiest that I've seen but they're actually quite tasty (and not too sweet either)! Comes in a nice branded box too. Before I rattle off my reviews of the pastries that I tried I'll say that the pastries here, although laminated, have no crisp and are strictly the soft and chewy type (think Costco croissants). I prefer some crisp, but I wouldn't hesitate on returning here to try more things. - French tart: amaaazing egg custard filling. It's so milky it's almost flan-like! - Brownie fruit tart: omg prob one of my fave brownie textures; not fudgy-dry and not too-cake-like either. Nailed the custard filling as well. I'd say my fave pastry in the bunch. - Passion fruit ganache danish: deliciously tart passion fruit filling! - Sweet cheese bowtie: funny enough the sweet cheese reminds me a lot of Cheez Whiz haha (nostalgic for me) but silkier and lighter in taste. The sweet cheese is only in the center of the bowtie. - Ham & cheese: flavorful ham but could've had a little bit more of it. The cheese part tastes similar to the cheese filling in the sweet cheese bowtie. - Ube moon: mad props for ube jam actually being used here instead of just ube extract like at most bakeries that offer ube treats. I will say though that the ube filling is a bit too dense; maybe the ube jam could've been mixed with some custard to make the filling lighter. Only a couple of customers in line when I visited on a Sunday early afternoon and the display case was still more-than-half full. I got two original croissants, an orange creme brulee, and a strawberry crescent croissant. The original croissants were perfectly crunchy, and not too airy that there isn't anything inside the shell. Pretty dense in you ask me, and I love it that way! The orange creme brulee was really pretty. Caught my eye in the crowd! Though I thought that the croissant-style bread on the outside of the pastry was not crispy enough, the creme brulee definitely had a rich orange-y aroma. The strawberry crescent was my absolute favorite. I love how the hard, dense outside contrasted with the creamy center. The strawberry cream in the center isn't too sweet in my opinion!
